Richmond Hotels with Breakfast

Service: Very professional, efficient and friendly. Check in process was quick. The guy who checked me in ensured I stayed on the same floor as my other family members who booked a different room. Valet service is a nice perk. However, it can take longer waiting for the car vs us going to the car park lot ourselves. Amenities: They have Dyson hairdryer which is a huge plus. Extra amenities are available upon request. Room: Room is as pictured. My room was on the 8th floor and I could see the Richmond night market from my room. Bed is a bit too soft to my liking. Pillows are a bit high and hard. Cleanliness: This is the only category where I wish I could rate zero. Most notably thing I noticed is there's dust on the hairdryer, I was fine with this. Until I got into bed, inspected all 4 of the pillows. Noticed on 2 of them, were a strand of hair (or eyelash?) And some dusts. This pretty much ruined my stay. I pushed these 2 pillows aside to the other side of the bed, after trying my best to attempt to ”clean” them in case I accidentally touched them... It was already past midnight when I got into the room to rest and in to the bed and found out about this. Didn't bother to call the front desk about it. Overall this hotel is great overall. Location is not far from the aberdeen mall as well with car. Service is outstanding. Wish they'd retrain their cleaning staffs though.

The shuttle bus was convenient, running every half hour until 1 AM. Breakfast was quite good for a Canadian hotel, with a relatively wide variety of options. The scrambled eggs with vegetables were particularly delicious. The air conditioning in the room was a bit old and noisy, but luckily, you could manually adjust the fan speed, which was better than another hotel I stayed at since it didn't get too loud in the middle of the night and disturb my sleep.

Unfortunately due to a medical emergency I was unable to make the trip from UK to Canada - I had to cancel flights, other hotels, car hire and excursions. I submitted medical documents and have been refunded for everything else even though these were ‘non flexible’ and ‘non refundable’. The Hampton Inn by Hilton Vancouver Airport/Richmond was the only booking not to consider a refund or even a credit note, even though medical document was submitted more than 48 hrs prior to check in time. This was the continued response from Trip.com: Your booking at Hampton Inn by Hilton Vancouver-Airport/Richmond cannot be cancelled free of charge. We have submitted a free cancellation request to the hotel on your behalf. Unfortunately, we have not received a timely response from the hotel, and your booking will remain as originally confirmed.

The place is amazingly close in everything. The room maintainly clean daily. The amenities are the pool and gym as I remember. The service are good as they accomodate anything you need especially if you need the basic things like toothbrush, toothpaste or microwave, you need to ask. I want to mention the window is not children friendly, i think it was so dangerous to open the window, there's no net and no free parking.

Fraser River Richmond bed and breakfast was a brilliant experience. Located just 11mins from the airport with all the amnesties you need in walking distance. It is very clean and the hosts helpful and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Felt like a home away from home!

I've stayed here several times, mainly because of its excellent location. It's super convenient for enjoying food, drinks, and entertainment before heading to the airport. The front desk staff are also great and very friendly. However, both elevators were out of service on the night I checked in... The environment is a bit old and just okay, but the cleanliness is fine.

Very short stay, but everything was friendly. Hotel's room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. They also offer a free airport shuttle service. You can book a shuttle by email before arriving at the airport, or contact the hotel using the toll-free number in the airport shuttle area after arriving at Vancouver International Airport. The only drawback is the desk and bedside tables in the room. The tops are attached to the legs by four bolts. These protruding bolts leave insufficient flat surface for books, laptops, or backpacks. I suggest the hotel replace these impractical desks and bedside tables. Besides, the hotel is in a great location. It's within walking distance to the SkyTrain station and there are many restaurants nearby. Especially, the food court at ”Richmond Centre” which is nearby this hotel primarily serves Asian cuisine, so you won't feel homesick.

I would say it is one the best Days Inn branches and location which I ever experienced. Their branch management level is surely one of the best kind. Will going to extend our stays for additional nights.

I liked the hotel. Large parking, nice pool and jacuzzi, great breakfast. The room is clean and quiet. But! The $150 deposit for the room was not returned. I've been waiting three weeks for my return!

Stayed for a layover, and it truly felt like a hotel from the last century. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy, and the room had a musty smell. While many hotels in North America are generally run down, this one really can't compare to what you find back home. It's clear the center of the world has quietly shifted eastward; a significant portion of the plane was filled with people returning...
