DDawnB0888The room was very spacious for 2 people. Great selection for the ala carte buffet breakfast, with great popcorn latte. Then the pool has a great view of the city with full length pool and jacuzzi. It was very near to the Gelora stadium, where we attended the Blackpink concert. The reception and all personel were friendly and accommodating. Would like to come back if I stay again in Jakarta.

GGuest Usernice hotel with excellent service. Aei as manager on duty has showing his great services for us as Shangrila guest. MMattSchmattNew try in Jakarta and another apartment type room. Plenty of space but a bit dated and rough on the edges. Location is quite allright and plenty f&b options around or within a short ride. Good cleaning and no street noise, but a bit thin walls to screaming tantrum kid next door. Breakfast spread was good and nice and helpful staff. This was a step up from Manhattan down the street but still not the greatest value for money. Will keep it on the list for next time but might also try another option.

HHaryati A MIt was a fantastic experience staying at Ascott Jakarta. The location was the best! It's in between Thamrin City and Grand Indonesia which are both a walking distance from the hotel. They provided everything inside the room including iron and ironing board except for hairdryer. All in all, service was exceptional. I will definitely stay here when I'm back in Jakarta again.

NADIA and Farhan, in particular, helped us change rooms quickly and were incredibly kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and left feeling very happy. Truly 5-star service!
