ZZaleafeifeiI was very satisfied with the room and the service was excellent; the front desk responded very quickly. Especially Owen, the manager, who recommended their Chinese restaurant when I asked him for recommendations. We ordered several signature dishes and shrimp roe noodles, and it was a pleasant surprise – the food was delicious and the price was reasonable. Thank you, Manager Owen, for the recommendation!

GGuest UserThe breakfast was fantastic, with a special Lanzhou beef noodle bar, fruits, and various pastries – all super delicious! The room was also beyond expectations. The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows were so cozy I fell asleep in an instant. The bathroom with its wet/dry separation was perfect for two people, ensuring no one disturbed the other. The lobby design was also very elegant. Overall, it was a really great stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

AAfeiAfiaReally good! The front desk service was excellent. They gave us a welcome coffee box and a small cake upon arrival. After a nap in the afternoon, complimentary goodnight milk was delivered, which was a very thoughtful touch. Every time we left, the front desk greeted us with a 'hello.' They also kindly extended our check-out by an hour for free, which was much appreciated! 🙏
Complimentary afternoon tea (2 mousse cakes, 2 coffees) during our stay: Great.

GGuest UserOverall, I'm very satisfied! The views of the Yellow River are absolutely stunning, probably one-of-a-kind in Lanzhou. The breakfast was also delicious; the ramen was just as good as what you'd find at a long-standing local shop. The room design and amenities were excellent too.
There were just two minor issues that could be improved:
First, the extra bed. How can I put it? It was quite a makeshift addition, very wobbly and unstable, and it would slide around. I felt really unsafe sleeping on it; I would have been better off on the sofa.
Second, the gym. It felt like they didn't really want guests to use it. The gym's reception is on the 6th floor, and the facilities are on the 7th. After getting to the 6th floor, I needed to take a special elevator, quite a distance from the reception, up to the 7th. My room key wouldn't work there, so I had to go back to the front desk. After they registered my room key, a staff member took a wristband and escorted me to the elevator. She swiped for the 7th floor and then left without much interaction. When I pressed her about how to get back down, she just said I wouldn't need the elevator to go from the 7th to the 6th and then quickly walked away. Honestly, I was quite speechless. It just didn't feel very welcoming. Because of this, I can only give the service 4 stars.

GGuest UserNice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

GGuest UserThe room was great and offered excellent value for money. The front desk service was fantastic and very responsive. The only downside was the room service, which was a bit slow, but I assume that was due to staff shortages during the New Year period. The hotel has a nice night view and a very good location.

Ppowerlong88Having stayed at Days Inn several times in the US, I didn't hesitate to choose it here in Lanzhou. The location is absolutely fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's within walking distance of the Yellow River Iron Bridge! I'll definitely pick this hotel again next time I'm in Lanzhou!

GGuest UserMy stay here truly exceeded expectations! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfy, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night and get some excellent rest. The bathroom facilities were complete, with stable hot water and good quality toiletries. The front desk lady was beautiful, kind, warm, and thoughtful. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient, and she patiently answered all my questions. The hotel's overall environment is quiet and elegant, and the cleanliness is impeccable, with attention paid to every detail. It offers incredible value for money, making it perfect for either business trips or leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. I genuinely recommend it to everyone – it's truly trustworthy!

Service: I have a lot to say about the service. I booked this hotel because it offered a shuttle service. I had already arranged for a pick-up. Just before my train arrived, I realized it was Lanzhou Station, not Lanzhou West. I quickly contacted the front desk, and they said they only pick up from West Station. I said, 'Alright then, Ctrip's main page didn't specify which station.' So I decided I'd just use the drop-off service later, as I was staying one night and leaving from West Station the next day. When I arrived at the hotel, I tried to book the drop-off service, but the front desk said they didn't have anyone at 6:30 AM; they start at 7 or 8 AM. I said, 'Your shuttle service is really great! I booked this hotel for the shuttle service, and I didn't get to use it for either pick-up or drop-off.' I'm truly speechless. I've attached screenshots of my booking page.

TTraveling BritFirst of all the hotel is in a great location, right next to Lanzhou centre (with direct access) near the gansu museum and gansu women and children's hospital. If that's not enough it's also close to the subway station.
The rooms were spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable in them, the morning breakfast had plenty of options and was satisfactory. My only issue with this hotel is the elevator wait times (although that's not an issue with the hotel itself rather the building) when going from the ground floor to the hotel rooms we would often wait a few.minutes for the lift, when it arrived people would push infront ensuring no more space.
When I left the hotel at 10 in the morning it took me over 20 minutes to just get an elevator with space to go down, i tried taking the stairs but the doors were locked.
Overall a good hotel i wouldn't stay again just because of the elevator, everything else is perfect.
