I was having great time during my stay at Ayana, the hotel was under renovation a bit but we still be able to enjoy the facilities at the hotel.
They upgrade my room to studio suite which much bigger than my orginal booked room.
The hotel has heater on the toilet bowl.
Thank you Ayana.
Just little note for muslim guess that Ayana buffet breakfast serve pork station at the corner of the restaurant, i was not aware until my last day.

Definitely my favorite hotel! Great service, been around for a while but it’s still very well-maintained, already been refurbished too, love the new modern look of the bedroom. Cozy ambience & awesome amenities. The breakfast is pretty standard, but service & staffs are superb. More restaurants and family mart available downstairs which makes it more convenient.

It was a wonderful hotel with a luxurious feel and a clean feeling, but
Perhaps it's because of the national character, some of the receptionists were very unfriendly, so it didn't feel like I was staying at a luxury hotel.

I stayed for five days on a business trip. The room is big enough and the location is suitable. It's not too far to go anywhere by taxi. The service response is also fast, and the ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic. Good breakfast options

There has always been a problem with the socket being out of power! The room I stayed in this time has finally improved. I hope this problem can be completely solved in the future. The daily desserts in the room are all coconut. I hope there will be more different snacks.
