Great hotel with an excellent location near ADNEC. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good service and everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The only downside is the luggage service. The hotel provides trolleys but guests have to carry their own luggage during check-in and check-out without staff assistance. I was surprised to learn this is the hotel’s policy, which is disappointing for a Rotana hotel.

Overall, a very good experience and great value for money. I hope they improve the luggage service.

Our stay at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by an atmosphere of elegance, warmth and genuine hospitality. It was the perfect setting for spending quality time together, and every member of our group thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
What truly elevated our stay was the outstanding level of service. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Adeel, Si, Yasin, Fiska, Jalal, Shaming, Fazal, Saidiya (Manager), Delawar, Mahesh (Chef), Manoosa, Chef Lithin, Sashi, Sajan, Alex and Amel.
Every one of them was exceptionally helpful, attentive and welcoming. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay.
A special thank you also goes to the housekeeping team, who did a wonderful job keeping our rooms beautifully clean, fresh and comfortable every day. Their hard work and attention to detail certainly did not go unnoticed.
The hotel facilities were wonderful. We especially loved the beautiful, clean swimming pool and the stunning sandy beach. The beach was the perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunshine and take in the peaceful surroundings. Everything was beautifully maintained, creating a truly relaxing and luxurious holiday atmosphere.
The breakfast selection was superb, offering an impressive variety of fresh and delicious choices. There was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was excellent. A special thank you to Mahesh, Chef Lithin and the entire culinary team for making our dining experiences so enjoyable.
We also loved the Shisha experience — beautifully presented, relaxing and perfectly suited to the wonderful atmosphere of the hotel. It was lovely to sit back, unwind and enjoy the surroundings together.
The hotel has a wonderful sense of luxury, tranquillity and sophistication, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming feel. Whether enjoying breakfast, relaxing by the pool, spending time on the beach or simply taking in the beautiful surroundings, we felt completely at ease.
This was more than just a hotel stay — it was a beautiful experience filled with wonderful hospitality, exceptional service, great food, relaxation and memories that we will cherish.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, including the wonderful housekeeping staff, for looking after us so beautifully.
We all had an incredible time and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommended — we cannot wait to come back! ❤️✨🌴

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a wonderful stay! It was me and my 3 daughters, The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and they made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We really appreciated the late check-out, and no one rushed or bothered us, which made the experience even more relaxing.

A special thanks to Mr. Charles, who came around on the first morning to personally ask every guest for feedback about the breakfast and the hotel. He listened carefully and took notes. We mentioned that Lebanese bread was missing, and to our surprise, it was available the very next day. That level of care and attention is truly appreciated.

The only area for improvement is the breakfast buffet. While the quality was good, we felt it could offer more variety considering the price.

Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. 😊

Excellent experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Great service and hospitality overall. Highly recommended!

Excellent, modern hotel. It's located 25 minutes from the airport. We came for a sporting event and appreciated its close proximity to the sports arena. There's a shop nearby, and a pharmacy 10 minutes away. The hotel exchanges dollars at a slightly lower rate, but it's convenient as you don't have to go anywhere else (though there's a limit of 100 dollars per day). The hotel is clean and has a beautiful restaurant on-site. Housekeeping and water are provided daily, and the bed linen is new and clean. The rooms are spacious. There's a mini-bar available for a fee, and an alcohol store nearby.

We opted for breakfast and dinner included, and the food was superb, varied, and very delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed everything; you definitely won't go hungry. The staff are very responsive, pleasant, and speak English; they're always ready to help. There's a swimming pool, not very big but nice and clean, and a spa area. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is in the city center, with plenty of dining options downstairs. However, the surroundings are a bit basic, located in an area with many migrant workers. Still, the price is significantly cheaper compared to hotels in tourist areas. The breakfast offers a good variety.

We were upgraded to a much larger room, and they didn't charge for the extra child's bed, which was great. This place is very suitable for families visiting Abu Dhabi.

Excellent location and a great staff. Expected the breakfast spread to be slightly better standard, however, being next door to Al Wahda Mall plenty of F&B options in the vicinity.

This hotel is located in the heart of Doha. I stayed there during the Hajj holidays, and they even gave me complimentary tickets to two museums. The price was quite reasonable at the time. My only minor complaint is that I wasn't a huge fan of the decor, but the service was otherwise decent.

The only selling point of this hotel is probably the white sand beach, which is indeed beautiful. If you want to enjoy the beach, it's best to stay for two nights, and the temperature needs to be above 28 degrees Celsius; otherwise, it can feel a bit chilly by the sea. The bedding here is also damper than in other Abu Dhabi hotels.

Хороший отель, отличные завтраки. Очень хорошая, красивая территория, бассейн, пляж, теннисные корты , падл. Рестораны с вкусной едой. Хочу поблагодарить менеджера Joel , который решил очень быстро нашу проблему.

They put me in a smoking room first but I asked to move to a non-smoking and it was like night and day. The renovated non-smoking rooms have amazing furnishings and the loft area is really fun to hang out in. Only downside is I found the bed to be a bit too firm.

Excellent stay! We booked two rooms, and both were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. A special thanks to Cathy at reception for her outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Also, thank you to Sujeet and Guddu for being so friendly and helpful. Although this is a three-star hotel, the service truly felt like a five-star experience. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was truly exceptional and made my trip to Dubai even more enjoyable. Not only was the room great value for money, but the staff service was also outstanding. Every single employee was incredibly genuine and dedicated to their work. They did their utmost to help me, and even upgraded my room on the first day. The breakfast was also delicious; this morning, the chef making my eggs even chatted with me while cooking! I really feel they love their jobs, which gives this hotel such a warm and human touch. I absolutely loved it and would gladly recommend it to everyone I know. I hope this serves as a helpful reference for anyone visiting Dubai. The hotel's location is also excellent, with a taxi ride to the airport costing only 45 dirhams.

The reception was excellent. However, the furniture is very old and worn out, not worth the price I paid. The bathrooms and showers are also very old-fashioned. The bidet spray was weak and didn't have strong water pressure. I requested a baby crib for my child, and they didn't bring it until I asked for the third time. I also called for towels and had to follow up three times; it took a full 25 minutes for them to finally bring them.

Many time I come this hotel everything is good, but only service room sometime staff Talking is bad.

It was a fantastic stay. Eventhough few facilities were unavailable due to weather and regional issues, they have top notch service including the all inclusive food package which was worth it. Morgans was such a gem place to have the food and drinks but need an all inclusive package to explore it to the best.Jaison in Morgans was too helpful. Best services provided by Jonny from Pool Deck.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in, no exaggeration!

Service attitude: Both the restaurant and the front desk staff are extremely warm and friendly, always with a warm smile on their faces. They were also very patient and polite when answering my questions about city tax, etc. In addition, after I checked in, they helped me take my luggage upstairs, and when they arrived at the door, they called (instead of just ringing the doorbell), so that I could answer the phone at hand while I was packing (there were phones in different locations in the suite), instead of shouting ”I'm coming” to the door or running to the door to open it immediately. This was very thoughtful. Secondly, I asked for toothpaste and it was brought to me in no time at all. On the day of check-out, when the driver I arranged to pick me up arrived, they called to inform me that the driver had arrived. They were very organized.

Restaurant standard: The breakfast food is very rich in variety and the waiters are also very good. One day I ate slowly and by the time I finished, it was already past breakfast time, so the fruits had been removed. I tried to ask them if they had any leftover fruit and they brought it to me from the kitchen, which was very heartwarming.

Room Configuration: When checking in, the hotel upgraded me to a higher level suite, which was incredibly big! The suite is spotless, with curtains that open automatically when the door is opened; the room has its own washing machine and dressing room; the bathroom is bright and clean; and the living room is spacious and comfortable. Impeccable.

Geographical location: Relatively close to the airport, and Uber to the city center is also very convenient.

Overall, there is really nothing wrong with this hotel. I definitely recommend it when visiting Dubai! !

Everything was actually good, from Housekeeping to staff and services aside from one annoying thing that I experienced upon check in; The receptionist who did my check in was not welcoming with kind of a frowning look on his face “At least a word of have a nice stay” would make difference. I believe his name is Asil

After arriving at the hotel, I was notified that there was no room. I was shocked, but the front desk upgraded me to a twin room for free. It was not the kind of two beds, but a two-bedroom room... Completely unexpected, surprise, the room is oversized, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. There is also a balcony, it is simply! The balcony is facing a tennis court, so many surprises! The area where the hotel is located is a large construction site, surrounded by a variety of buildings under construction! The hotel and the five-star hotel Rotana next to it are a management group and the service is very good.

The hotel has a fairly convenient location for getting to the city center and Sabiha Gokcen Airport. The entrance is a bit hard to find and doesn't stand out right away. The room was spacious and clean, though there was some strange stain on the wallpaper, looks like it might have suffered from a leak in the past. There were no kitchen utensils at all (not even teaspoons), which is strange given that there's a stove. It's also odd that in the 21st century, the hotel requires a $100 deposit, especially since they don't even check the room upon check-out and the minibar is empty. Haven't seen that anywhere in a long time—probably a Turkish quirk. :-) But overall, it's okay. Fine for a short stay.

The hotel is very quiet and very well located right in front of the metro. In the vicinity of many small restaurants. Just next to there is also a mini-carrofor to make the courses if necessary.
The staff is very friendly.
The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable.

We choose a full kitchen 70mkv big room but there dont have a kitchen tool anythings. We wanna drink a tea but dont have tea cup dont have water boiler dont have a spoon etc. we called receptien and wanna take a kitchen tools but we waited 2hours and we called 3time called reception. And we went to 1st floor reception desk and tell them but they said they would send us to a room that wasn't given to us, but they didn't give us one for 3 hours. Then they given to us paper cup 😂

The hotel is very nice, clean, wide and big room, the reception offered me a free upgrade to a 1+1 room. He was very generous and respectful. Unfortunately I saw him only once and couldn't remember his name.

The cost was so good and everything is good.

Sometimes i have requested something and the room service took longer than usual made me requested it again, I hope they work on it and improve it.

The location itself is good, however there's no near bus station, or metro, as the nearest metro is next to mall of Istanbul and it needed to be reached by taxi. If someone got their own car . Then it will be perfect.
