Only stayed for two days, however the hotel did not clean the room, I do not know if it was intentional or not
But the environment is 102 points, and upgraded the room for free

The location is certainly not very convenient, at least 30 minutes drive from downtown Hobart
However you can drive 5 minutes to large supermarkets and restaurants

The room facilities are very complete. The bathroom is a bit small, but it meets the needs.
I booked 2 rooms with two beds, which is great!
The disadvantage is: the sound of the plane is very clear, but it will not affect if there is no flight later, but the sound of the flight earlier in the morning will affect it. Secondly, this is also a rest point for RVs. There will be a car parked in front of your door. You can see him and he can see you. If you mind, you can pay attention. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Stayed to catch an early flight. Very close to airport. Used their shuttle bus to get to airport. Next to a busy road but noise wasn’t too bad. No views except for a back laneway. It definitely met our needs and would stay again for same purpose

Flotsam is well furnished property with a good view of the sea. All you need for a good night's rest. Location is slightly out of the way but a short drive 5 minute from Dunalley. A small kitchen is available if you need to cook.

From the airport to the hotel, there should be no other transportation except uber/taxi, about AUD55. There is a small supermarket near the hotel, and there is a restaurant with a lot of people. On the contrary, the restaurant in the hotel is very popular, I only stayed for one night and tried day of soup.
The room is large and clean, the scenery outside the window is beautiful, and you can see the stars at night.
