Careful and friendly, especially the grandfather who received us on the night of the stay. I admire his dedication, focus and meticulousness. "The location was not far from the airport by car. You're going to the beach on the Calodesmo, or you're not going to the airport. It's a good location to go downtown Palma and Valdemosa. "Hotel Valldemossa is a 5-star hotel, but with at least a 6-star service (their attention to detail is second to none). Manager Selim was not only professional, but so friendly and personable. It took us well over an hour to check in to our room because we were having great conversations over the welcome cava and cold beer. This is not the place that makes you feel like an opportunity for business, the whole crew has the friendliest attitude and service. There’s no need for my comment on the hotel facility, quality of the breakfast and the amazing location and sceneries. If you happen to find yourself visiting Chopin’s home, this hotel will not disappoint. Thank you Selim for your wonderful hospitality, hope to visit again! Cheers!"
