My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, a definite five-star experience! 

What surprised me most was how incredibly clean the room was – a total win for someone as particular about cleanliness as I am. There was no odd smell when I walked in, and I could walk barefoot on the floor without getting dusty. The bedding was perfectly neat and clean, with a faint, fresh, disinfected scent. The bathroom was spotless; not a single water mark on the mirror or countertop, and even easy-to-miss details like corners and shelf crevices were perfectly clean. It made for a truly reassuring stay.

The service was excellent throughout. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and the staff were genuinely kind and patient, answering all my travel questions and even proactively offering tips for local sightseeing. Any requests were handled promptly and without any sense of being rushed or dismissed.

A huge bonus was the super charming cafe right downstairs. I could grab freshly brewed coffee and a light meal just by heading down in the morning, saving me the hassle of finding somewhere else. It was also incredibly convenient if I needed a quick spot to sit and get some work done. It added so much happiness to my entire trip. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Overall I did enjoy my stay here. I think the hotel feels quite modern and has some amenities that make it quite appealing to travelers who may be on a budget. I'll start off with the Pros: 
1. Location is pretty good - its close to the skytree and public transportation is easily accessible via that station. Depends on what you're looking to do but most places aren't that far to get to. Plus I like having a location that isn't too loud either which this spot does a good job at. Some konbini, super market, and food options around as well. 
2. The lobby area is quite nice. You get free refreshments, bread, games, books, and a very nice area to sit in. If you just need to have a small breakfast or do some work or just chill with your friends with some games or even solo - it is a very nice area. 
3. The hotel feels quite modern with it's design. 
4. Lighting can be adjusted: I deeply appreciate rooms that allow you to adjust the lighting since certain rooms can be too bright at night or too bright when I have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night - here it's adjustable.
5. Some other things include that I thought the AC had good control, things were relatively clean. Of course the room is a bit small but it doesn't really bother me since I expect it and I'm just using the room to sleep basically.

8. Bed is long enough (I need a bed to be at least 1.95m) However, if you are sleeping with someone in the double bed, I would say its a bit too small for that. Width I didn't mesaure but standard double bed probably


Cons:
1. No blackout shades is the biggest one. If you are sensitive to light in the morning and don't wanna wake up too early, you'll probably need an eye mask. I prefer not sleeping with an eyemask if possible but there's no blackout shades

2. I thought the bed was just ok, but I didn't particularly enjoy the pillows. Think they have a weird texture on the inside of it. Not terrible, but I would switch if possible. 


Overall I enjoyed it especially since this was one of the more affordable ones for my budget and I do recommend it!

I was quite satisfied with my stay. The location is excellent in terms of transportation. There's a Keikyu shuttle bus from Haneda (though I didn't end up using it for either trip), and the bus stop is right downstairs, which is convenient for getting to and from the hotel. The only downside is that the bus schedule is quite infrequent, sometimes only once an hour, and at certain times there are no buses at all, so you need to check the timetable in advance. On my way there, my flight was delayed, and by the time I landed, there were no buses or trains left, so I took a taxi. With the late-night surcharge and highway tolls, it cost about 220 RMB. On the way back, I took the train; it's very convenient to take the Rinkai Line for one stop and then transfer to the Yurikamome. If you have a transportation card, it's even cheaper than taking the bus. 

The room was a good size, perfect for one person, though it might be a bit snug for two. It was clean and tidy, and the wallpaper and decor gave a comfortable and relaxing feeling. The view from the window was also nice, and the soundproofing was decent; at least I wasn't bothered by any noise. For this price in Tokyo, I think the conditions were excellent. The hotel's surroundings are very convenient, with convenience stores, various restaurants, and supermarkets all readily available. All three major convenience stores are there, you can shop freely at Aeon, and there's also Matsumoto Kiyoshi, so you can stock up on purchases and gifts before you leave. For dining, there's ramen, donburi, burgers, two Italian restaurants, and even ********* food, so you're pretty much set for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

For check-in, you can complete it in advance on your phone by following the steps in the email (the hotel sends an email beforehand). After filling in your information, a QR code will be generated. When you arrive at the hotel, you can just scan the QR code at the machine to get your room card and go straight upstairs, no human interaction needed. Amenities are self-serve by the elevators, and there's even sencha tea and hot water available.

Everything was great. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be the toothbrush – it was awful. The bristles felt like steel wool, and the head was no more than 2cm². I'd recommend bringing your own toothbrush 🙃.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again!

The facilities are complete, the hygiene is clean and comfortable, the environment is very pleasant, the service is excellent and attentive, and the transportation is convenient. The price is also reasonable, making it very suitable for business trips.

Booked 4 nights stay here. The overall experience is good, the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is extremely good (for me) as it's only a 5-6 mins walk from the Keikyu-Kamata station. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store, Chinese cuisine restaurant and a pharmacy nearby. There is also a Shōtengai (Shopping/commercial street) nearby, which is around 5-6 mins walk from the hotel. They provided hair shampoo, hair conditioner and body shampoo, you have to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and other toiletries. There is an onsite washing machine and dryer (you need to dry for a longer time if your clothes are thick) that use coins, luckily we manage to change some coins using the machine at the counter with the help from the staff. If there's one downside to this hotel, it's that the double room is a bit small, but considering the price and the location, it's still good value for money.

The location was incredibly convenient, especially since I primarily used taxis to get around. The front desk service was also excellent.

This hotel has a clear set of pros and cons.

**Pros:**
1.  **Spacious rooms:** The room is large enough to lay out three 26-inch suitcases without obstructing movement (see picture 3).
2.  **Daily linen change:** They support daily linen changes, and the bed is quite large.
3.  **Excellent public transport access:** It's only a 1-minute walk to the bus stop, and the buses essentially cover all the main attractions.
4.  **Convenience store nearby:** There's a convenience store right next to the hotel.

**Cons:**
1.  **Weak hairdryer:** The hairdryer in the hotel is incredibly weak; I've never encountered one with such low power! Sisters with thick hair, proceed with caution.
2.  **No daily complimentary bottled water:** There's no free bottled water provided daily. There's a water dispenser on the first floor, but you have to bring your own cup to fill it, which isn't very convenient.
3.  **Distance from Kyoto Station:** It's quite far from Kyoto Station, about a 15-minute walk, which is a struggle when you're carrying large suitcases.

I'm giving this place full marks, it's just so convenient! It's about 200 meters from the subway exit (take the Starbucks exit), and only a 10-minute walk to Daimaru Department Store and Nishiki Market. It's located on a quiet side street, and the environment is elegant. My only minor gripes are that they don't even provide a bottle of water, and the hotel's public bath isn't very big – it felt cramped with just four people. On the bright side, there's a 7-Eleven right across the street, which is super handy for buying things.

The hygiene was acceptable. As for the surroundings, there's a road in front, a railway behind, a shrine to the left, and I didn't explore the right side... There's a hot spring bath on the basement floor, and hotel guests can use their room card for free entry. You basically scrub yourself down in front of a mirror! I wouldn't really recommend getting breakfast here, as Kyoto Station is just a short walk across an intersection. And don't let the small bed fool you, it's also very hard! Although the room isn't big, the pillow was especially uncomfortable! If the price were a bit lower, around 300 RMB, I might recommend it.

This is a great hotel, my second time staying here. The rooms are very cozy and clean, and the staff is very helpful. Our flight was delayed, and they checked us in after check-in time. There's an onsen, and even though the water isn't mineral, it's still super after a long flight. Try the ice cream from the ice cream machine when you leave the onsen feeling hot. There's a cafe on the ground floor with breakfast: I recommend the Japanese-style one, but they also have a regular European option, and the coffee is good. There's a nice izakaya nearby with tempura, Tempura & Wine Kojima (天ぷらとワイン小島 京都店). There's also another cool cafe nearby, SAKESORA (京の).

A 'Sleepless' hotel with such a great vibe, you'll never actually lose sleep! The room isn't huge, but it's clean, well-maintained, and smartly designed. The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are a huge plus. I stayed for three nights, and my sleep score was above 90 every single night. Plus, the location is fantastic – just a 2-minute walk from the subway, making it convenient to get anywhere. Next time I'm in Kyoto, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

I don’t mind the small space since I’m travelling alone, but the moment I entered the room, an irritating and unknown smell greeted me. I don’t know where it is coming from but the smell lasts until the day of my checkout. There’s also a few small strands of hair on the walls and floors of the comfort room. Some of the amenities, which are body soap and shampoo, smelled old. For some items, like the microwave, are only available in some floors and it’s kind of hassle on my part. But the staffs seemed friendly, and the receptionist knows how to speak english.

True to Japanese style, the room was small but incredibly new and clean. The bedding, in particular, was pristine, fresh, and completely odorless. Right across the street, there's an underground shopping mall and a bus stop, perfect for basic dining, drinks, and convenience store needs. The bus to the airport is super convenient. If you head right and cross the road, you'll find a commercial plaza with an electricity tower and a small recreational park, featuring a few major brand stores. Further down is the Sakae shopping district.

Simple hotel. Takes about 15 mins to walk to Oasis bus terminal which we took to airport. Overall good stay because there’s a public bath and I like it

Hotel is located near fushimi station. Guest will check in in Fuse Coffee. Hotel provides free ice- cream at 2100-2300, choco, green tea and vanilla. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Washroom is quite big which is very impressive. 
You may enjoy breakfast in Fuse coffee. It scores 4.3 in Google which is relatively high around there.

Honestly, overall it's pretty good and has a lot of character. The mini burgers at breakfast were delicious. And the quiet room I specifically requested was indeed very quiet.

However, the air conditioner blows directly at you, and you can only adjust it to strong or weak wind, so you're either freezing or boiling, and it's quite noisy.

Secondly, the duvet is shockingly short; anyone over 165 cm (I'm 162 cm myself, no exaggeration) won't be able to cover themselves properly.

Also, the curtains aren't blackout, so if you're sensitive to light, you should choose carefully, but it's okay if you bring an eye mask.

Overall, it's a hotel with character, worth experiencing but not suitable for a long stay (not ideal for more than three days).
