The only thing negative was charged twice for the room then it was a pain to get refunded for one of the charge.

The bed was extremely comfortable and let me have a very deep and restful sleep after an exhausting day of cheering. We will stay there again next year.

Rep during check in and check out was nice and hospitable. Late start breakfast of 7:00 had to buy breakfast to make it to tournament venue on time.

Attended an event at the nearby sports arena which was within walking distance. Enjoyed the breakfast bar also, was disappointed in the dirty sofa in the room, so much that we couldn't sit on it.

The only problem that I had during my stay was finding a parking spot at the end of the day. Otherwise my stay was great.

The installations in the walls are non existence, you can hear every single voice and movement in the hotel. Very nice staff.

This property was very clean and looked exactly as described. Breakfast was nice and everything was fully stocked. It was within walking distance of several restaurants and right down the street from Lakepoint Sports, which was why we were there. Check in/out was fast and simple. Pool area was nice and clean, would’ve been super nice to have a hot tub tho! All together, for the price, i would definitely stay here again.

We stayed only one night enroute to FLA. Suite was perfect! Comfortable bed. Nice shower! Will stay again!
