"Very good hotel in the city center, clean and spacious, the supplies are very comfortable, parking needs to cross two intersections, a little walk, the lady with the elephant badge at the front desk is very friendly and arranged a suitable room for us."
"The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great,
my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable!
The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip!
If you have the chance to go to Berlin again, you have to choose this hotel!
"
"Breakfast is too simple. Just some cakes, milk and biscuits and such. Can't expect breakfast here at all.
The room rate is pretty good inside. Clean and upscale, the bathroom has flush faucets in different directions, the toilet seat is insulated, and there is a flushing function. There is also a hot spring on the first floor, which is very comfortable and highly recommended."

AAnonymous UserThe room was nice, but the breakfast was a rip-off. It cost 800 bucks more per night than the room without breakfast, but it was not a buffet breakfast at all. It was a $15 voucher for purchasing food at a restaurant that was much higher than the market price. After choosing, you had to pay tax, and after paying the tax, the waiter would ask for a tip (and the attitude of the restaurant waiter was not very good, much worse than the hotel front desk). It was terrible.
SSweetkitty2Great hotel, cost-effective. Although the hotel is some years old, it is clean and tidy. The restaurant and front desk clerk are very willing to help. The breakfast is also very good, the classic American breakfast, there are some types.
GGuest UserThe room was tidy and very quiet! Breakfast is paid separately at 7.99. An older waitress serving breakfast has a mediocre attitude, but everything else is good! There are several cash withdrawal places outside the hotel, and it is easy to walk to restaurants outside to eat.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel service is good, the staff is very friendly, there are many restaurants around, the transportation is convenient, the distance to the airport and the waterfall is relatively short, and the conference center is only a few minutes away
FFeixiangdexiaoyezhuRich breakfast, American simple meal, suitable for sleeping in from 7 to 10 o'clock
Great location, five minutes' taxi ride to anywhere
Walk to Baffulo Convention Center for 15-20 minutes and buy a cup of coffee on the way back to calm your stomach.
The front desk is very welcoming. Thank you very much for their kindness and help.
Just walk to the center. No need to waste time by taking a subway. Take a taxi and arrive 5 minutes in advance.
You may need to find a parking space when driving. Few people drive🚗
Many people go to see the Great Falls, which is really close to Canada.
GGuest UserVery good, the whole city of Buffalo feels very good, the front desk staff is particularly professional and friendly, the taxi driver is very humorous and highly recommended. It is often raining, and the umbrella has to be prepared.
