Pillows are soft. When I woke up in the morning there was water on the bathroom floor from I don't know where. The shower is broken, with a lot of rust and the door has fallen off. The paintwork on the walls is in need of retouching, it has signs of normal wear and tear.

Stayed 2 nights. Room spotless with adequate space. Breakfast was extra as was underground parking. Really friendly bar staff and wasn't expensive. The restaurant was being refurbished so ate in the town which would take around 10 mins. Averio is a little Venice and we went on the gondolas, for 45 mins was 15 euros each but worth it. We didn't book the trip in advance but you can do. Would definitely recommend the hotel and the area of Averio

The location is top, right around the corner finest beach, cool beach bar, best Italian restaurant Mimo and Dori for fish lovers. Breakfast as a buffet is completely ok, staff very friendly, lift good for baggage. Only the room.... The box is so modern that you definitely do not want to keep anything in it, it is so muteful as a youth hostel room that has come into the years. Between the washing basin and the cover plate visiblely black fungi, no wonder there is no ventilation and that without windows. Balcony to the street very nicely out of size but the noise of the street - you want to sleep at open window because of the smell - Moped ***** in the middle of the night and from 6:30 the first of the street swept or pieps and sprays the cleaning car for the fish market....

Needs live piano in evenings & better bar menu considering no room service . Not impressive breakfast . Highlight location . Towels in bathroom needs renewing & choice of toiletries in bathroom not great . Not all rooms great . Beds small . Pitty as with little care , it would be a great hotel

A hotel located in the center of Oval. Close to all facilities, 5 kilometers from the beach. Very nice staff. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The price/performance ratio is very good. I recommend.

A little difficult to find but more than worth it. Very friendly staff with wonderful accommodations. Food was exceptional. Wonderful view of the river. Close to town of Aveiro and short drive to Porto. Easy day trips. Highly recommended.
