Excellent hotel in a beautiful setting. Staff were exceptional, couldn't have been nicer or friendlier. Room was spotless and meals were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. We just chilling around the pool or walking along some of the dusty tracks into the hills. Best of all - No noise - just peace and quiet - very quiet. The only sound we heard at night were leaves blowing along the cobble stones, that's how peaceful it is. We are definitely going back next year. Can hardly begin to explain how good the whole experience was.

Fantastic hotel very courteous staff Nice spa the only flaw after having had the spa in the changing room there is no shower, I'll start by saying that I was passing through and didn't stay overnight but after the spa you honestly need a nice shower. Anyway it's average

Easter with friends to relax and enjoy the beauty of Umbria. Guesia is a resort immersed in the woods between Foligno and Colfiorito. From here it is possible to reach Spello and Assisi in a few minutes. Super recommended place for a relaxing weekend, what is also worth a day trip is the cuisine. Each dish is a journey for the palate and the eyes. The orange muffin is ecstatic in a riot of new and traditional flavours, innovation and history. Both the rooms and the apar**ents are very comfortable and very clean... We stayed just one night with an overnight stay + spa formula. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff is definitely not 4 star. In the booking email I had specifically requested a bottle of prosecco upon our arrival in the room, I was told that there were no problems, but once we entered the room... nothing, no bottle. The spa is certainly the best point of the structure, but outside of that we barely reach the sufficiency. Upon our arrival we were informed that for breakfast the following day there was a service of freshly made eggs and pancakes, but it was a pity that once we arrived in the breakfast room, we were informed that since the restaurant was closed the "express" service was not available. possible to do so. The savory part is non-existent, the sweet part has little variety and there are no labels indicating the type of dish and its ingredients. We are unlikely to return

I never give bad reviews. But I can't do otherwise. I stayed with my partner and with my brothers in this structure for the Immaculate Conception weekend, therefore December 2023. Obviously we were satisfied with the choice made, given the reviews and photos that presented the rooms and the entire hotel structure. Unfortunately what we found upon arrival in the room, after checking in, was uncommentable. My photos will speak together with my comment. Curtains full of mould, spiders, condensation near the glass of the balconies with mold attached, the toilet in the bathroom falling to pieces (if I had been double my weight, I'm sure it wouldn't have held up) the shower with limescale and rust. But the last straw and perhaps the saddest and most frightening thing was the total disregard towards my partner, who declared at check-in that he was celiac, had recommended himself to take care of breakfast but above all dinner. And in fact on the second evening for dinner they recommend the legume soup, obviously it is immediately appreciated, but halfway through consuming it, we realize that there were also cereals inside including spelled!!!!! All this happens in a structure like this, which boasts 4 stars but isn't even worth 3. I rate the staff 3!!! Two stars and I was too good, perhaps only to reward the quite varied and mixed breakfast, and for the spa, which was discreet! But the price we paid, total for the stay, absolutely too high for such a place!

An oasis among the Unbre hills. Very welcoming hotel with friendly and familiar staff. My wife and I spent a few days in this facility using a two-room apar**ent attached to the hotel. Brand new and tastefully furnished apar**ent. Next to it is a small but complete grocery store for the necessary purchase of food to avoid going into town to do the shopping. Inside the hotel there is a small but lovely SPA very well looked after by the management. Last, but not least, the great availability of Mrs. Cristina who welcomed us with great availability and professionalism
