We are very unhappy with the facilities you have comparing to extortion money you charge. The building looks awesome but no descent facilities inside. I booked your hotel through seeing the reviews which most of them I believe are fake ones. I do not agree and never believe your hotel is rated 4,5/5. Here are the points I am particularly concerned & unhappy: 1. We slept on the plywood as there was no cushion at all. 2. The noise throughout the night from highway traffic was unbearable. 3. There was no hot water available, I had to shower using cold water. 4. Bathroom & it’s accessories are ancient ones and more importantly inoperative. Hot water tap at wash basin has no hot water. 5. Floor carpet is very very dirty. 6. Location is slightly too far away for those customers who do not have their own transport. Good points: 1. Bed linens were very clean & fresh. 2. Staff were very polite and welcoming. Overall, I would rate your hotel 2/5 based on facilities & charge rate.
