🚗 交通：交通方便，離周邊景點比較近，車程都在30分鐘內，自駕挺方便的。
🧹衞生：床墊席夢思邊上發現幾根長頭髮，酒水櫃上擺件的灰塵還是挺多的，該擦擦了，陽台玻璃起霧就看見一層灰，之前沒有擦乾淨，衞生間淋浴間地太滑了，就類似於魚缸裏那種滑，其實用刷子多刷幾次完全能避免的，還有牙杯里面有煙頭的味道，有點不太接受的了。
🍃環境：視野好，十二生肖挺有特色的，酒店環境中規中矩吧
🔔服務：些許不愉快吧，因為預訂的時候，酒店就溝通過了，提供48小時核酸，行程碼，健康碼綠碼，就可以入住。。結果當了酒店，前台打電話問了防疫辦，防疫辦説温州以外的地方，要提供在温州3次的核酸檢測報告才能入住，雖然最後入住了，並且很理解並支持防疫政策，但是前期的溝通上還是得告知清晰。
客户感受還是比較好的，衞生間有地暖，很細心，房間很大，衞生間空間大，沒有侷促感，公區有特色

總體來説這家酒店還是可以的，外觀非常大氣，房間也很大，早餐還算豐盛，但是後面人多起來以後明顯感覺忙不過來，這個需要改善哦。還有一點是我們一行人訂得是滄海大床房，結果發現這個大床是由兩張床拼起來的大床，這個對於一家定位是高端的酒店來説不太好，睡起來中間有縫，不舒服。還有就是這個被子真的不舒服，又重又硬，房間暖氣也打不上去。還有我在整理床鋪的時候發現了一根頭髮。我們帶孩子出遊，小童設施太少，就一個地方有很小的滑梯的地方，希望可以多多增加小孩子玩的地方。酒店的服務還是很好的，入住時送的曲奇好好吃。

剛開始高德導航導到山裡去，山裡下去被一個卡位擋住説要每人繳40元景區費，**我還沒到酒店就給收費，這**是什麼鬼操作。 5點入住酒店，沒有入住水果，酒店的設備並不符合2300元一晚的標準，細節還是不夠，早餐雖然多送一份，感覺還是很一般的早餐水準，想去游泳需要72小時核酸，室外用**泳池是擺設，核酸的事情之前不會電話或者短訊通知麼，第二天想去金沙沙灘，被設卡説要核酸，非要到旅遊集散中心做核酸，期間希望酒店延遲到2點不肯，衹好折中1點退房，總之這次旅行並不開心😠 體驗非常不好👎

體驗不好，下次不會再來，不值這個價
1，3點才讓入住，第二天要求延遲2點退房，拒絕，後來因為防疫要求做了核酸延誤了時間，再次打電話給前台要求延遲退房，好説歹説給延遲到1點，就是不給2點，這在我之前所有的酒店都沒遇到過的事情。2400一晚，就這個服務，真牛。
2，室內泳池要48小時核酸證明，户外泳池維修不開放，相當於擺設，我就很奇怪，人都住進來了，你搞個48小時核酸證明才能去泳池，意義在哪裡？難道早餐聚集吃飯不會傳染？沙灘遊玩不會傳染？就游泳才會傳染？這是多蠢才會想出來的政策，非蠢即壞
3 房間味道很濃，可能剛裝修不久
沙灘質量很差，跟洞頭差不多，酒店無專屬沙灘，去沙灘路程還很遠，真的不值這個價，三亞的五星酒店才1000多一晚，這是多大的勇氣定2000多一晚？

酒店前台小姐姐很可愛，給我們房型做了升級，第二天退房的時候我們説浴鹽好香還申請給我們送了幾包，還有一個柬埔寨小哥哥，辦理好入住後一直給我們送到電梯口，酒店風景也確實是相當漂亮，就是這個衞生確實跟其他點評裏説的一樣，衞生間有異味，陽台玻璃的水漬也是清晰可見呀，還有酒店現在有室外泡湯，去的小姐姐記得帶上泳衣哦

非常中肯的評價一家酒店，價格與實際體驗完全不成正比。酒店外觀以及海景環境是非常不錯，但是房間內與公共設施裝修完全達不到5星標準，甚至不如4星，住了那麼多5星酒店，所有酒店都有特有的酒店香味，但温德姆不止沒有香味，大堂的廁所非常臭，如外面的公廁，房間內的廁所臭味與檀香味相伴，檔次直線掉價，這點是最讓我跌眼鏡的，早餐也是很一般，酒店一樓走廊居然還出現塑料地毯～，酒店樓梯也很尷尬。當然，外觀與海景確實不錯，希望下次再來會有所提高！

來漁寮玩的，感覺好久沒有過來過，才發現還有這麼一個nice的酒店，酒店設施設備很好，前台的工作人員特別的熱情，服務很棒，早餐也很贊，離漁寮沙灘也不是很遠，總之是一次很棒的旅程，下次還會來！
