It is a very nice hotel with attentive staff! The hotel is about a 7 minutes walk from Kyoto station. It’s a very convenient place to stay if you’re catching an early train or arriving from a late one. I don’t know if I’d recommend it for a longer stay since the area is quite boring. There’s plenty of restaurants and shops within the station but they’re very crowded and more expensive. It’s also quite far away from the main sights of Kyoto, so for a longer stay I’d recommend staying downtown. The included room amenities are good but nothing special. There’s shaving kits, towels, haircare, skincare, tea, water, and yukata robes (the robes are not souvenirs). There’s a pool, a spa area, and a restaurant, which all have an additional fee. My room was clean, but I found some scuff marks on the walls and a crack in my bathtub. From Kyoto station you can see Kyoto tower but it’s not an amazing sight hahaha. It takes about 25 minutes to downtown Kyoto from the hote

I felt compelled to write a review although it’s something I don’t always do because my partner and I genuinely enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Room is spacious, clean, and housekeeping is done daily. Location is great! close to Kyoto station and several bus + taxi stands. Convenience stores & Don Quijote is a stone’s throw away. Reception was kind and always helpful. The only let down was the view, our room was facing a stairwell/backalley? So we never could fully open our blinds. Nevertheless, we’d be happy to stay here again in the future.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Kyoto and overall had a wonderful experience. The room itself was generally clean, comfortable, and provided a relaxing space after a long day of sightseeing.The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast. The buffet offered a great selection, especially the freshly made onigiri and the delicious local obanzai (traditional Kyoto-style side dishes) which tasted fantastic. Additionally, all of the staff members were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit.The only disappointing part of our stay was the cleanliness of the bathroom. It appeared that a previous guest had trimmed their beard, leaving a lot of short hairs all over the sink. Worse, there were hairs left on top of the plastic rinsing cups provided for brushing teeth. It was clear this area had been missed during housekeeping.Despite the housekeeping oversight in the bathroom, the excellent service, delicious breakfast, and comfortable room made it a good stay. We would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

I booked this hotel to see Kiyomizu and for a quick, two-day trip. The room was quite spacious and very clean, and I could enjoy Tokyo's night view in the evening. I'd probably book here again if I come back to Tokyo. The only slight inconvenience was that both nearby subway exits were all stairs, so you had to climb them yourself. However, the surrounding streets were very quiet, and there's a school next to the hotel, so the high school students were quite energetic.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Shiba Park and incredibly close to Tokyo Tower – just a short walk away. The room, though small, was clean, comfortable, and very convenient for transport. The service was genuinely reliable, honest, and thoughtful. Especially impressive was how the hotel staff carefully kept and fully returned the three New Year's red envelopes I had left under the pillow. Even though it was only a few thousand RMB, it was a New Year's gift for my daughter and represented the ritual of the holiday, so losing it would have been incredibly upsetting. This level of reliability, honesty, and attentiveness is rarer and more valuable than any beautiful view. When I go to Tokyo again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice for peace of mind!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the overall experience was very good. I would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you for the great hospitality.

This hotel was the best decision we made! It was risky at first, since I just booked it when it just recently opened and just had 1 review. But when we arrived it felt like a 5 star hotel and accomodations/service were great! ❤️

- inteligent toilet and bath are separate (forogt to take photo of toilet)
- spacious and great air-condition.
- laundry room and water station

Some people reviewed that the AC was hot but I believe,  just need to tweak the settings cause ours was so cold 😂 

My only comment is that the room was quite dusty. Not in a bad way but a lot of dust flying around, I think its because of the fabrics and all. Maybe the hotel can improve on this one.

Some tips! There's Yoshinoya just across and convenience stores very close to the hotel. If its your first time and using the train, go and take EXIT 2 it's just a very short walk to the hotel. 😊

The hotel's location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. You can even walk to the Umeda shopping district. The cleanliness was excellent, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, there's a convenience store right downstairs and even a drugstore.
