The lobby is impressive, and the front desk staff are incredibly polite, responsive, and attentive. As it's a new hotel, there's a slight new-room smell, but the room itself is clean and tidy. The shower pressure could be stronger, and the temperature more stable. The view and surroundings are excellent. I'd definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

I had previously booked another Wanda hotel, the Mei Hua, for my child on the other side of Wanda, and the feedback was pretty good. So, I decided to book the Jin Hua hotel this time, as the rooms looked a bit bigger.

After booking, I called to inquire, and the hotel was very accommodating. They upgraded my room to a higher floor and extended my check-out time, which was great.

During my three-day stay, bottled water, toiletries, and other amenities were replenished generously. The housekeeping staff was very attentive; after mentioning it once, they provided three sets of towels and supplies for the subsequent days.

The hotel pool isn't huge, but it's not crowded. However, some of the facilities are not well-maintained; a few locker locks were broken, and the towels provided were worn out. I ended up bringing a hotel towel from my room to the pool. The adjacent gym is also quite large, but I didn't get a chance to visit due to time constraints.

Dining and shopping were absolutely no problem, as Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, and you can access it directly from the fifth floor. For transportation, the subway station is only about 200 meters away, and it's one of the closest hotels to Capital Airport. While it's a bit far from scenic spots like Haidian, I wasn't there for tourism this time, so the location wasn't an issue. It's definitely much better than those overpriced and subpar hotels near tourist attractions, offering excellent value for money.

Finally, when checking out, I forgot my hat. The hotel staff even mailed it back to me, which I really appreciate. Thank you very much!

Wanda Hotel Pinggu Beijing is a pleasant surprise and offers excellent value for money. The hotel appears to be nicely renovated, with modern, good-looking décor that gives the spaces a fresh and comfortable feel. Both the rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained, making for a relaxing stay.

Although Pinggu is not in central Beijing, getting around is convenient. Attractions and amenities can be reached by cab, and taxi fares are reasonable, making transportation hassle-free.

Overall, this hotel is a good choice for travellers looking for a clean, well-designed hotel at a good price point. Comfortable stay, attractive interiors, and good accessibility make it a worthwhile option in Pinggu.

The Wanda Jin Suites Changbaishan boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the resort, within walking distance of the hot springs and shopping street. The suite itself is spacious, with separate living and sleeping areas, and features a balcony with a view. The underfloor heating keeps it wonderfully warm, and the breakfast offers a great variety. It was a truly convenient and comfortable stay for our family, including the elderly and children.

The Changbai Mountain hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's a natural oxygen bar, something no star-rated hotel can compare to! The family room was spacious, dry, and comfortable. The central air conditioning wasn't directly blowing at us, so we didn't feel a cold draft, yet it was still very pleasant. Both indoors and outdoors, there was no noticeable temperature difference and it felt so comfortable! No muggy heat, no constant cold breeze, just pure comfort! I highly recommend it for families with children and seniors, especially if you're coming from hot, humid southern regions. I got home this past Monday and nearly melted from the heat 🤬🤬🤬, I truly miss Changbai Mountain – just lying there felt so good! The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and surprisingly, they didn't have the typical Northeastern accent! 😢

Last Saturday, around 8:10 AM on the 18th, I accidentally spilled coffee while having breakfast at the Jinhua Resort hotel. A young woman in a blue uniform, who was shorter than the other women in blue uniforms, actively and enthusiastically helped us clean it up. There were a lot of people dining at the time. She was hardworking, diligent, and had slightly pouty lips. Her name tag seemed to have the surname Li and the character 'Ping'!

When the restaurant is crowded, it really feels understaffed. The staff should be compensated better, especially during holidays. When staff feel valued and respected, and are well-compensated, they'll pass on that sincerity and happiness to the customers! The service from frontline staff is what truly matters most for customer experience!

Also, a common issue with all major scenic areas and resorts is the surrounding dining options. While the ingredients are fresh and guaranteed, could the taste be improved a bit more? 😊

It's a bit of a walk to the train, but it's the blue line which connects well to many interesting places and the hotel is lovely. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The rooftop pool is absolutely beautiful and a comfortable temperature for swimming. Breakfast is great, there is a set menu and a special dish that changes every day, you can also order more than one dish if you want (my friend did, I can't eat that much though I wish I could've), all very tasty. There's also a small but varied buffet to choose from in addition to the main dish. The view was nice too. We really enjoyed our stay there.
