My stay at the Wanda Jinhua Hotel was fantastic. The hotel's overall decor is luxurious and grand, with an artistic atmosphere throughout. The public areas are spacious and exude a sense of quality. The guest rooms are large, and the interior design is refined and tasteful, making for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel incredibly convenient, whether for business or leisure. I especially want to commend Manager L for their meticulous and thoughtful service, prompt responses, and genuine and proper demeanor. They considered every aspect thoroughly, leaving a deep impression on me. Both the facilities and service are top-notch and heartwarming. It's truly great value for money, and I highly recommend it. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

This was my third time staying at Wanda Realm, and each visit has been a delightful surprise. The hotel is as clean as ever, and the service is warm and attentive. This time, I booked a suite for my parents, and they were incredibly comfortable. The amenities were also replenished promptly. What truly stood out was Manager Xiao Han, who started addressing our needs even before check-in and maintained continuous communication throughout our stay. When my parent felt unwell and wanted to check out early, it was handled instantly, which was incredibly thoughtful. I'll definitely choose Wanda Realm again on my next trip to Beijing. Highly recommended!

Wanda Hotel Pinggu Beijing is a pleasant surprise and offers excellent value for money. The hotel appears to be nicely renovated, with modern, good-looking décor that gives the spaces a fresh and comfortable feel. Both the rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained, making for a relaxing stay.

Although Pinggu is not in central Beijing, getting around is convenient. Attractions and amenities can be reached by cab, and taxi fares are reasonable, making transportation hassle-free.

Overall, this hotel is a good choice for travellers looking for a clean, well-designed hotel at a good price point. Comfortable stay, attractive interiors, and good accessibility make it a worthwhile option in Pinggu.

Although the room was a bit old, the cleanliness and service were still excellent. The butler checked in with us daily, provided weather updates and information about hotel activities. They were especially attentive to safety during rainy weather and readily provided anything we needed. When our child accidentally got a bump while playing outside, they immediately sent up iodine after a phone call.

The breakfast spread was plentiful and suitable for both seniors and children. It started as early as 6:30 AM, which was perfect for visiting Tianchi Lake, as many other hotels only start serving breakfast after 7 AM. Going to Tianchi early in the morning greatly increases your chances of seeing the lake, and we were lucky enough to catch a glimpse. On the 17th, Tianchi closed and stopped admissions after 10 AM.

The Wanda Realm Suite practically included access to all Wanda resort activities. If you visited the water park, the hotel provided a laundry room with dryers, as well as disinfectant and laundry detergent. Just be aware that there can be long queues during peak times, so plan your schedule accordingly.

Regarding Wanda perks: The cable car offered incredibly beautiful views (complimentary on first stay, unlimited rides on the same day), but it only operates on clear days. Other perks included the Wacool boat ride, a choice between the slide or luge, hot springs, and the water park. The boat rides and slides are also weather-dependent (clear days only), while grass-sliding is an additional charge. I recommend prioritizing the slide/luge queue first (children must be 12+ years old and over 155cm to ride alone; otherwise, an adult must accompany them) as the wait times can be very long. You can then do grass-sliding later (it has longer operating hours and no queues). The boat ride also has long queues. We didn't get to it in the afternoon/evening, but we managed to enjoy all the most exciting activities.

The Jinhua Hotel is well-equipped and offers excellent service. Special thanks to Coco (TuTu) at the executive lounge who called me in advance to explain the benefits before I even checked in. The resort has a wide variety of activities, and its location is superb. I thoroughly enjoyed the mountain retreat atmosphere and had a comfortable stay. The commercial street right next to the hotel is also very convenient.

Coco (TuTu) was incredibly attentive and enthusiastic, handling everything with great care! Thumbs up!

Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely choose Wanda Jin Residence The Ease Sierra Bangkok again on my next visit to Bangkok.

**Facilities:** Opened in 2025, all the facilities are brand new. There's a rooftop swimming pool and a laundry room. I even saw two guys goofing around there when I went to do my laundry, haha. The room is also very spacious, around 40 sqm, with a mini-fridge and a great view.

**Location:** The location is a bit far from the subway, down an alley, about a 10-minute walk. However, I mostly travel by taxi, so this isn't an issue for me. Plus, the money saved on the room rate more than covers the taxi fares.

**Breakfast:** This is the highlight! Breakfast is à la carte plus buffet style. Every day I tried two à la carte dishes, sometimes adding one of the daily specials. They offer Chinese, Western, and Thai options, all very rich and flavorful. The regular buffet is also excellent, with meat, vegetables, and soup. It gives you plenty of energy to start the day.

**Service:** The front desk staff speak excellent Chinese, which is to be expected from a Wanda Group hotel. There are quite a few Chinese guests staying here, and overall, I felt very safe.
