GGuest UserThe staff is great from doorman, check-in to breakfast/restaurant. Very friendly and warm. They treat you with sincere respect. The rooms are very clean with amenities and towles never missing.
For breakfast, they offer a wide range of food and variety. I didn't get tired even after 4 breakfasts.
Location is awesome, too. Basically attached to the mall, every kind of food (Jollibee to yakiniku and high-end pancake place) is within 3-5 minute walking distance. Sugbo Mercado is 3 minutes away on foot. Simply the best in the area.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my stay in Crimson Resort, the room is big and spacious for families, the staff are friendly and well trained, the four pools are huge and fun and the daily breakfast is delicious. We especially enjoyed the foam party at adult pool and Crimzone pool, the playground in Crimsone, the seaweed collection activity, snorkeling and the complete amenities of the room. Cebu beach is so pretty. Big shout-out to Clint in breakfast for his very warm service to me and my daughter.
Cons:
- There was no housekeeping done on 2nd day of my stay which was not informed to me in advance, I think that was not professional.
- They don’t allow food delivery in but the food in the resort is not that delicious to be had everyday (I tried sisig, inasal and pizza).
- You need grab or taxi to go out to Cebu city (and face the jam) as the shuttle only runs 3x a day, so it’s not convenient if you want to explore Cebu.

LLeeMihwaMy wife and I stayed for 2 nights aand 3 days, and overall we were satisfied. The most impressive thing was the kindness of the staff. They were always smiling and greeeting first. I especially want to mention one person. While having breakfast in the restaurant, there was a staff member with a big smile whom I want to recongnize by her name: Her name was Andrea. She was so kind that food tasted even better. One thing I was disappointed about was room service. The TV didn't work in the room, so I couldn't wathch the news. Regular services including bedsheet & beth towels changes was not smooth.

GGuest UserWe had our best stay in Cebu, thanks to Holiday Inn, we had the perfect buffet breakfast to start the day and free coffee in the afternoon. Very nice view also of the Business Park at night, and very hospitable staff! We will surely come back!

GGuest UserCame here to celebrate our anniversary. We took our 7 month old with us. My wife wanted to be proactive to see if they had a cot and bottle sterilizer on premise. However the reservation agents we were speaking with online would not confirm one for us. All they kept saying was that it’s based on availability upon arrival. Well after several back and forth emails, they finally agreed to let us reserve one. To me that defeats the purpose of reserving one. They made a simple request(yes or no) a very long drawn out process. Anyways, I messaged the manger on duty when we finally checked in and she was way more accommodating and even gave us a little toy for our daughter. Point is, we went for a family vacation, and a simple request turned into a slight aggregation for us.
The property in of itself was nice. Their breakfast buffet was from 6am to 10am. It was well with food. I liked the variety. For their gym, I wish they had better signage on where it’s at. The restaurants were easy to find and they were pretty good. Cowrie Cove is a bit overpriced for me. The other Resturant’s, Buko Bar and Tides have buffet options that’s way more reasonable than cowrie grill. If we go back, we will eat at those places instead. Overall place is 8/10 for me. Good service, they speak English, and it’s clean. Everything is there too and it’s a short trip to the airport. Pro tip, take grab from the airport versus using their shuttle service. Their shuttle service is 4x-5x the price of grab.

JJosephWe thouroughly enjoyed our stay at Savoy. Usage of the beach/pool is included with the rooms. Dinner was fantastic. I had a problem with the room card and the elevator. Sometimes it would not read and missed my floor.
The staff was hard working especially during the breakfast buffet because it was so crowded may guests had to wait for tables. It was Father's Day and the last weekend before school started.
Other than that everything was great. Thank you.
