We loved our stay at Lu Hotel Maladroxia! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite where we had a extremely spacious terrace with umbrella and sun loungers and a stunning panoramic view overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended staying here, it was the highlight of our trip. Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, very peaceful and clean with the sea and beach at your footsteps. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by wonderful staff. Great value too!!

We booked 4 nights but quickly checked after 2 nights due to the noise from the neighbouring building. It’s a construction zone in the early phases and so I expect there will be noise for months to come. It begins at 7am and lasts until 6pm. Say goodbye to any thoughts of relaxation or calm, you will not find it here. We were of course assured we would receive a refund for the 2 nights we didn’t use, but of course that has not happened. The desk staff are not empowered, and the management do not care. The breakfast, whilst served with a smile, is mediocre. You can do better than stay here, and it’s most certainly not a four star hotel.

I really want to keep this one to myself but the hotel staff deserve the praise. This is a smart, clean, modernised hotel in a lovely small village away from it all. We were greeted by helpful, English speaking staff (although I wanted to practice my Italian). The receptionist gave us a free upgrade to a sea facing room with a balcony. He even escorted us to the room. The room was fresh, spotlessly clean and furnished in a modern 'Ikea' style. Although the hotel is a little back from the beach it is only a few minutes walk down a slight hill to a beautiful sandy beach in a bay setting. This beach should suit families with young children. The restaurant served good Italian foods and the staff were more than willing and capable of quickly providing an alternative 'primo piatto' for a daft old Englishman who didn't quite grasp the translation. (ancora grazie mille) The restaurant also served beautiful local wines. The hotels strict adherence to the Covid rules did make the breakfast service a little tedious but that should have all ended by now. I will never forget those quiet moments, on our balcony, watching the sunrise over the water, with my early morning coffee. Perhaps one day I'll get back there.....

Tutto bello ,staff, supergentili tutti. Camera stupenda , pulizia ottima , cibo ottimo , colazione super. InSomma quando rientravo nella mia super camera con terrazza la guardavo e dicevo “ ma quanto è bella la mia camera”. Posizione bellissima mare stupendo. L’anno pxmo almeno 15 gg.

Abbiamo fatto un fine settimana a ottobre 2023...è stata un esperienza unica. Il personale veramente gentile e preparato. L'hotel è in una posizione eccellente, avevamo una camera vista mare! Meraviglioso ! Abbiamo fatto anche il pranzo e la cena...cibo buonissimo e pesce fresco. Che dire straconsigliato...e noi ci torneremo sicuramente..🥰💙💙
