This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the subway station and very close to MixC World, making dining options abundant and convenient. Although the hotel is a bit older, the facilities are still well-maintained, especially the fantastic swimming pool which features both a play area and professional lanes. I highly recommend this place for business trips to Shenzhen or for families with children. The views from the higher floors are also stunning.

I always choose high-end hotels for my travels, and this stay at The St. Regis Shenzhen truly offered an even higher level of quality and service. First, I particularly want to commend my butler, Pierre, for his excellent service! It was my wedding anniversary on the day of check-in, and I mentioned it to Butler Pierre when he called me. The check-in process was swift, and upon entering the room, I was delighted to see the thoughtful decorations and a handwritten blessing on a card. I'm very grateful for Pierre's considerate preparations. Second, the hotel boasts an elegant environment. From check-in to quick processing and room service, you can feel the warmth; every service staff member I encountered in the restaurant was full of smiles. The hotel's service response is incredibly fast; from the moment you call to order coffee to your room, it's very prompt. They even offer 24-hour complimentary coffee and tea delivery to the room. Having stayed in various five-star and even seven-star hotels both domestically and internationally, if I could rate it, I would give The St. Regis Shenzhen a ten-star rating, because both the facilities and service completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again and hope you continue to improve!

After three years, this is my second stay at The St. Regis Shanghai Jingan. After looking around, I still believe its location is superb. Zhangyuan, HKRI Taikoo Hui, Plaza 66, and Jing An Kerry Centre are all within comfortable walking distance. When checking in, the front desk's 'welcome home' made me feel very warm. I was also lucky enough to get an upgrade, and they even provided a surprise cake and decorations for our anniversary – thank you, St. Regis.

The room facilities are comprehensive. The only drawback is that the hairdryer hasn't been updated yet, but thankfully, I'm used to bringing my own. For breakfast, perhaps due to the National Day holiday, it was a bit chaotic with queues for seating and some food items not being replenished promptly. I managed to squeeze in a visit to the gym, which has a full range of equipment, including a dedicated yoga studio, and the cleanliness details were also quite good – a big thumbs up!

The hotel maintains a traditional and elegant style. As someone born in the 80s, I appreciate the charm of the old-fashioned. The concierge team's gentlemen in traditional long gowns exude a handsome and refined 'Hai Pai' (Shanghai style) elegance – manual applause! 👍 The lobby bar still features live piano performances, which is a rare treat these days. Thumbs up for upholding this artistic sentiment! 👍

The St. Regis on the Bund boasts an impeccable location, right on the Bund. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking night views of the Huangpu River and Lujiazui. The rooms are exquisite and spotless. Our dedicated butlers, Frieda, Anna, and Amber, provided attentive and prompt service. The hotel's facilities are luxurious, and the breakfast is bountiful. Our entire stay was incredibly comfortable. This is definitely our top choice when visiting Shanghai!

The room was incredibly comfortable, and it's within walking distance of Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa! You can even see the Burj Khalifa from the room! The breakfast buffet was fantastic and very extensive. The waitstaff were all young, friendly, and cheerful, with excellent communication skills. We'd go out sightseeing during the day, and then in the afternoon and evening, we could easily walk to Dubai Mall for shopping and dining. The beds at The St. Regis are always so comfortable, and the bathtub and shower area were well-designed, clean, and pleasant to use. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dubai.

Amazing service. Butler and concierge service was personalised, quick and attentive. We can even communicate by WhatsApp which really helps when we are out of our room. We lost one of the delivery package and Zaw of concierge service, stayed past his work hour to help us locate the package.

There was a wide selection for breakfast and the presentation of the bread and pastries table look so nice.
