If you're planning a trip to Liangzhu, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are spotless, and the courtyard environment is as lovely as depicted in the photos. The hotel staff's service and smiles strike a perfect balance between professionalism and warmth; they truly make you feel at home. 

What truly surprised me, however, was the tea. I consider myself to have a discerning palate for tea. West Lake Longjing isn't typically my preferred kind; I've sampled various grades, from ordinary to those costing thousands or even tens of thousands of yuan, but I've never quite developed a fondness for it. Yet, the pre-Qingming Longjing tea provided in the hotel room was an exception. It felt imbued with the pure essence of nature and the spirit of the earth, offering a wonderfully smooth and subtly sweet taste. After all, guests only bother to take photos and write reviews when something is either exceptionally bad or offers outstanding value for money! 

I have a small suggestion for the hotel: it would be wonderful to label the ancient trees in the courtyard. This would allow visitors from all over the country to learn more about Southern Chinese flora.

Located right next to the boat dock but I didn't go because it was expensive. Overall not bad hotel, price is good. There is breakfast but it's not particularly special but a lot of food!! Free bottled water also~

I booked this hotel for its good location, but it exceeded my expectations. It is a few hundred meters from the subway entrance and right by the canal. We also ran into a small market stall and could enjoy the night view along the river at night. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the breakfast also included delicious noodles cooked by Xianxian. I was very satisfied with this stay

I booked a popular garden king room that came with a bathtub, though unfortunately, I didn't get to use it this trip. Overall, it was a good stay. The room's layout and facilities were perfectly fine. However, there were obvious areas where cleaning was missed, such as dust on the light switch panels and the top edge of the mirror. A major highlight was how incredibly comfortable the bed was. As for the location, it's quite a distance from the subway station, but free parking is available, making it inconvenient if you're not driving.

Whether it is the reception staff at the front desk or the waiters in the guest rooms, they all show a very high level of service and good professionalism. The environment of the community is good, but the furniture in the room is a bit old, the sofa is torn, and the floor is peeling. The bathroom is so big, but the shower room is so small. It is difficult for a fat person to turn around. There are ants crawling in the bathroom. It is equipped as a B&B. There were very few things, including no laundry detergent. The suitcase had to be dragged along a relatively uneven decorative road, which was very inconvenient. The wheels were very worn and noisy. The security guy's service is better than that at the front desk. Not cost effective

The location is fantastic, perfect for those who love to explore on foot. You can walk to Jing'an Temple, Yuyuan Road, Wukang Building, and the surrounding areas in just about half an hour.

The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted with luggage, proactively offered information, and were very kind to children.

The hotel's design itself is also excellent; the floral arrangements are beautiful. Breakfast is a set menu, but it's really tasty and quite substantial.

The only slight drawback might be the soundproofing in the old building, which could be a bit better. Nevertheless, I would definitely consider staying here again next time!
