Great hotel with great value. There are even washing machines and dryers usable with japanese coins!
Tea and coffee is free as well as certain bread, orange juice and so on. Great value and the location near Sky Tree is best! Around 45 min to Shibuya e.g. and 1 hour 20 with the normal Keisei line to Narita.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but this is Tokyo. Great supermarket at Sky Tree open till late and you designated Family Market around the corner. I wanted to go here since they've opened and it now completely saved my trip. Cause I've figured out I don't like Tokyo. But that's a different story... Highly recommend staying here!

Super convenient! Took the JR to Shinagawa Seaside Station, and as soon as I exited, I spotted a Lawson. Just before reaching Lawson, I turned left at the intersection (there's a sign), and then I could take the elevator up to the hotel. Went to the lobby first to check in. The weather wasn't great, and I didn't have time to explore the area, but there's a Lawson, a 7-Eleven, and an Aeon nearby, so it's very convenient overall. Really satisfied with everything! Especially since it's in Tokyo, the value for money is excellent!

Excellent hotel. Spacious rooms. It is very close to Haneda airport so you can reach to the hotel via taxi in 15 mins under 20 USD. Very clean and in the heart of Kamata which is vibrant. Access to whole of Tokyo is possible. Highly recommended.

Traveling from Haneda Airport (HND) to the hotel by Rapid-Limited Express (Keikyu Airport Line) was very convenient. It only cost about ¥600 per person. After exiting the station, it was just a 5-minute walk to the hotel.

The room size wasn't too small; there was still enough space to open one large suitcase and one small suitcase.

There's a Family Mart, Lawson, Starbucks, 7-Eleven, and a pharmacy close to the hotel, which is very convenient.

The hotel offers an onsen, washing machine/dryer, vending machine, microwave, luggage lockers (for before and after check-in), a fitness center, and a cafe, all within the premises. It's excellent!

It felt a little far from the station. Since it's an older hotel, there were no power outlets by the bed. However, the cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was substantial, so I was satisfied.

Room with relatively large space to storage a large luggage, comfy and tidy space, good experience! Just ~20mins away from Haneda Airport, also a wise choice for a flight transfer layover or departing early morning.

A really great hotel! The room was quiet, and the decor felt very new. It's also not far from Kyoto Station on foot. There's a convenience store right downstairs, which was super handy for grabbing anything we needed. Plus, there are bus stops downstairs that go directly to attractions like Kiyomizu-dera Temple.

The hotel service was excellent, and the room wasn't small either. It's very convenient for getting around and shopping, with a large Aeon supermarket right across the street where you can even get tax refunds at Montbell. A few hundred meters in the other direction, there's a temple. The price is very friendly during non-holiday periods! Oh, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. Highly recommended!

Thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so enjoyable. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing, and every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Thanks to the hotel’s convenient location, we were able to explore Kyoto easily and make the most of our trip.

We also really appreciated the luggage storage service, the umbrellas available on rainy days, the beautiful garden, and the delicious breakfasts. Thank you for your warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again! 😊

This is the second time that I’ve booked here because the last time I came everything was satisfactory. The room was really wide compared to other hotels that I’ve been to in Japan. Not just that, the onsen was clean as always and had yuzu inside this time but maybe it’s because it was winter but I couldn’t see it the next day so that was abit sad. The service was great!! You can check out and still ask them to hold the bag. The only downside I could say was that the walls were slightly stained ?? I think it’s due to the luggage being moved around by other individuals. It’s not too the point that it would bother anyone. But it did catch my eye abit.

I've been to Kyoto countless times and have always chosen hotels within a 500-meter radius, staying in four different ones in total. My absolute favorite, and the most perfect, is this 'Insomnia' hotel, which has the newest facilities and a perfect layout. The main reason is that this time I booked a 26-square-meter corner room. Room size always dictates comfort. Secondly, the large bathtub is fantastic; a daily soak truly relaxes my muscles and eases fatigue. The lobby bar also stands out compared to others nearby, offering various beverages and breads 24/7. A special mention goes to the space under the bed where large suitcases can be stored without taking up valuable room – this is incredibly important for guests staying multiple nights! Of course, the hotel is within walking distance of many attractions and shopping malls, and the staff are all gentle and friendly. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied!👍

On the third-day stay, I folded and left my pyjamas on bed before I went out. Unfortunately, when I returned to room, I found my pyjamas was on the sofa which was in a messy status(not folded). Apparently, the room agent just left it there in order to tidy the bed sheet or whatever. I mean should it be returned to the original place after it was moved? What’s wrong with it? It’s not acceptable to be honest

Had a very pleasant 2-day and 1-night stay at Chisun Inn Nagoya. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I particularly appreciated the peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, which was perfect for resting after a full day travelling to Nagoya. The room facilities were convenient, and the overall experience offered very good value for money. The location was also convenient, near Nagoya Station + Shinkansen. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended for solo travellers and anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, peaceful, and good-value place to stay in Nagoya.

Imagine the room is a bit like a nice cheung chau stay then everything is fine. Corridor of floors are linked to outdoor so nil air conditioning, it was a surprise - good for ventilation but bad for insects, also one could get sweaty waiting for lift on heat stroke days. Shower place can fit a non fat individual with minimal movement, else one will keep touching the walls. Front desk staffs are helpful. Provisionals exceed expectations, such as morning breakfast cereals and milk, bike and helmet rentals.

The room was a bit small, and only the bathroom had a window. However, the cleanliness was impeccable. There are vending machines and a washer-dryer combo on the second floor. Breakfast can be booked at check-in, which is a bit cheaper than ordering à la carte – just 1100 yen with drinks included. Overall, I'm very satisfied; there's nothing to complain about.

I was impressed with the breakfast, which was both reasonably priced and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop. The room was well laid out, and despite being only 16 square meters, it provided enough space to fully open both a 25-inch and a 28-inch suitcase.

The room was quite spacious, and the bathroom was well-maintained with a proper separation between the shower and dry areas. Everything felt clean and comfortable. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more pleasant.

In terms of location, it’s very convenient. There is a Lawson right across the street, and a 7-Eleven about a five-minute walk away. The hotel is also around an eight-minute walk from Fushimi Station (Exit 10) on the Higashiyama Line, making it easy to get around the city.
