Busan Hotels with Parking

Stayed four nights in this hotel. Location is good with a pretty view of the sea. Loved that they changed our slippers daily without prompting. However, on one of the days we requested for change of bed linens only to find out that it wasn’t changed. front desk was kind of rude to my mother when she tried to borrow an umbrella. Otherwise no much interaction with their staff. All in all a satisfactory stay, especially considering the hotel is still relatively new.

Located near the Haeundae beach, you can easily get to various malls and attractions in just 5-10 minutes. As it is located along the main shopping street, there are plenty of food and entertainment options around. Even the station is merely 5 mins away from the hotel, which makes other locations easily accessible. Definitely recommended for families. They provide free luggage storage prior to check in as well, which makes it easy and seamless to visit places such as the Sky Capsule before checking in.

Tissue papers all around sink when I first checked in. Instead of apologizing to me personally, the Duty manager Mr Brian Park refused to see me throughout the 3 days of my stay and hide in his office.(Cave) So disappointed,to receive such service from such reputable establishment Marriott Group.

Verry good! Location is near Choryang Station (exit 12 with stairs and elevator between exit 8 and 10) and bus stops. The room is big enough for 3 people, clean and tidy, the staff speaks English verry well and supportive. However they forgot to provide us 3 bottles of water on the first day staying, so we thought that the hotel does not provide free water and ended up buying a lots of water. Then the next day when they cleaned our room, 3 bottles of water were placed on the table. Early check in is not allowed (check in time is 4 p.m.) But overall it was really nice staying in this hotel.

This hotel is extremely convenient for travelers – just a short 100m walk from Busan Station Exit 1, directly across the street and located behind a well-known hotel chain. The ground-level route makes luggage hauling effortless, which is a huge plus. The room was true to the photos, fairly clean with ample space – comfortably fit 3 people and allowed us to open three suitcases with no issue. Decent bedding with sufficient amenities: a powerful hair dryer (great for long hair!), but do note that toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided due to the hotel’s sustainability policy (same across S. Korea) – best to bring your own or buy locally. Check-in/out were seamless, and they also offer luggage storage, useful for early arrivals or post-checkout exploring. The area also has plenty of eateries within walking distance. Some downsides to note (not deal breakers, just for awareness): • Cleanliness could be improved (minor dust in corners and edges). • Sink provides only cold water, which might be inconvenient. • The bathroom has frosted glass with blinds that don’t fully cover – may feel awkward if sharing the room with friends or the opposite gender. • Soundproofing is good between rooms, but outdoor noise can be heard, especially from the pojangmacha (street food tents) nearby until around midnight. • TV had only 1 default channel, but worked well enough as background noise. • No microwave in room and fridge’s not cold enough. All in all, a solid choice if you want convenience and comfort near Busan Station, especially for short stays.

A good hotel in Hongdae, close to the exit from metro number 7 and the bus stop. The reception is on the 6th floor, you can leave your luggage there before check-in and after check-out. The rooms are essentially apartments, large in area and with large balconies. Very quiet, we never heard our neighbors. Clean, newly renovated, there is a full kitchen with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. Hongdae Beach is a 7-10 minute walk away, there are restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.

Decent hotel. Location is good, walking distance to the local market and Seomyeon Station Exit 11 and Lotte Mall. Lotte Mart is 2 bus stations away. Seomyeon Station is one of the pick up points for Busan day trips. Staff generally are friendly and polite. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Overall Good.

Thanks to the best location, facilities, and service, our family had a really happy time! The bedding was so clean and the room was spacious, so it was perfect for relieving fatigue and sleeping soundly on our first backpacking trip with a child! I was a little nervous after reading a review that said the elevator was too crowded and took a long time, but fortunately(?) we were assigned to a low floor, so there was no major inconvenience. The kitchen and bathroom were both very clean. The living room sofa was small but soft, and there were plenty of towels. Whenever I travel, I like my accommodation, but I feel a little disappointed with the bathroom storage or space, but at Lavianz, from the storage to the size of the space... I didn't feel even those minor inconveniences! However, there was a veranda in the master bedroom, but they must have forgotten it and it wasn't cleaned; and even though we requested a late checkout and received confirmation twice, someone opened the door lock at 11 o'clock and then closed the door quickly when we were surprised. Maybe you didn't receive the message, or maybe the staff was busy and confused... We didn't really use the veranda, and the door lock incident(?) was just a minor incident, so it wasn't a big inconvenience, but I'm writing this because I think it will be improved and become a better hotel if I tell them☺️ It was even better because there was no noise even though the surrounding commercial area was very well-developed! My child definitely wants to come back. He loves traveling to Busan at least once or twice a year~ Until then, he usually stayed in Gijang or Gwangalli, but thanks to Labianz, he likes Haeundae 😍 I'll definitely come back! Perfect! Very good hotel, very comfortable and cozy atmosphere, like living in your own home, very warm, all kinds of details are in place, there are many delicious and interesting shops in the surrounding blocks. The transportation is also convenient, a few steps away from the bus station, there is a Lotte supermarket nearby, shopping is very convenient!

What else? It was clean, even though it was small. But the parking lot was cramped. I wouldn't even consider bringing a large SUV. Basements 2 through 4 were practically empty. The entrance to the second basement level was narrow. The parking lot was hell. Other than that, the location was about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach.
