The hotel staff were friendly and the food was overall delicious. The lagoon view was also pretty and wide open, which was nice. Even though the waves in the private sea were a bit strong, I was able to have fun with my kids.

The hotel has convenient transportation and good hygiene. The surrounding environment is very good. It is close to the commercial street. It is convenient to go anywhere. The service is very good. The most important thing is that the sea view is beautiful.

This resort is in a beautiful location and staff were awesome. Other than there being no dining options on arrival (9pm on December 31st) the restaurants, pools & overall hotel experience was great!
Good hotel if travelling with kids as everything is closely connected. Our kids (7 & 9) loved the kids club and the staff was excellent. They also enjoyed the water slide and food options.
On occasion food, cups, garbage was left out longer than needed, but not to the point of being dirty or unclean. The buffet at breakfast lunch and dinner had excellent options. The restaurants food quality was superb. We were given a free upgrade to our room on arrival.
The view of the ocean and lagoon was spectacular, especially from the rooftop. Overall, great experience and I would give an overall rating of 4.5 out of 5.

Overall this property is nice and has decent dining options. The beach was great in early December, with big waves in the seawater for fun but not suitable for swimming. The Italian and Japanese restaurants are great but only available for dinner. Most of the staff are very helpful and polite.

The resort has access to a beautiful beach. The all inclusive package is very convenient - one can fully enjoy the vacation without having to plan for logistics or think of what/where to have the next meal etc.. One feedback would be to include a couple of Indian vegetarian options in the buffet.

We loved our stay and are going back in December. The staff is super nice and friendly! Our 13 year/teenager had a great time and we felt safe to let her hangout within the hotel on her own. She loved it and made friends.

Location is great, staff are friendly, great service and no resort fees.
Food was average, beds were small in the double bed room.
