I've just completed my two weeks stay in this hotel and wasn't disappointed at all, truly a beautiful spot with excellent service from this high class name. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, a minor complaint is I wish the water was hotter in the jacuzzi as did the other guests who were there, the gym is really good and the equipment is new. The breakfast is very good too and I'm sure I will be back here again soon.

The room was beautiful—modern, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. The reception team was extremely helpful and always welcoming. We had an issue with a cancelled flight, and Kyla in particular was incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to assist us.

On the downside, the main swimming pool area is quite small and surprisingly has no toilets or showers, which was hard to believe. In addition, the toiletries in the room were either missing or not replenished. Having stayed at many Radisson hotels around the world, I can honestly say this was the most disappointing experience so far, for the money paid…

The hotel boasts an excellent location – just a short walk puts you right in the city center. Nearby, there's a Lidl supermarket and a fantastic spot serving delicious smash burgers. The room itself was very comfortable, and the Smart TV was a big plus.

We had breakfast during our stay. The idea of small, buffet-style portions is great, but unfortunately, the staff didn't refill the dishes often enough – that's definitely something that could be improved.

The real highlight of this place is the top floor (seventh floor). Besides the restaurant and conference room, there's a bar where guests can play free billiards. The entire floor also offers stunning city views, which is truly impressive. Overall, I recommend it!
