"The room was large and clean. The front desk staff was polite and helpful and happy to answer our questions. There are not many shops around, but there are restaurants within 5-10 minutes' drive, and it's not far from Bogongcheng."

"Good side: 1) Strategic location for food and meeting customers near Bukit Mertajam. 2) Price lower than Citadines (same building) 3) Got washing machine. Neutral side: Self check in Bad side: 1) Found fire ants (got bitten and caused bad inflammation) every days. 2) Reported the fire ants but nothing was don't for 2 days (stayed 5D4N) till I ask for solution. 3) Service is bad, didn't even apologise after I tell them the problem and also reminded them that they didn't 'courtesily apologise'. 4) The gym is just an old gym rack which is spoilt and few treadmill. Conclusion, won't go again unless they change their behaviour."

"Nice modern business hotel in a convenient location in the Iconic City area, with lots of dining options. Comfortable room size for 1 or 2 persons. However, if room is shared with colleague, then it may not be very convenient as the washing sink is located outside of the bathroom, next to a low counter with the kettle and cups. To improve - provide floor mat at the sink area as the floor might get wet when guest uses the sink."

"Overall the apartment is cozy. We loved the stay. The swimming pool is very basic type just meant for kids. There is a table tennis and a simple gym for guests. The apartment is clean. However after the next day os our stay, my wife's eyes was bitten by some bugs which we found at the master bedroom. Her face and eyes got swollen badly. I search online and found out that these bugs are very poisonous. I know the hotel management can't control the bugs from flying into the unit. But we as guests shouldn't suffer this kind of painful experience too. The management has yet revert me of what action should I take now.. I am writing this review so that all guests should always check their unit for these flying bugs. Other than that, this apartment is a good choice to stay. Staff are helpful and friendly too."

"First time lodged in the hotel. Surprised that the room is not small compared to other budget hotel at the similar price. Room was big, clean and staff was friendly. Aircond is of bigger size and works perfectly for me. Excellence budget hotel for business travellers that aim for clean, cheap, friendly and nice location!"

"I arrived very late and was pleasantly surprised that the staff could identify me by name as soon as I entered the hotel. Check-in was swift, smooth, and handled with utmost professionalism. The staff member attending to me was polite, efficient, and made the process seamless. The hotel’s restaurants looked amazing, though unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to try them as I had to check out early the next morning. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arises."

"One of the best hotel which I have ever stayed. In the center of Icon city, modern facilities and they have free sauna 24/07. However, it might takes more than 20rm for car park per night."

"Location is easy to find & free parking is provided. We arrived at night & managed to check in to our room fast & without hassle. Unfortunately there is few insects found in our room upon check in (which probably appear due to the consecutive raining days). I notified the front desk receptionist on this situation and he upgraded my room immediately. The new room is clean and we’re happy with it. Thumbs up for the excellent customer service! Will come back to this hotel again for next trip"

"The whole is clean and the waiter is friendly. But the toilet is not separated from wet and dry, and some rooms are allowed to smoke, so there is some smoke. There is a food court nearby, and there is a stall of chicken rice that is delicious."
