The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The room literally felt and looked like a presidential suite and we had three balconies. The hotel is in a great location, only a 5 minute drive to the city of Caserta and the palace. It is also only a 5-7 minute drive to the outlets and mall. This hotel is at a great location for those wanting to stop on the way to/ from Rome/ Napoli or those wanting to explore the surrounding area (only a 25 minute drive to Eracleon Archaeological Park). The breakfast at the hotel was good. There is tons of parking and an underground parking garage. The jacuzzi in the bathtub was a little iffy so we didn't use it and the toilet paper holder kept falling off of the wall. Other than that, no complaints! We would definitely highly recommend this hotel.

Pre booking was easy through Agoda. Parked car outside hotel to unload bags, manager helped. Then an easy check in after parking the car across from the hotel for Eur 10 per day in a secure safe camera recorded area. On check-in we were upgraded to a family room which was two rooms with balcony. Rooms were clean and comfortable temperature. That night ate outside at a wonderful restaurant, next morning had breakfast at the hotel which was adequate, Then walked the park and checked out. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

Generally speaking, the hotel is not too high in terms of location and cost performance, and the reservation for this trip is seriously inconsistent with the reservation description. The triple room is just two beds in an ordinary standard room, and it is OK to bring children. After negotiating with the hotel, They said that this is Ctrip’s tagging error, and it has nothing to do with them. There is nothing to do. Fortunately, Ctrip is also positive about the matter and handles it properly, and it doesn’t affect the mood too much.

The hotel was located in Caserta, a good hotel, but with the discomfort of the remote and pay-per-pay parking. We were very well located in this structure, from the first contacts with the very competent, available and friendly staff. Menna who served us breakfast each morning was the star as far as the staff are concerned. She remembered our coffee order each morning. Breakfast room overlooked the pool which was a very relaxing place. The October warmth allowed us to sit by the pool each late afternoon. Air conditioning required asking the front desk to turn it in. Not acceptable. The curtains were coming off the rails. Not acceptable. The wifi was very slow. Not acceptable. Hot water was not very hot. Not acceptable. Noisy neighbours with screaming kids in neighbouring rooms. Not acceptable. Location of Caserta allows easy day trips to Naples, Pompeii and Salerno. Would we stay there again? Probably not.

Qualified staff available and always careful ! The new top rooms are well made ! No more moquette is present but a splendid parquet, completely refurbished ! Note negative forget the boxes , they have been removed and replaced with metal layers that give a sense of disorder and in the shower there is no longer a shampoo shower layer!

We have a short stay for the visit to the Rega, booked on the flight while we were already on the journey! We have found a wide availability from the reception, they have booked a place in the garage, they have accepted our dog without overpriced. New hotel of Zecca! Beautiful, elegant and clean. This is very close to the Royal Caserta. Excellent and abundant breakfast. Small fitness room but with what it needs. Very cold in the bathroom but not to die frozen!
