On arrival we were greeted by the pleasant staff on reception. As a family of 6 we had booked 2 rooms and were expecting to be split up. We were delighted to be told we could have a family room. The room was in ‘M’ block which is at the very top of the property up a tonne of steps. A fair trade for a quiet family room. The room was clean and spacious with a good sized balcony. We also had a lovely view. As this was my first time staying all inclusive I was worried about the food. I needn’t had bothered worrying. Every day there was a wide selection to choose from. My 3 boys definitely got their moneys worth. The hotel had a family friendly atmosphere with plenty for the kids to do. Maribel and Minerva the girls from the animaçion team did a brilliant job organising darts, ping pong, archery and shooting. On an evening the entertainment consisted of bingo, quizzes and local acts. The bar on an evening was lively but not noisy and the drinks were good. The hotel is located on one of Cala Llonga’s hills. The hill is steep and I’m glad we no longer have to deal with pushchairs. A steady walk to the bars and restaurants takes about 15mins and another 5 to the beach. We had a brilliant time and I can’t wait to return. Yes the hotel is on a hill. Yes there are insects. Yes the hotel needs a little tlc. It could be worse. You could be walking up a hill,to work,at home, in the rain.

First impressions of you look from afar are great, it’s when you get closer and this is a hotel trying to appeal to the higher end of the market with a cheap refurb. Negatives: * Offer snacks and drinks at reception or within the lobby area, especially for late arrivals. * Explain the facilities available and where to access them. * Add a welcome leaflet in the room with key information such as meal options for non all inclusive guests. * Offer recommendations for food and general local amenities. * 1 bottle of water complimentary, put it in the fridge or have 2 one chilled and one not. * Fix the aircon, on the lowest setting the rooms are still warm and uncomfortable. * One staff member behind the day bar was very rude when it came to learning I was a staff member of Leonardo Hotels, he did not want to add the staff discount. He also put my food order through wrong, I ordered a cheeseburger but he bought a chicken burger out. Not sure if he even applied the discount as it was €12. I noticed he was rude to a few customers during his shift - 17/10/23. * Couldn’t ask about late check out until the morning of check out. Offers should be purchasable at booking. Would also promote direct booking. * Style of the rooms are an attempt to modernise but unfortunately you can tell this was done at a low budget. The rooms are what would class as standard hotel rooms. * Staff could benefit from some customer service training to provide a more comfortable stay. Positives: * Location is great for access to the beach. Special gate for access to and from beach from day bar area. * Outdoor areas are perfect for sunlight all day. * Two bars one for day and one for night - Changed at 7pm. * Food available at the bar for non AI. * Good selection of drinks. * Checking in and out was quick. * Good size pools which match size of hotel. * Cleanliness of the hotel was to a high standard.

Impeccable hotel, the first room had displeased us facing the air conditioning network at the reception we changed it without problem. The meals are varied. Only downside lack of deckchair for everyone. Very attentive bar staff

We had an amazing experience at Vibra Bossa Flow Hotel, the staff was very helpful and warm, we felt like we had no worries during our stay. Everything that we needed we always asked first at the reception and magically it was resolved, for example: we wanted to rent a car and asked if they know a company from we should rent and in few minutes it was resolved, they called a company, they picked us to go to the car company and done, we had the car. All the days when we needed a taxi, the staff from the reception were calling taxi for us and in less than 1 minute the taxi was there. We enjoyed the pool, which I think is more than enough for how many people were in the hotel at that point. We opted for breakfast and it was various in the types of food. The rooms might feel a bit small but we felt alright, we spent most of the time in the room just for sleeping. Clean and comfortable beds, the room was cleaned almost daily. We appreciated that we had the option to borrow extra towels for the beach/pool as well as umbrella. Final toughts: We really enjoyed and we would definitely come again if we plan a trip to Ibiza. Just home from a short break here. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Antonio is the real gem of this place. So welcoming, friendly and shows a real interest in customers. The rooms are well maintained, spotless and in the prime position for the most beautiful views. The breakfast is spot on. A buffet style with hot, continental, coffee / tea / juices. A perfect start to the day. The hotel is close to the ferry port which you can hop on to Ibiza town in an hour (Book this online prior to travelling and you’ll save a fortune. I absolutely love Hotel La Cala The bar, food, public areas and pool are all amazing Definitely a over 55's Hotel and would not suit families with children. Entertainment most nights of a good standard. Short walk to the buzzing bright lights on the Marina and public beach. Fabulous restaurants and bars - felt safe out and about as a Solo. La Cala staff from room ladies, to bar/ restaurant staff/ reception all fantastic and work tirelessly to cater for your every need. Well done all. One tiny complaint my room was directly opposite a building site with a briese block wall view where they seemed to start work at 4pm I love a Sundowner on my balcony but the terrific noise made this impossible to enjoy peace while watching the sunset l hope by 2024 the work is complete ( Not La Cala fault) Room move? Not a chance once ld unpacked 😊

Fantastic hotel. Really chilled and laid back atmosphere. Check in, the lady on the front desk was a delight. She handled all 13 of us without fuss and made us all feel really welcome despite being a big group 10/10 Rooms, fab, spacious with a mini fridge and good aircon. We overlooked O beach and it was noisy until it finished but I was only in bed earlyish one night. Enjoyed chilling listening to it. Only downsides were the rock hard beds and only 2 blankets but asked for more 9/10 Staff, amazing, Carlos is so lovely and he treated us all really well as did the lovely lad at breakfast and the young girl at the bar (I forgot their names sorry) Breakfast and other food in the day, amazing, great choice, try the ole burger and club sandwich (lush) . The food at the bar was reasonably priced as was the alcohol 10/10 Pool area, fab, always got a bed and there were plenty spare, pool towels are provided in your room. We could hear the music from O beach and loved it. It’s really chilled out round the pool and there’s a stunning view of the harbour from the fence. Pool not too cold, was welcome with a hangover. You can nosey at what’s going on at O beach from the fence if you don’t fancy going over. Free entertainment with the hotel though so nice to just pop in for an hour or so. 10/10 There wasn’t a late check out room available but the shower in the toilets at the pool area was decent and you can lock it from the inside. They were happy to provide a clean towel. Will absolutely be returning to this hotel. Thanks for a great stay.
