I booked a superior room with bakcony for 1 day and through another company the same type of room for next 4 nights! The night shift receptionist was really rude and told me for the 1st day i booked a superior room with balcony but the other 4 not! He also told that i did not understand what i booked!!!!!! After circa 10 minutes of arguments i told him we will see what is wrong or right next day!!! Next day i just presented my booking and the day shift receptionist was soooo kind and he said that i can be in a room with bigger balcony !!! So the management has 1. To check all the web-partners and to give the same names of the room types 2. The room type description has to be in all papers of the booker 3. Some receptionists are really rude and terrorize the guests!!!!

It’s always a nice stay experience here. The room is just the fine size, but worth the price. It’s clean, the staffs are nice and do their job properly. Location is not at the center of city, but it’s exactly above the Lavender MRT station, so you can just go anywhere easily by MRT. Now they have water filter too, so you won’t get dehydrated!

My overall experience at Hotel Mi Rochor was very good. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the MRT station, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Although the room wasn't particularly spacious, it was clean and tidy, and the facilities were quite complete. The bed was comfortable, and I rested very well during my stay.

The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. For those on a short trip to Singapore, on a business trip, or looking for accommodation with convenient transportation, this hotel is a great choice. Overall, the value for money is good, and I would consider staying here again on my next visit to Singapore.

If you are looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Singapore, V Hotel Bencoolen is a solid choice—especially for travelers who prioritize specific amenities and easy access to local facilities.
What I Loved:
 Bidet Available in Room: Finding a room equipped with a bidet sprayer in Singapore can be a challenge, so having one in the bathroom was a massive plus for me. It added a high level of comfort and convenience that made the stay feel much more accommodating to my personal needs.
 Prime Location near Mosques: The location is exceptionally convenient. It is situated within easy walking distance of local mosques (such as Bencoolen Mosque), making daily prayers and exploring the surrounding cultural sites entirely hassle-free.
What Could Be Improved:
 Breakfast Selection: The only downside of my stay was the breakfast options. The buffet included pork bacon, which was a bit of a drawback for my dietary preferences. If you strictly require Halal-certified or pork-free dining, you might want to consider opting out of the hotel breakfast and exploring the numerous nearby Halal eateries instead.
Verdict:

A comfortable and convenient stay.
I recently spent two nights at the Venus Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, making it a comfortable place to stay. While the room itself is a bit compact, it is very well-designed and functional.
I was impressed by how well-equipped the room was, as it came with a full range of amenities. The hotel's location is also a major plus—it is very close to heritage sites, making it incredibly easy and convenient to explore the area. As you can see in *image.png*,the hotel has a lovely, inviting lobby area where you can relax as well. Overall, a great choice for travelers who value convenience and comfort. Highly recommended!

I genuinely think this place is fantastic! It was the cheapest room I could find that met my requirements. I initially thought that because it was so inexpensive, it would be in a very remote location, but it turns out there are two bus stops right outside. I also found the staff to be very patient. I don't speak English, but they were very patient with me, using a translator and even gestures. They were very enthusiastic, and the cleaning ladies would always greet us when they saw us.

This was a pleasant, quiet, and safe stay.

**Environment:**
It's about a 13-minute walk to Aljunied MRT (EW line). The hotel is located about 50 meters inside Lane 18 of Geylang Road. Geylang Road itself is very bustling with heavy traffic, but once you step into Lane 18, it becomes quite peaceful. You can't hear car noises at night. However, the hotel's soundproofing isn't great; you can clearly hear snoring from the next room and conversations in the corridor. Luckily, guests were quite considerate and didn't make much noise late at night.

**Service:**
I booked 3 nights through Trip.com, two nights with a king bed and one night with twin beds. There was a front desk staff member who spoke Mandarin. Upon our request, they were very helpful and arranged for us to stay in the same room for the third night as well, saving us the hassle of moving our belongings.

On the second day, when we returned, we found the service manager waiting in our room. The floor was completely covered in water because a pipe in the corridor ceiling had burst. She asked if we wanted to switch to another room, and we agreed. She then kindly upgraded us to a deluxe room free of charge, which was much larger and more comfortable. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, haha!

**Cleanliness:**
The room was clean and tidy. The corridor had a Japanese-inspired design.

**Facilities:**
There's a refrigerator, which is convenient for storing your own food.
Toothbrush and toothpaste are provided, though the toothpaste was hard to squeeze out. There's no comb, and you need to get razors from the front desk.
There's no mineral water, but there's a water dispenser for drinking, and a kettle to boil hot water.
The air conditioning was noisy. Even when turned off, it wasn't cold, making for a quieter sleep. I needed two air-con blankets. The air-con blanket wasn't covered by a sheet, so I wasn't sure whether to use the blanket or the sheet directly when sleeping. But overall, I didn't catch a cold.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel 81 Gold during my trip to Singapore. The hotel offers good value for money, especially considering Singapore's accommodation prices. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. Although the room was a bit small, it was well-maintained and suitable for resting after a full day of sightseeing.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process quick and smooth. The location is also convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby.

The only downside was that the bathroom was quite compact, but it was clean and functional. Overall, if you're looking for an affordable, clean, and convenient place to stay in Singapore, I would recommend Hotel 81 Gold.

I had a great stay at Hotel 81 Premier Hollywood and would definitely stay again. The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I arrived earlier than expected after a long journey, and Elvin gave me such a warm welcome and kindly allowed me to check into my room early, which I really appreciated.

The room was exactly as pictured — compact, but with everything you needed. There was space to hang clothes, sit down comfortably, and the coffee facilities were a nice touch. Most importantly, the room was bright and very clean, so thank you to Liv Zhen for keeping everything spotless.

Even though I only stayed for two nights, I still received fresh towels and coffee top-ups, which was an unexpected bonus and very much appreciated.

The road the hotel is on looked a little unkept at first and initially put me off slightly, but after a short 2-minute walk you’re right in the middle of the hustle and bustle with loads of late-night food spots, convenience stores, drinks, and snack options nearby.

While the hotel isn’t directly next to an MRT station, there are plenty of buses close by, making it really easy to get around Singapore and visit all the main attractions. It’s also only around a 20-minute taxi ride to the airport, which was very convenient.

Overall, a really pleasant stay with excellent service and good value for Singapore.

The room was a bit small. We booked a family room with one queen bed and one single bed, which felt a bit cramped for three people, and there was hardly any space to open our luggage. The hygiene was decent, and the shower had good water pressure, which was nice. However, the toilet paper dispenser in the bathroom was placed too high, making it very inconvenient to use. The sink was also too small, so water would spill all over the floor when washing our faces. It felt like we were paying premium hotel prices for budget hotel quality.

The main draw was the hotel's convenient location. Many places like Bugis, Chinatown, Fort Canning Park, museums, Raffles City, and Little India were all within walking distance. Slightly further places like Orchard Road, Merlion, and Marina Bay were also walkable within 4 km if you enjoy a city walk. Singapore really is small! The subway entrance right outside the hotel also made it convenient to get to the airport.

It is similar to a B&B apartment. It seems to be newly opened in 2024. Its location is relatively remote. Entering from a small road, the navigation can hardly find the door. The interior of the room is relatively simple. A deposit of 200 baht is required at the front desk. Two sandwiches are given for breakfast. , 2 bottles of Coke are provided for free in the refrigerator in the room. There is a 7-11 convenience store 500 meters next to it, and the environment is very quiet.

The room is large and very large. The room has a fan, it is very convenient to eat around, the supermarket is opposite, you can buy fruit and drinking water. It is also very convenient to eat breakfast. The variety is very cheap.
