Would absolutely recommend this hotel. Staff were super friendly and all amenities catered for. You don't need to bring any toiletries with you as they're all available alongside vending machines and laundry facilities (I used these and they were fantastic)! 

Rooms are super clean and shower was delightful! Perfect area and limited other tourists which was fantastic. Shopping and convenience stores very close and a 2 min walk to the station.

Location is a bit far from Ikebukuro station but hotel is located very near sunshine city . Lots of nearby restaurants . Will consider staying here again.

After a long walk from the city, the massage chair helps a lot! 
There is a park nearby, the neighborhood is quiet and nice~

The location of the hotel is near the subway station, which greatly improve its accessibility. Besides, there are various stores near, including Daiso, 7-11, you can buy different souvenirs and necessary things around the hotel. The front desk is kind and willing to provide solutions for your problems.

It's a 6-minute walk from Keikyu Kamata Station. It's close.
There's a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and it's conveniently close to the shopping district.
I was hoping for a quiet room with a good view, so I'm glad that I was able to get that. Thank you!
I was also happy that there was a wide variety of breakfast options.
The bathroom was clean, too. I think it was clean and new.
Everyone at the front desk, restaurant, and cleaning staff was very nice, and the value for money was good, so I highly recommend it!

The location is absolutely excellent. From Sapporo JR Station, you'll need to head towards the West Exit due to ongoing exterior maintenance, though the signs might point to the North Exit/Hokkaido University direction. If you take the correct exit, it's practically a stone's throw away – less than 50 meters and just across the street. The hotel itself is a bit on the older side, but it's well-maintained. The rooms aren't huge, but there's enough space to open a large suitcase, and all the usual amenities are provided. The shower water gets incredibly hot, and the breakfast selection is quite varied with great quality ingredients. The front desk staff are generally very friendly and helpful; they'll do their best to resolve any issues if you communicate clearly. I particularly liked one chubby, adorable female staff member at the front desk. When the air conditioning in my room wasn't warm enough, she came to help, and even though they couldn't fix it on the spot, they provided a space heater, which was very thoughtful. Plus, there's a FamilyMart convenience store right outside the hotel to the left, and a Yodobashi camera store to the right at the intersection. The building to the left also houses several restaurants on multiple floors. If you cross through JR Station, you'll find Daimaru department store and another shopping mall, with a drugstore on the basement level. It's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere and serves as a fantastic base for exploring the area.

The location is fantastic, and it's very clean. The breakfast was delicious, a pure Japanese style. The onsen (hot spring bath) was also very clean and I really enjoyed it. Highly recommend! It's super convenient for the shopping street and general shopping. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip.

It's a bit far from the station, so it might be difficult if you have a lot of luggage. However, the price was cheaper compared to hotels closer to the station, so I think it was worth the cost.

Also, since it's a Route Inn, the free breakfast was a nice bonus. The homemade tofu was delicious!

Wow, I have to share my incredible experience at this hotel! It's absolutely beyond anything I expected. The cleanliness is impeccable, the staff are super friendly, and the breakfast is delicious! Plus, the facilities are amazing—all at such an affordable price! This place truly exceeded all my expectations!

Suitable for solo travelers, only a few days are enough.
Check-in time is 4 PM.
Check-out is 10 AM. Everyone has to leave because they turn off the lights.
There's an unlimited coffee machine, a vending machine, laundry facilities, dryers, and shared showers. The showers are partitioned into blocks with curtains for privacy.
For me, one time is enough.

I enjoyed staying here for 3 nights.
Very friendly staff and budget-friendly hotel for solo-travellers. Around 10 miniute walk to Sakae station. Easy to access the centre of Sakae, can walk to see Mirai Tower and shopping malls. I also enjoyed breakfast and public bath. At the lobby, they also serve self-cafe machine so you can have coffee, newspaper, and extra amenities. The room was very clean. I will stay here again when I visit Nagoya again 😊.

The hotel room is relatively large, clean and hygienic, there are disposable slippers (very satisfied with this), the hot water can be adjusted a little, it is close to the subway, and it is easy to find. The front desk was very enthusiastic to remind there is a hot spring bath (unfortunately I didn't have the courage to soak); Before leaving, I stored my luggage. There was a bag of comics that was not very good to take. The front desk was very intimate to take a plastic bag. Five-star praise!

There's a bus stop right outside to Kinzan Station, and it's a 12-minute walk to Osu Shopping Street, very convenient.

I also requested free luggage storage. We stayed there again after returning from Kurobe Alpine Route; the hotel staff were very friendly.

It is very close to JR Sengusa Station and Subway Imike Station. Transportation is convenient. Find peace amidst the noise. There are a lot of delicious food around, including Sekai no Yamano, Fujiichi Ichiban, Amisen... they are all nearby. Twenty years ago when I was studying abroad, I lived in Imike, near Takamou Shrine, so I chose this place to come back and have a look. The breakfast buffet is also delicious and the service is very considerate. The large bathhouse is very comfortable. Looking forward to seeing you again.
