We had 12 family members stay here last week. The villa/palazzo was so beautiful. The classic double rooms were adequate size with updated bathrooms. The Jr suites ( we had 3 adults in each) were really large with two twins in one room and another twin off to the side. They had good air conditioning - not the coldest- but it was 95 degrees F while we were there. The staff was wonderful!! Both the day and the night shift! One of the best features is that the hotel is two short blocks from Piazza Popolo GPS led us right there. We paid for self-parking which is right outside the backdoor - very convenient.

Hotel in line with the price paid , except for breakfast that is much higher . Clean rooms . Personal available and friendly , comfortable parking and always available . We stayed in the hotel and were 4 families of friends with children. We were good. Cozy and available staff. Abundant and genuine dinner with cooked dishes in a simple and genuine way. Good breakfast cakes. We went to the sea with the lung made available as service. We didn't see animation, but we didn't need it. The tennis is available even if the field is a little overlooked. OK the swimming pool. The hotel is very clean. Not all rooms have a fridge bar. The group's opinion was unanimously positive.

On my very first day i asked the staff to change the room as it was sitting next to a family with babies who would cry and scream non stop. Staff managed to find a better room to move me in. The 2nd room interior design was a little better than the first one. On my second night i was woken up at night by drunk ppl talking and singin next door and then by the cleaning ladies during the morning. Rooms are NOT soundproof at all. I was expecting at least a little soundproof for a 4 stars tbh but whatever. Pro: - Rooms are clean - Staff is friendly - Beachfront - pools Cons: - Small can be small for some - Noisy
