I've stayed at the Wanda Jin Beijing Dongba twice, during the National Day holiday in 2025 and Chinese New Year in 2026, and both times were great experiences:
1. The hotel was newly renovated in 2024. There's no strange smell, it's new, clean, and has a simple, business-friendly style.
2. We stayed in a smart room.
3. They offer both king beds and twin beds. The Hollywood twin beds can be combined, which is super convenient for families with kids!
4. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows and the sofa bed by the window – it adds a really nice touch.
5. The service was warm and attentive. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk and restaurant staff to housekeeping, the gym, and the swimming pool, was very nice.
6. The hotel TV allows screen casting, and the hotel has its own gym and swimming pool, including a heated kids' pool. There's plenty of entertainment right at the hotel!
7. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options and was delicious.
8. The hotel is directly connected to a Wanda shopping mall (yet it's very quiet). You can eat, drink, and have fun without even leaving the hotel. It's more comprehensive than those family hotels that only have an attached playground – it could easily be advertised as a family-friendly hotel!

Jinhua did not disappoint me, it is worth giving all five points of praise and seriously writing a little encouragement! The hotel has just opened for less than half a month, and the new facilities and equipment in the room are highly intelligent. Location is perfect for tourists to Universal Studios (I see the hotel is also well prepared for summer), set up for a weekend holiday for families in the city. The most worthy of praise 👍 is the service, front desk, guest rooms, catering and concierge. It can be seen that the hotel has a high level of overall service intention under the strict requirements of the initial stage, such as the breakfast restaurant, cleaning and squatting on the ground to seriously deal with small stains on the ground. In contrast, the international chain five-star breakfast restaurants in the city basically turn a blind eye or simply deal with it. The hotel Chinese restaurant should also be recommended. If the five-star wine is set with a standard, the price is not high, but the taste and dishes are not inferior to their peers. The only detail that needs to be improved is that the single tea cup configured is too big to be placed under the capsule coffee machine normally. Even in the suite, I did not turn to the standard-sized coffee cup, and then wait for me to take the capsule box to prepare to pick up the coffee. I found that there are used capsules left over in the box. Of course, this is not a big deal for me. I don’t have to blame the front-line staff of the guest room. It is understandable that these newly opened things need to be run-in. Add this item in the inspection list. The above does not affect me to give all five-star praise!

Our stay in the Mike Fox Detective Theme Room, part of Wanda Hotels, was an absolute delight for our entire family! The 1.35-meter bunk bed in the room was an instant hit with our child. As soon as we stepped inside, our little one excitedly climbed up and refused to come down, still buzzing with happiness even at bedtime. We initially thought it would just be a comfortable stay, but we were pleasantly surprised by the fun detective experience. Following Mike Fox's clues and solving puzzles step-by-step, our child was completely focused and engaged throughout – even our usually restless little one became remarkably patient. What's more, after our child successfully cracked the puzzles, the hotel's robot promptly delivered a customized gift right to our door. The delight in our child's eyes was impossible to hide, and they excitedly told us, 'This is the best reward ever!' From the immersive themed ambiance and clever details to the immense thoughtfulness shown for children, the hotel's genuine sincerity was palpable throughout our stay. This comfortable, interactive, and fun accommodation experience is truly ideal for families with young children. It's now firmly on our 'must-revisit' list!

I came with my child this time, and I was worried about being overwhelmed by the sub-zero twenty-degree weather. But from the moment we landed, the hotel's 'Xue Man' butler took care of everything perfectly.

👉  Worried I wouldn't find the restaurant, they drew me a map.
👉  Worried I'd miss the airport shuttle, they proactively checked the schedule for me.
👉  Worried my child would be cold, they turned up the heating in the kids' room in advance.
👉  I casually mentioned wanting an early lunch, and they immediately coordinated it for me.

This isn't just a hotel butler; it's my personal itinerary planner! The room was so warm I didn't want to leave, and the ski rental shop was super convenient, just a 3-minute walk downstairs. After skiing, soaking in the hot spring just topped off the feeling of pure bliss! Getting to the ski resort was incredibly easy.

It was my first time visiting Northeast China, and I was initially worried I wouldn't adapt, but their service warmed my heart completely. From now on, when I want to ski in winter, this is my go-to place!

This is our second time staying at Jinhua Suite Hotel this snow season! Manager Tang Xiaohan from the hotel called and messaged us on WeChat beforehand to understand all our needs in detail. During our stay, she'd remind us about the weather every day and even proactively offered hand warmers when it was cold. I especially want to thank Manager Tang for her exceptional dedication in helping us arrange a ski instructor for our child. When one day's ski lesson couldn't be booked, Manager Tang tirelessly helped me refresh the mini-program every day to see if there were any available instructors. It truly touched this old mother's heart! The hotel's location is super convenient for skiing; the ski center and restaurants are right downstairs. The hotel also has its own laundry room, which is a great plus. See you next snow season!

Such an amazing Hotel 
It's my first time staying around here and really concerned about it. But after just couple minutes there, the hotel was so amazing.
I arrived at around midnight and checked in with a girl staff, she was so nice and helpful and recommended me around. 
Also met some staff in daytime they were also good.

The room was amazing, clean and I love the bathroom so so much. One of the best. 
( a bit smells of Cigarettes but it's fine for me and I understand it's hard to remove it and also Chinese are smoking like crazy )

The gym and Pool open 24 hrs.

Can walk to subway not far at all
