"This was a three night ‘escape’ to explore a completely new area. Broadstairs is a lovely small old fashioned resort with bracing walks, friendly people, some lovely eateries and many places to sit and watch the world go by.
Artfuls was a perfect base. Small and friendly, it is ideally located near the seafront, promenade and town centre.
The staff were all absolutely lovely, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and good places to eat.
Our room was quirky but comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfasts were excellent and unhurried. There was easy parking nearby.
I readily recommend Artfuls to any couples wishing to enjoy a relaxed break in a lovely place.

"The location of the hotel is very good, right by the sea, and there is a restaurant. The sea view room has a terrace, which is very beautiful. The setup is neat, but the floor: it's really old... sloping floors, dusty exhaust fans. It doesn't matter, the most unbearable thing is the sound insulation, there is almost no sound insulation. Outside, the stairs are bang dong dong, walking upstairs is bang dong dong, and the bathroom next door is cluttered... Because the terrace is shared and interconnected... At night, you must lock the balcony door and draw the curtains... Then there is no ventilation, and it is super stuffy. I came back from dinner on the last night and found that the door was actually open. Later, I found that I lost a pair of earphones... Although I can't say that I have to contact, it is very bad...
No wonder the location is so good, but the price is cheap...a price for a product."
