15 minutes to town area which can avoid bad traffic during weekend. nice and quiet hotel with comfortable room. i do enjoy swimming at their outdoor pool. free internet. overall satisfied. i book this hotel through their 906 website, it is lower than others website.

The breakfast is full, the Thai restaurant on the second floor is in a good environment, and the pineapple rice is also delicious. 5 minutes walk from AEON supermarket. Parking is convenient, and the side teller machine can directly use the UnionPay card to get RM cash.

Left towel… .although not much value but due to sentimental value, after three days of coming back to the hotel, the staff still kept it… .mmg the best

Just to set expectations: The picture of the room on Agoda provided by hotel while booking may not be the exact room you will be staying in. The picture was nice and wide, but our room turned out a little narrower with a different layout. The things that remained as expected were type of bedding and size. So because of that, I felt that the niceness of the room did not justify fully the price that was paid per night here. Very casual front desk, sometimes 1 person, other times 2 but they get the job done. No complaints there. For those who like their rooms untouched, we left the “Dont clean room” sign on, but they cleaned our room anyway. We didn’t mind that. Hotel generally old but not shabby. 3 stars because of the cleanliness - no bed bugs. That’s a big one for us. The sheets feel clean and no particular smell to our bedroom. Bravo to Hallmark! Generally had a good stay with this hotel. We will come back if we get to book for a cheaper price for sure!

The room is still relatively large, but a bit old. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow. Simple accommodation is no problem!

Family rooms are the same like 10 years ago,it is run down.Need ramps access,no porter service. Breakfast buffet is okay,wish they kept their dine in service.Missed their superb cendol. Upon check in ,saw two kids in swimming gear sadly turn away when they found out the swimming pool is under repair. Heard its okay later that week

Very comfortable and the price is affordable. There are many facilities that we can use.Lots of room options available here. There are facilities such as fast Wifi, exciting tv broadcasts and more. For me the whole hotel is very satisfying.
