EEducondadoI really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I had issues in another city so I had to go back to Lanzhou and I made my reservation in the last minute for just one night and the staff were very, very helpful! This was the best hotel we've stayed so far in this trip to China, everything was very clean and new, spotless! The breakfast was very good as well and It is very close to the airport. I want to point one specific staff member that was very helpful, and her name is Cassy, she understood how tired we were after all unexpected events during the course of this day, It was late in the night when we arrived and she always had solutions to help us, she even gave me some tips to what to do in Lanzhou and made updates and answered any doubt I had, she also secured a late check out so we could have more time do rest., Even when she seemed very busy she was able to make time to help us. . I feel so much gratitude for her and the staff. Thanks!

GGuest UserMy stay at the Hyatt Regency Lanzhou exceeded all expectations! The location is superb, right on South Binhe Road, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in my room offered a breathtaking view of the Yellow River, perfect for watching the evening light show. Ms. Bonnie contacted me before my arrival to ask about my preferences, which was a thoughtful touch! Check-in at the front desk was very efficient, and they even upgraded my room. The room itself was spotless, the bedding was soft, and the shower pressure was excellent. A special shout-out to the Executive Lounge; the Gansu snack platter in the evening was a unique highlight. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Mother of Yellow River statue, making it very convenient for getting around. Whether for a business trip or a vacation, this is definitely the top choice in Lanzhou – highly recommended!

The breakfast offered classic Lanzhou flavors, with both the beef noodles and egg milk *laozao* (fermented glutinous rice dessert) being delicious. The egg milk *laozao* was especially good, the best I've had these past few days, even better than Lao Ma's! I highly recommend future guests try it. Water, coffee, and tea are self-service in the lobby, which is very guest-friendly. The location is unbeatable; the hotel is right at the entrance to the food street, making it convenient for dining and catching a taxi, and popular attractions are within walking distance. Extremely satisfied! 👍

Especially Owen, the manager, who recommended their Chinese restaurant when I asked him for recommendations. WWWYy997First of all, this hotel has a good location, very close to the railway station and commercial areas. The hotel environment and room layout are very suitable for business trips. The sound insulation between rooms is very good. It is on a high floor and completely isolated from the outside noise. It is very friendly to people like me who prefer a quiet environment. The breakfast buffet is also very rich. I am also very grateful to the front desk staff of 049 Wang Zhiyuan for his attentive service. I will come again next time.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for a last-minute business trip, and it exceeded my expectations – I felt very comfortable staying here. The location is near a commercial area, just a few minutes' walk to the subway. It's convenient for dining and shopping, and not noisy at night. The room isn't huge, but the layout is comfortable, with good lighting and ventilation. Housekeeping is meticulous; the desk, outlets, and even the edges of the wardrobe were clean. The bedding was just the right firmness, very relaxing to lie on. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were naturally friendly without being stiff; check-out was also efficient. The cleaning staff would greet me proactively, which was a nice warm detail. The only minor drawback is that the mini-bar selection isn't extensive, but it's perfectly adequate for a regular stay. The location is absolutely fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's within walking distance of the Yellow River Iron Bridge! The staff at the front desk, in housekeeping, and at the concierge desk are all very friendly. Xiao Wang from the concierge even proactively brought a fruit platter to my room. I've stayed here many times, and it's now my go-to hotel whenever I visit Lanzhou.

The Danxia Scenic Area is right next door, with plenty of authentic local snacks. The hotel is situated in the middle of the loop, offering beautiful scenery no matter which way you turn. Staying in the mountains is incredibly peaceful; I even saw a blue sheep, a Class II protected animal, during my morning run. The scenic area is vast, and staying here allows for a more in-depth exploration.
