Hotelowa strefa wellness to jakas pomyłka. Woda w jacuzzi zimna - nie dało się siedzieć bylo tak zimno jak w basenie pływackim. Sauny - zimne. Basen z masazerami - lodowaty! Za to woda w kranie w pokoju jak wrzątek. Od recepcjonistów dowiedzieliśmy się, że są oszczędności i cieplej nie będzie i ze do tego hotelu sie nie przyjeżdża tylko do Słowackiego. Żaden z pracowników za nic nid odpowiada, zero kontaktu z menadżerem, kierownikiem czy dyrektorem. Brak recznikow na basenie - musisz chodzic i prosic zeby sprzatajace przyniosly suche do pokoju. Poza tym Hotel niczego sobie. Czysty. Smaczne śniadanie. Ale na 4 * to on nie zasługuje ze względu na strefę wellness, która nie ma z wellness nic wspólnego. Wszyscy klienci byli mocno rozczarowani. Ja podwójnie bo miał być to fajny weekend imieninowy a była klapa.

Something wrong with the hotel management.
Last year there was delicious restaurant and pretty good swimming pool . That’s why I’ve booked the hotel for my family and we were disappointed with everything.

Excellent accommodations, breakfast and dinner very good. Very good food varieties. Staff is very polite. I highly recommend this hotel. Will for sure come back again if in the area.

Hotel na stronie internetowej robi dobre wrażenie a w rzeczywistości… no jest okej . Panie w Spa super miłe i pomocne to samo w restauracji , na 5+ a jedzenie fenomenalne ( pokłony dla szefów w kuchni ) co w pewnym stopniu rekompensowało nieczynne jakuzzi i zimną wodę w basenie . Natomiast największym minusem który powoduje że nie do końca czujesz się tam mile widziany są PANIE RECEPCJONISTKI. Recepcja jest wizytówką hotelu i to jak gość zostaje przywitany w większości wpływa na pobyt i opinie o hotelu . Niestety tutaj Panie wyglądały jakby były tam za karę , nie miłe , zero uśmiechu i zero informacji o awarii w strefie spa . Nie jestem pewna czy wróciłabym do tego hotelu , może po zmianie personelu na recepij .

Ostatnio byłam w Słonecznym Zdroju i serdecznie mogę polecić to miejsce. Pyszne jedzenie, przemiła obsługa, zabiegi, w których brałam udział również były wspaniałe. Kompleks jest bardzo duży, jest sporo miejsca, gdzie można spacerować. Dziękuje i zachęcam do przyjazdu ❤️ K. Zielińska

Polecam wszystkim, którzy chcą odpocząć w przyjemnym miejscu z pysznym jedzeniem. Wypożyczalnia rowerów, spa, polecam pokoje z widokiem na bardzo ładnie zagospodarowany ogród. Pyszne dania i desery z karty i basen otwarty to godziny 23:00!

Hotel ma niesamowitą kuchnię. Dania na menu są wyszukane, świeżo podane i obsługa jest bardzo miła. Dyskoteka i przestrzeń na dole była duża. Świetny DJ. Duży wybór zabiegów, ale w wielu przypadkach nie było relaksującej i cichej atmosfery - radio z wiadomościami albo mycie misek w zlewie. Ogólnie w hotelu bardzo czysto, ale biała kanapa i hotel w apartamencie były brudne. Poza tym, położenie apartamentów jest hałaśliwe i nie na widoku. Apartament jest dwa razy droższy niż zwykły pokój i nie jest warty tej dodatkowej ceny. Hotel nie jest położony w centrum więc trzeba iść dosyć długo pieszo do innych atrakcji. Hotel potrzebuje odświeżenia a szczególnie strefa basenu i spa. Woda w jacuzzi była chłodna. Obsługa hotelu była ok, ale niektóre masażystki potrzebują dodatkowego szkolenia w obsłudze klienta. Zdjęcia nie odzwierciedlają obecnego stanu hotelu.
