I would like to share feedback regarding my recent stay at Millennium Place Barsha Heights Hotel Dubai.
I made a booking through Trip.com under my wife's name, as I had used her information for a previous trip. When I requested a name change to my own, Trip.com informed me that the hotel did not approve the change and advised me to contact the hotel directly.
Upon arriving at the reception, I spoke with a staff member named Almira. Unfortunately, she told me that the hotel could not help and asked me to bring my wife, without making any effort to check the system or offer alternative solutions.
After contacting the hotel reservation team through the number provided by Trip.com, the reservation staff handled the issue properly and immediately added my name to the booking.
I then returned to the reception and successfully completed check-in with another receptionist, who was helpful and professional.
My concern is that reception staff represent the hotel, and I believe Almira should have at least made an effort to verify the issue or provide guidance. Her attitude felt dismissive and unhelpful, which was disappointing.
Aside from this matter, I was fully satisfied with my stay at Millennium Place Barsha Heights Hotel Dubai and appreciate the overall quality of service.

It's beautiful food, lovely service, good clean place and they treat each other like family going forward and that's a beautiful thing and everyone should read visit this wonderful place

It was pleasure to stay during my short business trip to Dubai (between Saudi and Tokyo) 
The hotel facilities are relatively old. But the service is good, all the staff are amazing. And you should visit the bar in the hotel. When I live in UAE, I loved the bar, biggles pub. It was nice to back to visit the bar as well. The breakfast also amazing.

Clean room, but lack of supplies. Average hotel some 3 star hotels are better than this. They

Excellent service they came in a minute. I came from UK.
Asked at reception if they could hold a Uber eats orde or warm up or food ”they said no hotel around us does it”.

They could've for extra hospitality.i stayed at another restaurant in Saudi, which warmed up our hot drinks for us in their own hotel, just to ensure satisfaction.

Perhaps doing small things. If your a tourist though it is an hour metro from Burj khalifa where there are restaurants with a good view (my fave moment eating at a place infront) alhamdullilah so do think about this.Also kite beach is a bit far.

Ain Dubai wasn't far and neither was yatchs.

It's close to jumeirah beach so it's about your personal preferences.

VERY LESS STAFF HOUSE KEEPING SOME STAFF RECEPTION NOT GOOD BEHAVIOR WHEN I CHK THEY BLAME ONE CHOCOLATE I EAT  I AM DIAATIC PAT NEVER TOUCH THEY SHOULD INFONT OF ME TO THIS THINGS ARE IN REFRIGERATOR BUTT I FEEL SO BAD ONLY 5Dh why I should pay there mistake other hotel location and cleaves very nice  THANKS

The hotel was right smack between two metro stations. It is better to use the Emirates Tower station  as there is an overhead bridge to bring you across the road. The Museun of the Future is just nearby. Fo book your tickets at least 3 to 5 days in advance. We were unaware of the demand for the entry and missed going in vos it was fully booked for the next few days. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice and clean accessible to everything and good amenities the guests are only noisy dont have respect tobyhe other guest’s

The room is very spacious and comfortable. I have a few comments though. Cutlery and utensils in the kitchen were extremely worn out, i couldnt use them. Washing machine was unclean. There were very few ants in the bathroom. Location is very central. My other main issue was the elevator, sometimes i had to wait 10 minutes for 1 to come. I would stay there again but these points need attention.

The hotel is beautiful and convenient, and the reception staff is very professional and ethical, especially Mr. Anas and Mr. Mohammed.

*Check in was fast with Kim, who explained well about the amenities and all.
*Location is good, along busy street, lots of restaurants and stores around (currently under renovation around the property.
*Room had adequate space, noticeable smell upon entering, smelling old room but looks clean and presentable.
* Restaurant had good varieties, nice food. I enjoyed the miso soup.
* Outdoor pool, pretty decent but too hot to swim so we used the bathtub inside the room to refresh.

Surprisingly mixed feelings about my stay. If you absolutely want to live in Saadiat and don't have the desire or ability to enjoy luxury hotels for 10,000 dollars a week, you'll definitely like this hotel. It's the best compromise. But be prepared that you won't get 5-star luxury either. Personally, I was very pleased. But first things first. The price-quality ratio is 100% for this place. The apartments are very nice and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need. There's a Spar just a 2-minute walk away, with a good selection of groceries and essentials. The luxurious beach is just a minute away. However, there are very few sun loungers. They get taken away early in the morning. However, the beach and sand are so pleasant that you can easily lie down on a towel and enjoy it. No umbrellas, though. Overall, a solid B!

The hotel is clean, however, we can smell some cigarette smoke in the room even though we requested for non- smoking room

Everything was very good and the reception staff is professional... A minor note is that there is no place to dry swimsuits.
And when booking, I wrote a note that my stay would be for my first wedding anniversary. However, when we went to the hotel, we did not find anything regarding this note.

The room was very clean and large. Feras, the front desk staff from Jordan was very friendly. The check-in procedure was smooth and quick. Unfortunately, there was light leakage between the curtain box and the curtain, with a gap of about 15 cm. I can't imagine that the curtains in a five-star hotel room would leak light. I checked in at 3:30 AM, and it was about 4 o'clock after I washed and went to bed. The light woke me up at 7 o'clock in the morning, and I didn't sleep well, which affected my schedule for the day. This is my fourth and last time staying in this hotel
