The location is great. It is near establishment, train stations and very convenient within the city. Easy check in and smooth process. Just the lift is not working. The rooms are clean and organized. Highly recommended for short stays.

Great location, and nice staff. However, the room is not the same as in the pictures; Its much smaller and cleanness needs improvement. In addition, the bathroom is a little dispointed.

Their ********** web advert page advised that there was limited onsite parking. This was a prime reason for me booking there. But when I asked for confirmation that a space had been reserved for me, I was told that there was never any parking. My response email was ignored. On arrival I was advised that the Mgr had yet to update the web site... ie they are deliberately peddling FALSE information to lure bookings and then ENTRAP Customers (as there is a no refund policy. This ILLEGAL, rude, dysfunctional and zero customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE. They are THEIVES!

Decent place, you can tell that it’s been around for a while but clean and functional. Great location in the centre. Everything as promised… Would stay again…

Clean one. Bathroom is good and clean. Not too noisy and crowded. Around 10 minutes walk to the main train station and shopping area. Very convenient.

The location is good, the place is clean but has poor ventilation. I was in a shared room with 6 beds. The price is OK, I paid 14€ for the bed with looker included. The best thing was the service at the reception. A blonde girl, (I say this because I don't know her name) very friendly who in perfect English gives you recommendations of where to go or eat. I recommend it for those on a budget and in a group.

I got a private room with shared bathroom, there is a medium round window from the floor that kinda bothered me..for privacy, but it might bother other for having no way to keep the room dar during day time. The matress is the worst part, very thin, you can feel every bed slat. You will for sure hurt your hips, shoulder or back.
Everything was clean, shower and restroom were fine as well. Big kitchen and WiFi was ok.

It's pretty run-down and shabby. Fine for a place to crash for the night, but don't expect any a**osphere or much comfort. Feels like it could use a major face-lift. Pluses are that it is cheap and in a great location within the city.

This hostel was a nigh**are and believe me - I'm no princess and my expectations were low. Room was dirty with carpets that haven't seen vacuum cleaner for a long while. There was a fridge, but man, it was so disgusting. Showers were leaking, there was no place to put your stuff when you wash yourself, water in the sink was cold and there were no paper towels. Kitchen is equipped poorly. Wi-Fi didn't work. The worst part is that I haven't ever met so inconsiderate guests. There is something shady about this place. Drunk kids screaming in the middle of the night, people constantly slamming the door or a guy that was talking to someone on loudspeaker for 2 hours at midnight in the kitchen (?!) made sleeping impossible and a stay there unbearable. It's not hostel's fault, but it adds up to that poor experience and I think the lack of 24/7 reception doesn't help either. Everyone do what they want and don't care about anything. Also, so many people write that elevator was not working during their stay. It makes me think if it ever works? Anyway, it was out of order now as well. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. And the price is not that great either, I've seen many cheaper and better places.
