The location was excellent, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The MRT station is directly connected to the hotel, making it very convenient to get around.

However, the building itself feels quite dated and is in need of better maintenance. I was also surprised that the hotel doesn’t allow certain services to be charged to your room.

If you use the spa, be aware that you’ll need to go to the front desk to pay if you’re using a credit card. You also can’t pay by credit card directly at the spa or when ordering room service. This was quite inconvenient and not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard.

I really enjoyed my stay here; they are very trustworthy. My package arrived yesterday and they kept it at the front desk. They were kind enough to send it back to me. Thank you.

In the morning need to provided 2 elevator, so elevator doesn’t need to use stairs. It’s not good! Cos planty people going up and down for breakfast. If is just one elevetor it’s chaos.

Very good hotel, wonderful and clean. Most amenities available except shavers which they said were out of stock so it was a little bummer. Felt safe the entire time and sometimes lift not working

Got a city view, and breakfast was decent enough for a 3-star hotel. What needs to be noted, though, is the cleanliness, especially the bedsheets. They weren't clean; there were still dust-like stains and brown spots on the fabric.

I'm a regular guest at this hotel. It's very clean and pleasant. The service is also very friendly. In front of the hotel, there's also an 'angkringan' (street food stall) with a complete menu and affordable prices.
