"The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great,
my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable!
The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip!
If you have the chance to go to Berlin again, you have to choose this hotel!

"Breakfast is too simple. Just some cakes, milk and biscuits and such. Can't expect breakfast here at all.
The room rate is pretty good inside. Clean and upscale, the bathroom has flush faucets in different directions, the toilet seat is insulated, and there is a flushing function. There is also a hot spring on the first floor, which is very comfortable and highly recommended."

AAnonymous UserThe room was nice, but the breakfast was a rip-off. It cost 800 bucks more per night than the room without breakfast, but it was not a buffet breakfast at all. It was a $15 voucher for purchasing food at a restaurant that was much higher than the market price. After choosing, you had to pay tax, and after paying the tax, the waiter would ask for a tip (and the attitude of the restaurant waiter was not very good, much worse than the hotel front desk). It was terrible.

GGuest UserOverall it's OK, but it really doesn't meet the five-star standard. It's relatively old, the location is good, the service is generally OK, but it doesn't meet the five-star standard. I stayed for 9 days, and the housekeeping sometimes knocked on the door at 9 or 10 in the morning. Fortunately, I was awake. I had to check out today. The housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 o'clock, but I was still asleep. Then I hung a sign at the door saying ”Do Not Disturb”. They knocked on the door again and asked what time to check out, but I had already told the front desk about the delayed check-out. I feel that their links are flawed. Some staff feel that they are enthusiastic and enthusiastic about their work, and they will answer questions in a timely manner, but some do feel that their attitude is casual.
The lobby is well decorated, and the rooms are average.

GGuest UserThe room was tidy and very quiet! Breakfast is paid separately at 7.99. An older waitress serving breakfast has a mediocre attitude, but everything else is good! There are several cash withdrawal places outside the hotel, and it is easy to walk to restaurants outside to eat.

Great location, five minutes' taxi ride to anywhere
Walk to Baffulo Convention Center for 15-20 minutes and buy a cup of coffee on the way back to calm your stomach.
The front desk is very welcoming. Thank you very much for their kindness and help.
Just walk to the center. No need to waste time by taking a subway. Take a taxi and arrive 5 minutes in advance.
You may need to find a parking space when driving. Few people drive🚗
Many people go to see the Great Falls, which is really close to Canada.
