This is the perfect budget friendly apartment you can ever find in bantayan. Im so happy and satisfied as a solo traveller. Its near to kota beach and mj square. Plus Ate tagabantay was so friendly she even introduce me to her husband who toured me around the island. What a wonderful stay.

Overall impression: We loved it! 🌟 🛏️ Room: Our booked superior room exceeded expectations. It was spacious, furnished with two comfortable large beds, and had a cozy balcony. The area was significantly larger than a standard room. 🏃♂️ Breakfast: The variety of dishes allowed us to choose our favorites every day. 👩💻 Service: The staff was attentive and friendly, and the administrators were welcoming and always ready to help. 🚤 Location: Its convenient proximity to the port makes staying here especially comfortable for travelers.

Accommodation: I traveled solo and booked a backpacker/dormitory bed. When I arrived, I was both surprised and happy to find out that I was the only person staying in the room, which had 12 bunk beds. 😅 It felt like I had the whole room to myself! The bed was comfortable and came with two pillows and a blanket. I also appreciated that the bed and room smelled nice and clean. One suggestion I have is to consider adding curtains or some kind of divider between the bunk beds. This would provide guests with more privacy, especially when the room is fully occupied. Facilities: Overall, the facilities were good and functional. However, I noticed a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom sink was quite clogged, and I think the shower and water heater could still be improved. I would also suggest more thorough and regular cleaning, particularly in the bathroom area, to make the facilities more comfortable and pleasant for guests. When I arrived, I also noticed that the bedroom floor was wet. It would be better if the floor were completely dry before a guest checks in. I really liked the shared living room. It was spacious, comfortable, and a nice place to relax. There was also a kitchen area available, which was a great addition for guests. Service: The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. I appreciated how approachable they were and how they made my stay comfortable. Overall Experience: Overall, I had a nice experience staying at the place. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and comfortable the place was. I feel that it offers good value for money, especially for solo travelers and backpackers. They also have a restaurant and a bar, although I wasn't able to explore them because I only stayed for one night. Despite the few areas that could be improved, I would definitely recommend this place and would consider staying here again in the future.

I stayed here for 3-4 nights during a super typhoon in November. The typhoon was so severe that everything around us was in chaos, but I was amazed to see the staff clean up and restore everything to normal within half a day. I had considered staying at a moderately priced hostel since Bantayan Island is more about activities than luxury resort stays, but then I found Ananya Resort at a similar price point. For a beachfront property of this quality, the value for money is exceptional, and it's incredibly well-maintained and clean, so I highly, highly recommend it! The resort staff are also very friendly. If you arrive on the island early in the morning, I recommend paying the 500 pesos for early check-in so you can save some time to rest or start your activities sooner! The breakfast isn't a buffet; instead, you choose from a single menu of Filipino breakfast options. I recommend the Beef Tapa! The only downside, as it's a budget-friendly resort, is that there's no hairdryer! If you need one, make sure to bring your own!

The room was nice and spacious, but there were a few issues. When we arrived, the batteries in the remote control were not functioning. The toilet floor was wet, and there was stagnant water in the sink area. Additionally, there were no tissue, shampoo, or toothbrushes provided. However, overall, the staff were nice.

Our stay was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the location was great and the breakfast was quite good with decent options. However, the room looked a bit outdated and the walls were quite thin, so we could hear some noise from the hallway. It’s not a bad hotel, but there is definitely room for improvement. Fair value for the price.

We enjoyed our stay but there are just some little cons we experienced, it might differ from others. Room is very tidy and clean, the bed is very comfy but the pillow is not nice it’s very thin it feels like nothing. The Bathroom is quite spacious has a bidet but the water pressure in the shower is very slow wish they could fix that. And we noticed that there is only one mirror and that is in the bathroom which is kinda inconvenient. But overall service and staff are amazing and the food! Would still recommend!

Central location, good bar and friendly staff who went the extra mile

Very good location, a few meters from Kota Beach, which has the most beautiful beach for me on the island. Around 2 km away from port. I arrived at 9 am. and paid a minimal amount to check in early. The staff are friendly. I got a red private room which has its own bathroom. The property itself is a bit rusty and smells funny, but the room is okay. With islands like Bantayan and a limited budget, staying here will be bearable and just okay since I'll stay outside most of the days anyway. Breakfast is okay.
