Great view as the other reviewers say! The room was very clean and a good size for 2 people. the amenities are good enough to accommodate the needs of ourselves. The front staff was friendly and got a nearby onsen voucher as well! Overall it was a great experience at the hotel and I’d like to stay there again for the next Arashiyama trip!

Outstanding

This is my second time. When I came last week, I stayed at Ivan because the view from the window was nice and it was the best place to stay alone and quiet. The staff is always warm and friendly, so it is a hotel with a good impression. I want to use it again next time.

The front desk was friendly and nice, and it has a good location and view. I would like to stay here again if I come here. It was even better because it was close to Dogatsu Bridge.

The water in the shower is very strong We are in a hotel in the scenic area. It is very quiet at night by the bridge. There are only hot springs nearby that are open until 10 o'clock. The nearby restaurants open relatively late in the morning and the hotel does not seem to have breakfast. Guests who are used to getting up early should prepare their own breakfast. The room is very clean. There are no black spots in the corners of the toilet. I really admire it. I use Pola for bathing and shampooing. It's just that the toilet is a bit small, although that's expected. There is a bridge downstairs from the hotel. You can stand on the bridge or next to it in a daze. There are several resident vegetable shops on the way from the subway station to the hotel. This pork chop sandwich I bought is amazing The large green red bean dumplings I bought are amazing

The bathhouse was really clean and there was no odor. 3. By chance, I met a ********* family. The child still remembered the Analects class that the grandfather gave him when he came back. He gained a lot. 4. You must book breakfast in advance. It is very delicious. The cod Japanese breakfast is better than the salmon breakfast, and the Western croissant is even better. Although the room is very small, the location, facilities and service are really good. The family stayed for 5 days and it became more and more cozy.

The hotel is right by the river, with Togetsukyo Bridge outside the window. The location is very good. The breakfast is great. There are rooms on each floor of the hotel, the public area on the first floor, and all 12 rooms on the 2nd to 4th floors face the river. The service is very good. I forgot to bring a plug, so I borrowed one from the staff, and they gave me a new one before I left. The room is not big, with 2 doors, and the sound insulation is very good, very private. I will stay here again next time I come to Kyoto. In addition, the hotel provides free bicycles, and it is so convenient to have bicycles to visit the surrounding attractions!

The location is very convenient and close to Togetsukyo Bridge in a quiet small community

It is located between Hankyu Arashiyama Station and Togetsukyo Bridge. Therefore, on the way to Togetsukyo Bridge, there is a boat parking area for boats going down the Hozugawa River. At night, the surroundings become pitch black. Also, if you want to get dinner, you need to go to Ministop in front of Hankyu Arashiyama Station or Hokahokatei in front of Saga Elementary School. This time, I went to the bamboo forest path around 6am. There were no people around, so I was able to sightsee at my leisure. The hotel's location was good, and I was able to fully enjoy Arashiyama. Amenities and luggage storage services are also available. You can enjoy yourself with peace of mind.

The room was very clean and big! There is an outdoor seating area on the first floor, which is a great place. The service staff is very friendly and polite.
