"Room is big but is not well maintained.. Quite a lot of plug are not functioning. Air-corn’s compressor sound very loud. Hope this problem can be fix then will be perfect. Staffs are polite and helpful. Breakfast are good too. We like the environment there. Very relaxing. "

"The stay was amazing! The personalised service and incredible staff made us feel welcome. The room and view were absolutely stunning—100% amazing. The breakfast was delicious, though at RM100+ per adult, it lacked variety especially for meat options. The meal service however was impeccable. The only minor downside was the security staff at the property entrance who came across quite unwelcoming, contrasting sharply with the otherwise warm hospitality. We want to thank especially Mark for the amazing hospitality! He was friendly, warm and completed our stay. The Chateau is 100% highly recommended for short stay and we'll be back soon :)"

"A nice place to visit for a change from monotonous life, cool weather and a happening place.Despite its location , there are some concerns which should be checked by the management, we were in deluxe suite room, the room was very spacious but there are some points which i would like to mention ,there was blood stain in the bedsheet, toilet flush was noisy , water was running throughout the time, window locks were not good,now a days microwave in room is very common but that was missing , in my opinion maintaining old charm is good but the need of renovations should be kept in mind. Anyways we enjoyed staying there the breakfast buffet was too good ,lot of food options . Resort provides free shuttle for its guests to visit Japanese Garden. Evening music shows and zumba dance was fun, even we were lucky to witness lion dance also."
