GGuest UserThey were friendly and accomodating. The evening crew were very pleasant when we arrived, they went out off their way to help with a concern. I am allergic to down and they found alternate pillows for me. Breakfast was good, son enjoyed the chocolate and vanilla waffles.

RRatelWeekend qet away for 3 days with my husband we just want to relax and enjoy the hot tub and pool and have some quiet time , the only complaints I have was couple children running around making some noises don’t know where was the adults supervising there children. Was noisy @ 1 am until 2 am I couldn’t sleep. Was very anointed & de respectful for the other staying here at hotel . I didn’t call management I should but I didn’t. Or and children did so much mess in the hallway trash was unbelievable.

GGuest UserI have come to this hotel for 40 years and it has gone slowly downhill over the past 10 years. It is obviously been neglected.
Good points:
The room was clean and the bathroom was updated. Nice shower. The phone in the room didn’t work. So overall the room was good.
Overall service was good. They did the best they could.
Bad points:
The common areas were totally neglected. Hall rugs were musty, dirty, and should have been replaced long ago.
Vending machines not working. Pool chairs now 40 years old and uncomfortable. Only 3 pool umbrellas. Hot tub broken for 2 months.
Just an overall appearance of neglect.
