The hotel’s location is excellent, with both the bus station and the MRT station just a short walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

A special thank you to Yen, who made our stay truly memorable. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She kindly arranged an early check-in for us and even gave us a room with a beautiful view. Her outstanding service made our trip even more enjoyable and filled our stay with happiness.

Very clean! Staff cleaned the room every day thoroughly and to a high standard. The air conditioning was cold, so I slept comfortably. The water pressure was strong. There are many restaurants nearby and transportation is super convenient. The bathroom has a bidet spray. We each got a toothbrush and a large towel. The universal plugs worked directly without needing an adapter. There's a water dispenser with hot water, a comfortable table and chairs, and a hairdryer.

The room and bathroom are indeed a bit small (which is probably common in Singapore). The front desk staff are friendly and diligent, and they also provide explanations in Chinese. You can scan a QR code in the room to request housekeeping services like extra pillows, blankets, or other amenities, or you can pick them up at the front desk. The hotel is located next to the MRT station (Little India on the NE line and Rochor on the EW line). There's a convenience store downstairs and a hawker center nearby with many food options. It's close to the Little India and Rochor commercial areas, making it a good choice.

I saw some online reviews saying this hotel was small, but it was actually fine for the price. The key highlight is its incredibly convenient location. Whether you're heading to or from the airport, or visiting various tourist spots, the MRT is right next door. Plus, there are multiple bus routes nearby, making your travels smooth and hassle-free! 👍👍

I just checked out after spending 6 nights at Value Hotel Balestier, and overall, I had a really good stay.

The room isn’t huge, but it’s clean, comfortable, and has everything I needed after a full day of exploring Singapore. Since I was out sightseeing most of the time, it was a great place to come back, rest, and recharge.

One thing I really liked was the location. There are plenty of local restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, and bus stops just a short walk from the hotel. Getting around was easy, and I could reach places like Orchard Road, Marina Bay, Sentosa, and other attractions without much hassle. The nearest MRT station is a little farther away, but the bus connections are excellent and very convenient.

A comfortable and convenient stay.
I recently spent two nights at the Venus Hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, making it a comfortable place to stay. While the room itself is a bit compact, it is very well-designed and functional.
I was impressed by how well-equipped the room was, as it came with a full range of amenities. The hotel's location is also a major plus—it is very close to heritage sites, making it incredibly easy and convenient to explore the area. As you can see in *image.png*,the hotel has a lovely, inviting lobby area where you can relax as well. Overall, a great choice for travelers who value convenience and comfort. Highly recommended!

Facilities: A bit old-fashioned, and the air conditioning temperature was fixed at 24 degrees Celsius, couldn't be adjusted.
Cleanliness: Very clean, bedsheets and duvet covers were spotless.
Environment: The surrounding environment is great, with a pool and gym on the second floor. The laundry room requires coin payment.
Service: The Filipina lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic.

The hotel is right next to the Downtown Line (DTL), making it very convenient to get around. It's only a 10-minute walk to the popular Fort Canning Tree Tunnel. Food in Singapore is generally expensive, but there's a hawker center near the hotel where you can eat your fill for about 7 Singapore dollars per person. Even local office workers eat there, so it's very economical and affordable.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel 81 Gold during my trip to Singapore. The hotel offers good value for money, especially considering Singapore's accommodation prices. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. Although the room was a bit small, it was well-maintained and suitable for resting after a full day of sightseeing.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process quick and smooth. The location is also convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby.

The only downside was that the bathroom was quite compact, but it was clean and functional. Overall, if you're looking for an affordable, clean, and convenient place to stay in Singapore, I would recommend Hotel 81 Gold.

The staff speak fluent Mandarin, which is a big plus! This hotel is small but perfectly formed, truly excellent. It looks very refined, and I was surprised to find it had everything you could need. The room layout is quite well-proportioned, and although the bed is small, it's very comfortable. Plus, it has bright windows, so it doesn't feel cramped at all. The service is also great. There were even staff on duty late at night to help resolve issues.

I stayed 6 nights in 4th floor, the size of the room is okay, although the floor abit dusty, must get the cleaning room to mop the floor. 
Here is the pro and cons about this hotel : 
Positive : the staff friendly, cleaning the room everyday and change towel, the hot water in the shower is working well, has hair dryer, brankas, small refrigerator, windows, flat tv 42 inch with channel, internet quite fast. Has water filter for drinking inside the toilet, AC is cool. 

Negative : No Bidet, the rooms has no sound proof so can hear the neighbour or people walking, location in red light distric but near to city and easy to have bus station or near to Kallang MRT with walking 8 minutes, mattress a bit hard, the pillow is not nice for sleep.

Overall : if you are looking for budget hotel and dont care about the other things then this hotel suitable for you to save money.

It is similar to a B&B apartment. It seems to be newly opened in 2024. Its location is relatively remote. Entering from a small road, the navigation can hardly find the door. The interior of the room is relatively simple. A deposit of 200 baht is required at the front desk. Two sandwiches are given for breakfast. , 2 bottles of Coke are provided for free in the refrigerator in the room. There is a 7-11 convenience store 500 meters next to it, and the environment is very quiet.

The room is large and very large. The room has a fan, it is very convenient to eat around, the supermarket is opposite, you can buy fruit and drinking water. It is also very convenient to eat breakfast. The variety is very cheap.
