It was close to the station and very convenient. The room was clean and there was hot water every time. Upon arrival, we received welcome fruits and sweets. Also, when we returned to the hotel, they gave us plastic bottles and juice, which was very kind.

The location is good within walking distance from the station, and the staff is wonderful. The room is clean and the water in the shower is warm. The only problem was that the temperature of the air conditioner could not be adjusted.

Excellent hotel in downtown New Delhi. The hotel lived up to every expectation with clean & fresh rooms, service minded staff & good restaurant facility with Indian cuisine. The hotel also provided organized tours at a decent price with locally employed reliable drivers.

As two females arriving in India, this hotel was very intimidating. Firstly, it’s in the middle of nowhere. Possibly the slums of India and secondly as soon as we walked in there were at least 6 men in the small foyer area. The area was unsafe for women to walk around. There was really no where to go anyway. There were men everywhere all through the streets etc there was no where to get food at all. The room was very dark and felt like we were being watched so we put clothes over any holes that we thought may hide cameras. The hotel photos used for advertising certainly didn’t match the real life. The sheets were stained. The pillows were stained as were the towels. We had to sleep with the towel over the pillow. We tried to order food but it appears we couldn’t really get anything until later and later we realised it was because they ordered the food in, not in the restaurant they have advertised. In fact the dining room is also used for a bedroom. We were confined to our room and we still didn’t feel safe. We decided to leave. We then asked to exchange money in which he tried to give us 5000 rupees less until we told him no. When checking out 3 days before we should have, we were trying to negotiate a reasonable fee but because again 6 men were in the foyer we felt unsafe to do so. We then had to fork out extra money ti go somewhere where we actually felt safe. Shame on *********** and trip advisor and anyone else who promotes this and other hotels. It’s about time that the paying customers have some rights. If your hotel is not as described and we then have to leave then we should be entitled to our money back. Instead hotels really don’t care if you leave because they have your money. There needs to be tighter control and audit procedures for all hotels and their photos investigated because let’s face it, you can take a photo of the worts possible thing and make it look great for media purposes. Give the customer their control back and start calling out these dodgy hotels. Women should expect to feel safe wherever they go. We should not be confined to our room.

Excellent location, close to markets, restaurants, main train and metro station. Metro line to airport is also very close. Room was comfortable but cleanliness could be improved. Wi-fi and A/C were very good. The area is very busy at any time of day and night, but the room remained quiet and we could always have a great sleep. Last but not least, very friendly staff!

We had a very good experiencia: it's an absolutely silent hotel (incredible in Paharganj), the room was quite big, clean, and with a confortable bed. The only bad thing is that the water of the shower wasn't hot enough. The breakfast has ***y options to choose, and they can make for you pancakes and omelettes at the moment.

The hotel is at the area of Pharganj which is not very safe part of Delhi. You can not spend time around the hotel. And you need vehicle to reach it from city center. I stayed three nights. The breakfast was allright. Fresh fruits, tea, coffee , butter toast and jam were all nice. Room was small and not the cleanist place i had stayed in India. But it was okey if you are not obsessed with cleaning. (By the way i took my own detergant with me and washed thw bathroom and toilet 🤷🏻‍♀️) ıf you request hotel send driver to airport to welcome you and take to the hotel

Great hotel. Best I’d stayed in in India. Comfortable room, great bathroom, good selection of tv channels in English, helpful staff. I turned up a week early on my booking by mistake and they helped get me a room even though were full! Felt safe here with security on the door. Even though down a back alley, it was close to main tourist area and train station

Verry UNSAFE neighborhood. Not good for single female traveler. Even by Deli standarts this is not a street you want to walk by yourself. My local friends dropped me off here after a day at chandni chowk and imidiatly decided that I should go home with them. Uber did not want to come pick me up from the property and the staff was not helpfull. The hotel itself is nice and clean, but I would not recomend it based on locacion.
