TL;DR towels are really hard to come by at this place, and they’ll hassle you if you ask for any. Titled my review “BYOT,” bring your own towel. NEVER in my life have I been given such a hard time trying to get towels for our room. Had a room with 3 beds (slept 6), and the room had 2 towels. Went to the front desk to get 2 extra towels, and was told by the person at the front desk that “You know, most hotels only leave 2 in the room” as if I was asking for a huge favor, or something outside the ordinary. Didn’t need the commentary, but thanked them and left. The next day, our room wasn’t serviced, so I went to the front desk again. Unfortunately, the same miserable person was working again. I knew I was in for a battle. I asked for 3 towels. He replied, “For what?” I told him it was for the room. He said, “It’ll be awhile.” He paused and then went into a room behind the desk. He brought out 2 large towels and a bath mat. He told me I needed to return the used towels in our room because they were running low on towels. I told them our room wasn’t even serviced that morning, which is why I needed the towels in the first place. He then asked if we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign up. I said no. He then begrudgingly told me I could take the towels, but I needed to set our used towels in the hallway outside the room. The hotel was not very clean and most of the staff seemed absolutely miserable. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of the waterpark. It was decent, albeit an extra charge. Not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but one of the worst.

We were there for a wedding and had made our reservations months before. Upon check in we were told we had a choice between the room next to kitchen or a disability accessible room. My husband is 6’4” and doesn’t do well in the accessible rooms. The check in clerk found a different room for us, although her surly manager tried to intercept that. The pillows were the worst I have ever had, and did not allow for a good rest.
