Fourth visit to Cali Colombia Marriott in past year, been coming to the wonderful property since they opened about 10 years ago. The Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager (see photo) are always very engaged with the guests to make sure everyone receives the highest quality meals with great personal and friendly service. Cali Marriott is a great venue for business lunches or corporate meetings, we've held many family events here. The property is clean, safe and secure, with staff always around to assist with any need. Front desk team is one of the best, quick and friendly check-in, and responsive to any requests during your stay. Housekeeping always does a wonderful job and services the room based on our schedule, and always says hello with a smile when they see us in the hallways. The Executive Lounge is one of our favorites, drinks, wide selection of food including soups, meat/seafood/chicken and dessert, and always fresh sushi. Very convenient hotel location, and the hotel's professional drivers are available at the entrance to transport you in their modern air conditioned comfortable vehicles, we use them frequently. Thank you Cali Marriott - we'll see you soon.

It is A-1 quality.My only problem is your trying to make me do to much characters take this off your survey. I have visited this location in Sept 2020 during the pandemic situation. The hotel and rooms needs some love and care, but I guess that is standard for Cali so I will not review this property based on this issue. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for central travel . The rates were very low but that must to have been due to the pandemic situation. Their fitness area has just enough equipment to get a decent work out in or do your morning cardio. The food was very basic but again I haven’t experience it when the hotel would operate normally without the COVID regulations. In general this is a location would fit a stay if you come to visit for work it business and you really don’t need any amenities or services at your place of stay. I wouldn’t recommend it for tourists who want to enjoy and experience Cali. I don’t know If I would stay here again on my return.

We arrived very early in the morning before our check in so we asked the staff for an early check in. But we ended up getting checked in half an hour late because our rooms weren't ready. The staff were very rude after we complained saying that check in is at 3:30pm instead of 3pm even though they said 3pm earlier in the day. This was very poor service considering staff saw us waiting in the lounge for over 4 hours. Each room had an extra double bed so not sure what happened to our original booked rooms. The rooms were clean but outdated. The remote to the air conditioning didn't work in one room and the bedside lamp stopped working after 1 day. However the staff at the restaurant were friendly and the food breakfast buffet was okay and the lunch menu was very nice.
