Yantai Hotels with Breakfast

The environment here is quite beautiful. I booked the Atour hotel next to Fisherman's Wharf. The whole hotel is very new, and the public areas even have a pleasant scent. The staff are quite enthusiastic, but the bathroom drain in the room had a bit of a problem, which wasn't perfect, and even after telling the front desk, it wasn't fully resolved. The hotel's location is relatively out of the way, so dining options aren't very convenient, and food delivery takes a long time. However, its advantage lies in the pleasant surroundings. It's worth mentioning that the hotel also offered a complimentary travel photoshoot. The front desk said someone would arrange a time, and the photography business seemed quite popular, as it was hard to get a slot later in the day. The staff were very enthusiastic, even when it was really hot and I didn't feel like shooting anymore, the photographer kept encouraging me to take more pictures. The staff were also very helpful when I was selecting the photos.

We were very satisfied with the hotel's location, service, and cleanliness. The pick-up and drop-off service was especially appreciated, particularly since we were a family traveling with young children and luggage. This hotel is designed like a traditional quadrangle courtyard, so some rooms are on the second floor, requiring a short climb up a flight of stairs. Right outside the hotel, you're on the bustling Chaoyang Street, and in about a two-minute walk, you'll reach Guangxing Orchard, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly. Upon check-out, they even gave small gifts to my two children. There's a water dispenser in the hotel lobby with both hot and cold water available at all times, which was very handy. The room was spacious enough to open two 32-inch suitcases simultaneously without a problem. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. If you needed to change, you had to ask anyone else in the room to avoid the area around the bathroom.

This time we went to Qingdao, Weihai and Yantai, and stayed in three hotels. This Yantai hotel really gave our family the best experience. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cleaned in a timely manner. The facilities are very complete and suitable for a family. There are welcome fruits when we check in. I would also like to thank Xiaona and Xiaohong for sending us farewell fruits before we left. They also asked if we needed help finding a cart for our luggage and welcomed us to come again. Two staff members also helped us take our luggage downstairs very enthusiastically, and the welcoming brother at the door helped us put our bags on the car. The enthusiasm of the hotel staff touched our whole family and brought our seaside trip to a perfect end. If we have the opportunity, we will come to Yantai again and choose this hotel again. I don’t know if the hotel staff will see my comments. Your work attitude has added a touch of beauty to our journey. Thank you, I will miss Yantai.

The best place for a calm vacation on a beach for a affordable price. This was a nice little hotel standing right in front of a beach. The placement can be seen as perfect as this large beach is wonderful itself and much better then the beaches at the city center. The only inconvenience to consider when choosing this or nearby hotels is lack of cafes and restorans nearby, so you'd better take breakfasts in the hotel, they were not bad, tasty and very filing, with serveral options to choose from. For other places to eat, except for a two nearby costly restorans, you'll have to wark to find one about 1-1,5 km or more. If you want to spend more time in the city center consider also the time to travel to it, about 1,5 hours on a bus, 30-50 minutes on taxi. The service was decent, even though stuff does not speak english they were very welcome and supportive, helping me and calling taxi a couple of times when I needed it. The hotel itself is clean. The room was cleaned daily, not perfectly as the floors in the room stayed a bit dusty all the time but that was not too much of an issue. The bedding was always clean, towels were clean as well and changed daily. I have to say a few words about the beach and the see themselves. The beach is large and clean, there are trash bins which are cleaned daily. It have a sand of very good quality, indeed of a golden color. The beach longs for several kilometers and is from about 150 meters wide to 200+ meters wide depending on the tides. The beach is shallow but no too much, you can easily walk to a place where you can swim freely. It was August and the water was extremely warm and cozy. It was clean with little human made trash coming from the see, but due to temperature the water near the shore start blooming on a second or third day of my stay there. I had to walk 10-15 meters in a 50-80 centimeters deep water full of seaweed before I come to clear waters. I bit unpleasant but not a big deal. There were some jelly fish coming the shore, the see doesn't have dangerous ones though. The beach has some infrastructure, at least there is a place to wash your hands and legs and there are public toilets nearby the beach, but there are no safeguards on it. With an chinese specifics I would say that's a plus as they are too restrictive and protective here.

The location is super convenient, right across from Wanda Plaza. The hotel breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. They have a fully equipped gym and laundry room, practically no downsides. This is my go-to hotel every time I come to Yantai for business!

I chose the Central Hotel for my dad's follow-up hospital visit, and this old-school hotel definitely lives up to its reputation. Every staff member at the front desk was fantastic; they had our room reserved in advance, so check-in was instant! The two concierges were incredibly responsible, surprising us with different little treats every day – so thoughtful and caring! The restaurant staff were very welcoming, and the cleaning auntie was diligent, tidying up our room promptly every day. All in all, the Central Hotel's service is so dedicated, which clearly shows their management is five-star. Thank you!

We decided to come to Yantai from Dalian last minute and booked this hotel in a hurry. I was traveling with my husband, mother, and two children. Usually, we'd need to book two standard rooms, but this place had a family suite, which was perfect for our needs. We arrived by boat around 5 AM. I explained our situation to the front desk attendant, mentioning we had children and an elderly person with nowhere to go. The lovely lady let us check in at 8 AM, which I really appreciated! The room exceeded our expectations – the bedding and the entire room were spotless and tidy. There was even a vintage arcade game, which the kids absolutely loved and played for ages! The bathroom was also well-designed with a separate washbasin, shower, and toilet, ensuring privacy. The hotel's location right by Yantai Station is incredibly convenient. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Traveling with my family, the front desk, especially Lucas, provided exceptionally warm and thoughtful service. The room was spacious, and the cleanliness was impeccable – not a speck of dust in any corner. The hotel's gardens were beautifully maintained. In the evening, we enjoyed a stroll along the seaside promenade, and the sunset views were absolutely stunning. This hotel offers far better value for money than other similar hotels in the area.

This Aloft by Marriott truly exceeded my expectations. I didn't go in with high hopes, but I left completely impressed. The room was clean and bright, and all the facilities felt quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. The biggest surprise was the huge, heated swimming pool – the lanes were wide and the water was crystal clear, making for a really refreshing swim. The service was genuinely excellent; everyone was attentive and thoughtful throughout my stay, not just going through the motions. The overall experience was far better than I anticipated. Marriott's quality really shines through, and I was very satisfied. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and it is convenient to travel. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot at the door. There is light music at the front desk, which is very nice. The room type is very good, the layout is reasonable, the bathroom is super large, clean and hygienic, and the mattress is very comfortable. Highly recommended.
