"I was very pleased with my stay! The hotel is located directly on a soft white sand beach, with breathtaking views of the azure sea and blue sky. We stayed in a deluxe sea view room with an unparalleled balcony view, and watching the sunset in the evening was a true delight.
The staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was hearty, especially the freshly prepared local specialties, which were incredibly authentic. The hotel's infinity pool was a real highlight, perfect for photo ops.
The only downside was that during peak season, the poolside area can be a bit noisy. Overall, however, the experience was fantastic and definitely worth the money. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I'll definitely be back!"

"The hotel is good overall. It only takes 10 minutes to walk from the pier to the hotel. There are two 711s in front of the hotel, a food stall opposite, and a two-wheeled car station opposite the hotel. It is also close to the beach and very convenient for travel.
The hotel is still a little noisy on the street. The hotel is a three-story building, but there is no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcase upstairs by yourself.
The hotel does not provide disposable toiletries. The water pipes in the washbasin do not have hot water. Only the water in the shower has hot water. Although the hotel has a bathtub, the water quality in Thailand is really bad. The water released is yellow, so I didn’t choose to take a bath."

DDerek NormanThe stars of this hotel are the staff particularly the manager, Act, who could not be more helpful. She made everything about my stay easy and stress free.
The hotel itself is just across the quiet island road from the beach. Here there is white sand and crystal clear water. To the left is the busier section with all the normal beach activities together with bars and restaurants. It is just a 15 min walk into town this way. To the right the beach is quieter.
If you continue along the beach to the right you can follow the coast path which ‘hops’ from bay to bay making for a pleasant walk.
The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. You are supplied with everything you need including snacks, beach bag, wet bag, beach towel and beach mat.
I had a wonderful stay at Green Bay and thoroughly recommend it.

NNBWThe journey to reach the resort, from the mainland, is a small adventure in itself but well worth it. We only stayed for 3 nights but it was very enjoyable. The small chalet was perfect for a couple and luckily a short walk from the beach, not too far and not too close. Sun loungers and bean bags were plentiful. Breakfast was good and the staff excellent.

GGuest UserWhat a great hotel. The location is idylic. The room was clean. The private beach was lovely and they had a fire show every night. The restaurant on site was the best on the island. The pool was nice. There is a motorbike rental shop conveniently right next door. The tour services offered are reasonably priced and not marked up just because they are offered by the hotel.
My only complaint is that there are lots of dogs barking all night.

TThitiratBeautiful view, peaceful location, good service staff, polite and friendly. The swimming pool is secretly too salty. Beyond the general salt water pool I went down to play for just a moment and my skin hurt a lot. Breakfast options are a little less.

GGuest UserThe Ao Prao hotel is a gem. The tomyum soup is the best in the world. The property is immaculate and the massage was fantastic. Our room was 101 and the best location on the property. The staff is exceptional and will bend over backwards for you. Zann and Ti are so helpful. The problem is the pollution and trash in the ocean. The hotel is excellent but the water is less than desirable for a holiday.

GGuest UserAn excellent hotel with excellent service on the most beautiful beach of the island. Regardless of the chosen accommodation option, you will have the opportunity to enjoy nature and relaxation in exceptionally comfortable conditions, and the hotel staff will sincerely do everything possible for this, starting from meeting you in your own station area before transferring to the island. The organization of the hotel is at its best. Cleanliness, comfort, quality of bedding, friendliness and responsiveness of the staff, security, attitude towards guests, breakfasts, a restaurant for lunch and dinner overlooking the beach, a bar with drinks, two different beaches, a large territory - everything is equipped and done so that guests do not want to leave the hotel throughout their stay. In my opinion, the hotels of the Samedresorts chain and in this case Sai Kaew Beach Resort are one of the best pages of our frequent vacation in Thailand. This time, our large group of friends with children and parents (23 people), vacationing in Pattaya, rented 8 or 9 separate deluxe cottages in this hotel for three nights. Despite the different ages of the vacationers (the youngest tourist was 2 years old), everyone had the kindest and most positive memories and impressions of the trip. Once again, many thanks to the management and the entire large team of the hotel for the warmth and truly heartfelt welcome. It was a complete Sabai. Special thanks to Mr. Lek, now our friend Lek, for his daily attention, kindness, care and those feelings that brought tears to our eyes upon departure. We hope that our separation will be short-lived, we are looking forward to our next vacation. On behalf of our entire friendly company, Aleksei B.

COULD NOT GET TWO KEY CARDS FOR THE ROOM, RECEPTIONIST REFUSED THE REQUEST FOR SECOND 20 cent PLASTIC KEY!?!?!? NOT NORMAL SERVICE AND NOT PRACTICAL FOR TWO PEOPLE!!!
ALSO THE BUILDING HAS NO ELEVATOR!!!
Had to climb to third floor with luggages as bell boy was somewhere....also the actual room is in two levels i.e.: entrance and toilet downstairs, bedroom and living room upstairs.
Outside balcony shower and bath tub had no privacy as shower is visible to the courtyard.
Stayed 4 nights and 2 days water and electricity interruptions.
Beach bar Happy Hour doesnt work traditional way:
Ordered Kamikaze and Strawberry Margarita and tacos.
Drank the first Buy 1 get 1 Free and ate the tacos.
Waited for the second drinks for a while but then waitress brings us bill without asking it.
Happy Hour had ended and we didnt get our second drinks but got invoiced for only one THB350 cocktail and tacos, so be aware of the Grand View Happy Hour practices and dont miss the ordering window like we did. 🤭
Daily issues with the restaurant card machine, cant pay with a CC.
Clean and modern room, but poor service and not practical room with two levels and stairs.

Of course, it's a bit far from the center where you'd find convenience stores like 7-Eleven, which means prices at nearby shops are quite steep. However, you can always bring some essentials with you.

It stated sea view room you can only see a little bit just a heads up for anybody staying here. Would stay here again in the future.
