It’s a little bit tricky to find the place. It is about 10 kilometers from urambamba right at the food of the Andean mountain - you have to take a gravel road - the entrance is very nice like a luxury hotel - the little Casitas are quite spacious. You have a nice shower and a nice view into the valley. The beds are very comfortable and cozy and they will give you a heater. You will have a fireplace. It’s a nice place for relaxing and maybe doing some walks. At least it is not touristy.

We went down a side street in the middle of nowhere at night. We jostled down the street for a mile or so then came to some gates. A very beautiful lit up building was just around the corner. There is a large main building with villas behind it. Our villa was very large with a great view. Dinner and drinks in the main building were good. Service was good. There was an issue with hot water on the morning of our departure. They quickly moved us to a room in the main building where we could get ready.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The views were heavenly, our room was rustically romantic. We made friends with most of the staff, including the bar tenders, chef and servers, Ysmuel, Edgar, Boris, Juan, Hrashi, and Donny. We did a lantern night hike of the property and were delighted to hear all about the food grown right there. We also got a bonus star gazing - Peruvian based historical lesson...we were educated as well as entertained! The Best part of the hotel were its pillows and mattress!! But even one better, were the turn downs at the end of the day, we each had a peruvian handmade sack filled with a hot water bottle that warmed our bed and lasted til early a.m. It's the little things!! It was like a warm hug! We just can not say enough about this hotel and its staff. The food was amazing....Fresh, most grown right there! You cant get any better!! Thank You All!! David and Sheila

Had a great few nights here when we arrived in the area. This was a great place as "base camp" for acclimatizing in the region. We spend 2-3 nights before heading to Machu Picchu. The room was really nice and the property is well maintained. It's a bit off the beaten path, so you should plan on eating breakfast and dinner onsite. It may be included anyway. We also did a few of the night walks with the staff. Overall, really great.

My wife and I stayed in the hotel for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and situated in an idyllic setting. Our room was large and well furnished. The hotel has a wonderful ambiance. We ate breakfast and dinner both days in the restaurant. The food and service were excellent. The hotel staff, friendly and courteous. We had a couples massage which was also very good in the hotel’s gorgeous spa.

Set in the Sacred Valley, this wonderful hillside hotel is amongst the best we have ever visited. The main hotel has a lovely bar area & an excellent restaurant. Our chalet was spacious & supremely comfortable with a massive bed & wonderful dressing area. The real 'stand out' element, however, is the calibre of the staff. Not only are they welcoming, professional & friendly. They also 'go the extra mile'. Firstly, there was a free guided walk along the valley at sunset, with Hiroshi giving us a memorable view of the Milky Way. Then when we needed to make a very early departure, not only did they provide a high quality breakfast to take out, but even sent someone to collect our bags without being asked to do so. Thoughtful, considerate & very impressive.

We stayed for 3 nights at this absolutely wonderful resort nestled by the mountain away from the highway. The individual casitas were beautiful with a fireplace, large sitting area and bedroom along with a separate shower room and separate toilet room. It was short climb up to the individual casitas from the lodge. Very quiet and peaceful area. The main lodge below where the bar, dining room, open courtyard and reception was also very lovely. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Chef Boris did a very good job of adapting some menu items to be gluten free for my wife. Breakfast was excellent. Our only regret is that we did not have the opportunity to spend as much time at the resort because we were on tours during the day to Machu Picchu, Pisac and Ollantaytambo. Of all the places in the Sacred Valley this is the most peaceful quiet location. Highly recommend this resort!

Everything about this hotel is relaxing. My husband and I stayed for two nights in one of the casitas. The casitas are huge! The bedroom holds a king size bed and a sitting area. The bed was very comfortable and had really good pillows. There’s a lovely fireplace too. We had fires both nights, and the room, though large, was quite cozy. There are sliding doors off the bedroom which lead to a patio with chairs and mountain views. As part of the turn down service, there are hot water bottles placed in the bed for added warmth! The bathroom is large with separate shower and toilet areas. The shower is big enough for two people. The main areas inside the hotel are stunning. The artwork is beautiful. The hotel restaurant is quite good. There is a breakfast buffet with a menu for eggs or French toast or pancakes, if desired. The staff is top-notch. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help. I would definitely stay here again.
