I didn't spend a single cent during my stay, and I even left the 53 RMB mineral water untouched for four days. Check-out was completely smooth. However, 13 hours after checking out, in the middle of the night, a charge of $7.62 for mineral water was deducted from my credit card without any warning or communication! Randomly charging someone's credit card like that is absolutely outrageous. I'm furious.

Great decor! Friendly staff made the stay pleasant. They were very helpful with any questions we had including help us book a taxi to LaGuardia. The gym is also clean and has everything you need for a quick hotel workout before seeing the city. Perfect walking distance from Manhattan Bridge.

Great location, trendy new hotel. Loved the free ‘grab and go’ breakfast. Rooms are very small with very few places to put anything even with the sink in the bedroom. I’d say better for couples or solo travellers than families.

Everything was great except service levels, no sincere attempt at early check in, not what I expected from a Marriott hotel

Conviennent location in midtown Manhattan , and very nice city view. The hotel offered Daily Cash for food and laundry. The room is small with some smart space design, suitable for travellers with light packages. I had a wonderful experience here.

The staff at moxy East village were amazing -they switched my room upon realizing a bug issue and when the new rooms tv wasn’t working the staff came up promptly to fix.  You really can’t ask for more than that. Issues will come up and it’s how staff handles it that shows me they value my business .  I will stay again.

Cleanliness 5, Location 5, Service 5, Facilities/Amenities 4 (out of 5). Sometimes the noise from the floor above was a bit noticeable, but overall it was a quiet stay in a calm area. The tram station was very close, making it super convenient to get to the city center easily. There was no kettle, but it was great to be able to use the microwave on the first floor. The staff were also very kind.

Moxy Frankfurt City Center is a great choice for anyone who wants to stay right in the heart of Frankfurt.

The location is unbeatable — just a few minutes’ walk from Zeil shopping street and lots of local cafés. 
In additional, you can walk to most of Frankfurt’s highlights.

Clean and fun environment. Fresh flavored water was in the lobby. The room already had the sofa bed set up which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was beautiful and tasty and included multiple and quality options. Very close to near by restaurants and airport. Taxis waiting right outside. I do wish there was a shuttle to the airport included with the stay.

I called the hotel around 10:00 AM, asking if I could check in early, and they quickly agreed. The hotel is right next to the airport, which is convenient if you're flying, but it's not ideal for getting into the city center as you need to take a bus to a metro or train station.

Nevertheless, the room was exceptionally clean, and being a Marriott property, the quality was good. There was a hairdryer in the room, but still no slippers. However, for £550 in London, this is a very high-quality hotel, and I was extremely satisfied. I don't want to nitpick much, and honestly, there's nothing to complain about besides the location.

You absolutely must try the hotel breakfast; it's only £13. It's much better than other hotels that charge the same amount but only offer a few pieces of dry bread. Here, there are many options, and I definitely ate my fill – I didn't spend any extra money on food that day.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Moxy London Piccadilly Circus more highly. The location is absolutely unbeatable—perfect for solo travellers, couples on their first trip, or even families visiting London for the first time. Everything feels like it’s within a 10-minute walk, which makes exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable.

Public transport is right at your doorstep, with train stations literally about 30 seconds away, making it effortless to get anywhere in London and back. There are also plenty of buses nearby, and you can even walk to major attractions like London Eye, Big Ben, and Westminster. The hotel is surrounded by great food spots, pubs, and shops, and it’s right in one of the most lively parts of the city.

The level of safety at the hotel is excellent, with staff available 24/7, which gave us real peace of mind throughout our stay. The atmosphere is also a big highlight—the music and bar area create such a fun vibe and can really lift your mood after a long day of exploring.

The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and exactly as shown in the photos, with clean and comfortable rooms. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were all fantastic, and a special thank you to the deputy manager who went above and beyond to look after us and made our stay in London even more memorable.

If I return to London, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Moxy London Piccadilly Circus, for such an amazing experience. And just to be clear—this isn’t a paid review, I genuinely loved my stay and think others should know how great this hotel is before booking.

Good hotel for a London city break, but with a few clear downsides.The positives were the generous breakfast, the friendly staff, the clean rooms, and the convenient location. On the negative side, our room was not serviced on one day, even though we had breakfast at 8am every morning and did not return until around 7pm. That really should not happen. The walls are also quite thin, so you can hear neighbouring guests, and rooms facing the railway are very noisy. Overall, a decent stay with some strong points, but housekeeping and sound insulation definitely need improvement

We stayed for four nights and overall had a good experience. The hotel is in a great location near London City Airport, with easy access to public transport (DLR) and close to the O2 Arena and ExCeL Exhibition Centre.
The rooms are modern, stylish and simply furnished, and housekeeping was done daily. The bar service was excellent. However, there were a few minor issues, such as low water pressure in the shower, an unstable shower holder, and a carpet that didn’t feel very clean.
The breakfast was quite basic and, at £18, not great value. Parking is available directly at the hotel but comes at an extra cost.
Overall, a modern hotel with small flaws, but a solid choice—especially for stays near the airport.
