"The hotel is luxurious and has a very careful facilities. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a legal view of the city.The breakfast offered by the hotel is a real delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. "A estrutura do hotel é boa, higienizado e organizado. No entanto, como estava em viagem sozinha, reservei uma acomodação para 1 pessoa. Chegando lá, me assustei com o tamanho do quarto, que eles intitulam ”cabine”. Muito pequeno, sem janela. Cabe malmente a cama de solteiro e o banheiro pequeno (com chuveiro elétrico pendurado por uma corda). Acabei tendo uma crise de pânico, e ao pedir ajuda, eles informaram que não poderiam fazer o upgrade do quarto. Depois de insistir e deixando claro que eu estava disposta a pagar pelo upgrade, eles conseguiram um quarto maior, com janela, por um valor de 200 reais a mais a diária. Portanto, não recomendo a reserva do quarto tipo cabine, pois não oferece o benefício e conforto equivalente ao preço cobrado. Para quem tem crises de pânico e de lugares apertados: Fuja!"

"In fact, everything could be a little better, it is time for a revitalization of the aircraft, rooms of good size but old, outside the situation of another guest being misplaced in my room when I returned from a full day of work, but in the whole it was satisfactory as far as possible."

"Good value for money and convenient location. Decor is a little tired but the room was serviceable. Disappointingly breakfast didn't start on time and I was asked to leave the dining area - I had to leave for the airport so missed out on breakfast."

LLuís RodolfoEverything was excellent, only one problem when I arrived to check in, I bought by trip trip trip room, couple bed + 1 single bed for my son, and when they entered, they said I was booked by the voucher a double, There first my son slept in a chair that turned bed, but uncomfortable, after 2 nights, they put a portable bed, because the chair bed was wet, perhaps in the room cleaning service, at the most, mainly the service by all staff was excellent.

I stayed in an accessible standard room, without request, could at least warn me at check-in, I reported that the bathroom movie was stuck, there were no provision, I asked 2 covers, I was only answered in 2a. request. KKristina 77I had a wonderful experience at Brasilia Palace Hotel . The staff at this property are all great and accommodating , they go over and beyond to make your stay comfortable , call a taxi for you if you need and give suggestions about the cities do’s and don’ts ! The facilities are spectacular, a quite place with a stunning lake view , the pool is huge and the buffet breakfast is very delicious and versatile , one can find lactose free milk and gluten free bread there for example! The rooms were spacious and clean with a signature scent , also the beds are very comfortable ! Would definitely send a friend there !☺️☺️☺️

Jjoyce66666The hotel staff is still more polite and friendly, willing to assist guests to deal with problems, although late check-out is not possible. Hotel facilities are general, relatively old, bathroom windows have no screens, open is directly outdoor. The street is quite noisy, basically can't sleep well, sleep is afraid of sound careful consideration. Hotel laundry is very expensive, meaning that the price of laundry is more expensive than the five-star hotel in Brasilia, the room is also ordering, I don't know why. Although the room price is cheaper than five stars, the facilities and services are also correspondingly insufficient, but the pricing of meals and laundry is difficult to understand.

The staff were friendly and pleasant. They were just a little overzealous when it came to clearing away the breakfast dishes.
Real criticism: One of my curtains was stuck or caught in the curtain rail. I reported this to reception. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed by housekeeping in the days that followed.
It's worth mentioning: The hotel has a panoramic lift on the outside facade.

Please pay attention to whether the hotel provides breakfast. It is relatively cost-effective. It is relatively new and parking is available. However, the air conditioner is a bit noisy. Taking a shower requires hot and cold water.
