I stayed at the b Suidobashi and had a solid overall experience. The location is very convenient, with Tokyo Dome within walking distance, making it ideal for concerts or events without worrying about transportation. The room was simple but clean and functional. The highlight is the public bath, which is comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a long day.

Check-in experience: I arrived late and it's one of the hotel with automatic machines. There werent anyone manning the counter but I managed to get a staff to help. Check-in was delayed because of some issue (another staff came to support but was also unable to check me in with the machine). I would advise the hotel to have a separate system that allows staff to bypass the machine easily after multiple failed attempts.

Room size: I was travelling alone for work so the room size is fine for me (typical Tokyo hotel). The toilet was larger than some hotels in Tokyo and I appreciate that a lot. However, with an additional opened luggage, I can imagine the room to be pretty tight

Location: for me, someone who had barely any time to go anywhere, the location was perfect. 24h Donki was just around the corner (5-min tops), Family mart just across the street, and a stumbled upon a famous tempura shop across the street (Ginza Tenkuni) which served amazing tempura. The Ginza shopping street is really a walking distance away (for example, it took me about 10 min to reach the flagship uniqlo). I love the location - away from the bustling Ginza shopping area but close enough for a comfortable walk.

Breakfast: Breakfast was good with really friendly staffs. It is a small restaurant so may get busy.

The hotel is conveniently located on Chyoda metro line, there are some supermarkets nearby with long business hours so you won't starve returning late. You can use a public elevator to go to the hotel from metro exit 3b, otherwise you'll have to walk uphill. There is a vending machine in the hotel with nice instant noodles and beer. The hotel offers nice treats like macarons and donuts, as well as good face lotion etc.

Breakfast is quite good. Our room had a view on a cemetery but who cares. The beds were a bit on the harder side but clean, without any unpleasant smell. 

Overall, the hotel offers a very good value for the price.

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations! Don Quijote and Ichiran Ramen are right across the street, which was super convenient for shopping and dining. It's also very close to the Tsukuba Express line. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. One of the staff members, who seemed to be Chinese, helped us get a document issued before we left – he was very skilled and fast, we really appreciate it! The room and bed were also much bigger than any other Japanese hotels we've stayed in before, and we even had a view of the Tokyo Skytree. The only downside is that it's a bit far from Asakusa Station. Overall, it's an economical and convenient choice.

The hotel’s location and cleanliness are excellent. Considering that you will probably walk a lot during your trip to Tokyo, the hotel’s proximity to the metro station provides great convenience. The staff’s attitude and warm approach were also very commendable. When I went to the reception to solve a small problem I had in the room, a lady at the reception accompanied me to my room and helped me fix the issue. As a negative point, I can mention that the air conditioners are centrally controlled, so the temperature does not really change even if you adjust it. Also, there are only two washing machines and two dryers available for guests, which sometimes feels insufficient.

The hotel offers both non-smoking and smoking rooms. If you don't have a strong preference, you might want to check availability for both. My friends and I had a bit of a mix-up with our dates this time, and we unexpectedly found a smoking room available for one night. We were originally planning to book a non-smoking room for six days, but because of this, we ended up splitting our booking. It turned out to be much cheaper than booking the full six days straight, as there was no non-smoking room available for one of the days, but no smoking room for the others. Plus, the hotel staff kindly arranged for us to stay in the same room for all six days without having to switch! 🥰🥰🥰 So grateful!

The facilities are a bit old, but it's not a major issue. The cleanliness and attention to detail are commendable, and the service attitude is also very good. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. There's a coffee machine and a waffle maker in the lobby on the first floor.

The hotel is located near the train station along the marunouchi line. From there, we can easily go to Asakusa, Tokyo, Ginza, Shibuya, etc. The hotel also provides free coffee and tea and snacks at the lobby. We were also able to store our luggage with the hotel after check out before we leave for the airport in the evening.

The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from Shimbashi Station. If you're feeling energetic, you can easily walk to Ginza and Tokyo Station. The surrounding area is very lively, with many small shops and locals, making it convenient for shopping and dining. I stayed in two room types: the double room could only fit one suitcase open, while the superior double room could fit two (assuming no extra bed). Housekeeping is every other day, with fresh towels and trash removal daily. For repeat guests, you can store up to two pieces of luggage. Communication with the front desk was smooth; they readily helped when I asked to have an extra bed removed. The only drawback is the lack of a laundry room, which isn't ideal for travelers who prefer to pack light.

This is almost always my go-to hotel every time I visit Tokyo. It's super close to Akasaka-mitsuke Station, and there are a couple of convenience stores right on the way. Plus, there are tons of shops and restaurants nearby. The room itself is very clean, and what I love most is the curtain design – it blocks out light completely! Even at 10 AM, you barely get any light, which is amazing when you want to sleep in a bit longer. I always enjoy the little desserts every evening, though lately, it's always been donuts. Hoping for some variety soon!

I haven't taken any photos of the room interior because I've stayed here so many times already, lol.

About 800 meters from the hotel, there's the TBS building, and if you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of some TV show tapings! 🤲🏻

Not the most convenient in term of location as it takes around 15-20mins walk, especially under the hot sun.
Hotel lobby provides space for luggage storage but no security, they are all left for the public to access to. 
Room space is rather small 
Otherwise room is clean and there's public onsen.

The hotel service is excellent, the hygiene is impeccable, and it's quite quiet. They put a lot of thought into decorating the elevator area for visitors. The ice cream puffs are delicious. The restaurant that partners with the hotel for breakfast also serves good dinners. If you're booking this hotel, it's worth checking the price a day or two before your trip for any changes.

Marvellous location!!!  Hotel opened in December 2023.  Nice, clean and decent-sized room.  Hotel lobby has a small tea pantry with coffee machine, amenities shelf, drinks vending machine and a laundry area.  Limited free snack every afternoon.  Lift only accessible with your card key.

Super impressed with the  accessible and fantastic location. 
- take the airport bus and drop at Minami 3-jo Susukino. Hotel is just diagonally across the street (less than a minute walk)
- when you exit from the hotel, make a u-turn to your right and you are less than a minute away from the connector of sectors 2 & 3 of Tanukikoji Shopping Street
- Daiso is a 2-minute walk and Mega Don Quijote (opens 24h) is a 3-minute walk from the hotel
- a mere 3-minute walk to Susukino Station or 5-minute walk to Odori Station
- Family Mart and 7-Eleven are just across the street and Lawson is a 2-minute walk away
- nestled right next to the intersection with a prominent and unique-looking facade, high visibility
- an abundant array of dining options all around the hotel

Switched to this hotel from my original choice 2 days before the trip.  Couldn't have asked for more.  No cap!

For a comfort-style hotel, the facilities, environment, and price are quite well-matched! The location is excellent, right next to Tanukikoji and near Exit 35 of Odori Station, which is super convenient. It's about an 8-minute walk to Sapporo TV Tower and Odori Park.

My experience with the service felt a bit polarizing, though. 😂 The lounge in the lobby was a huge plus, a real 'soft' service that definitely made it feel like great value for money! However, since I stayed for three consecutive nights, I understood and accepted that the sheets and duvet covers wouldn't be changed. I only asked for fresh bath and hand towels, but they literally *only* replaced the bath and hand towels each day. 😓😓 I was quite surprised that the toilet and bathtub (since the shower is in the tub) weren't cleaned at all. 😂

Overall, the value for money is still quite good! I'd definitely stay here again next time!
