The location is absolutely excellent. From Sapporo JR Station, you'll need to head towards the West Exit due to ongoing exterior maintenance, though the signs might point to the North Exit/Hokkaido University direction. If you take the correct exit, it's practically a stone's throw away – less than 50 meters and just across the street. The hotel itself is a bit on the older side, but it's well-maintained. The rooms aren't huge, but there's enough space to open a large suitcase, and all the usual amenities are provided. The shower water gets incredibly hot, and the breakfast selection is quite varied with great quality ingredients. The front desk staff are generally very friendly and helpful; they'll do their best to resolve any issues if you communicate clearly. I particularly liked one chubby, adorable female staff member at the front desk. When the air conditioning in my room wasn't warm enough, she came to help, and even though they couldn't fix it on the spot, they provided a space heater, which was very thoughtful. Plus, there's a FamilyMart convenience store right outside the hotel to the left, and a Yodobashi camera store to the right at the intersection. The building to the left also houses several restaurants on multiple floors. If you cross through JR Station, you'll find Daimaru department store and another shopping mall, with a drugstore on the basement level. It's incredibly convenient for getting anywhere and serves as a fantastic base for exploring the area.

The hotel is conveniently located: take Exit 4 from Susukino Station (Namboku Line), turn left, then right. You'll see a pink statue opposite the hotel. It's only two traffic lights away from Tanukikoji 5. The hotel has a public bath, so there's no need to shower in your room. However, they only provided 4 bottles of mineral water for a 7-day stay, which was a bit stingy.

At first, I was almost shown to a smoking room, which was different from the one I had booked, but they quickly changed their mind when I explained that I wanted a non-smoking room.

It was great that breakfast was available from 6:30. There was also a large public bath.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, but there's a bus stop nearby, so I don't think it's a problem. Even walking, it was only about 15 minutes.

The facilities was excellent, it is a little bit far from Sapporo station but there are some bus stop options to go to Sapporo station. The food was nice as well as the price is much cheaper compared to other hotels. I went there during the peak season of the snow festival.

The facilities are clean and complete, and the staff are friendly. Highly recommended for solo travelers.

The room was larger than expected, with enough space to fully open a 28-inch suitcase, and the layout was well-proportioned. Plus, it has a large public bath, which is a great option for those who enjoy soaking. It's also very close to both the subway and JR stations, making transportation convenient.

The location of the hotel is near the subway station, which greatly improve its accessibility. Besides, there are various stores near, including Daiso, 7-11, you can buy different souvenirs and necessary things around the hotel. The front desk is kind and willing to provide solutions for your problems.

As a seasonal solo traveler, this is one of the best I've stayed so far. Breakfast options is superb, konbini entrance is in the lobby, superb soundproofing, near the subway, near a several establishments such as shopping street, restaurants, 24h grocery and etc... Sure it's not near the usual tourist spots, but having it near the subway with lesser pricing is worth it. I'd pick this hotel again, if I were to Tokyo again.

Attention anime fans! This place is a dream come true. It's incredibly close to K-Books and the 'buying street' for merchandise, with the nearest store just a two or three-minute walk away!

**Environment:** There are convenience stores nearby, and it's very close to the subway station and restaurants. After a shopping spree (anime-related, of course) and accumulating too many bags, you can pop back to the hotel to drop off your haul since it's so conveniently located. No need to carry everything around all day.

**Service:** Excellent! You can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Just let the staff know until what time you'll be picking it up.

**Cleanliness:** Very clean and tidy. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The room was very clean.

It's very convenient as it's close to both the Keikyu and JR stations.

I appreciated being able to use the large public bath.

I would like to stay here again.

My mother and I stayed here for several nights before visiting Ghibli Park.

The system for changing towels was very efficient, which was great.

The access from the station was also good, so I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

My only issue is the room smelled like heavy smoking. I fixed it a bit by leaving the window open when I wasn't in the room. After leaving it open for the couple hours I was out after checking in the smell was tolerable. Excellent hotel.

It was very convenient as it was close to the downtown area of Imaike. The staff were very happy with the new facility. I recommend it for business trips and solo travelers.

Good:
1) The hotel has a parking lot available and offered at a very bargaining price.
2) The staff were friendly and helpful.

Bad:
1) The room temperature is managed centrally, so it was set as heater during our stay at about 25 degree Celsius. It was too hot but can’t be changed.
2) The public bath area was a bit small with only 2 shower slots. The third guest needs to wait before entering the bath. 😳
