Thank you, AYANA. After much consideration in choosing a 5-star hotel in Jakarta with a strategic location and a great swimming pool, I'm so glad I picked AYANA. And what's even better, my room was upgraded to a Suite Room by AYANA! I almost cried, the room was so beautiful, especially since I had originally booked a Deluxe Room. Thank you very, very much, AYANA, for this impressive memory for me and my husband, as it was our first time staying at a 5-star hotel in Jakarta. Next time we're in Jakarta, AYANA will definitely be one of our choices for accommodation! 🥹🫶🏻🫶🏻

This is my first time returning to Jakarta after a decade for the business trip purpose. I stay at AYANA as my Indonesia office is located at Midplaza 1 building - very convenient access between hotel and office building with the underground walkway avioding the sun. The hotel gracously assigned a very nice and spaceous room for me - exactly matched with the pre-requisite made during the reservation; away from elevator and quiet. The room was very clean and well-prepped. The air conditioning functioned normally and cool enough. No weird smell and no smoking smell detected while entering the room at all. I did have an inconvenience incident relating to the flower vase due to my personally allergy of flower pollen, which was quickly taken care of by the housekeeping and guest relation teams as soon as I notified them. And I was highly appreciated that the hotel took this matter seriously. I did receive a small note froom the housekeeping team - this was very nice! The breakfast line was fine. I stayed for 4 nights and I found the same menus everyday, which was totally fine with me. I personally wish I could have more options though specially the Western and Chienese stations because it was not that comfortable for me having the Indonesian cuisine - it's just my personal preference and unfamiliarity. The staffs from guest relation, housekeeping, and the breakfast venue were very well-trained, good mannered, and very friendly. I'll surely look forward to stay here in my next visit to Jakarta. Highly recommend for this hotel.

This is my second stay at Ayana Komodo, and I came back because I loved it so much the first time. Ayana gives off a similar vibe to Korea's Shilla Hotel – truly excellent service. I also appreciate their well-designed app, which makes ordering very convenient.

It was truly amazing! If I could stay again, I would definitely choose this hotel. It's very luxurious and has excellent facilities. I highly recommend it to everyone, I had a wonderful stay!

The breakfast was great, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The Chinese and French restaurants both offered delicious food. The room was clean and tidy, and we were very satisfied with the pool, gym, and spa facilities. It's truly a wonderful place to relax and unwind right in the middle of a bustling city.

Excellent 5-stars stay except for the service lapses at Blue Terrace. Incredible hospitality with the complimentary room upgrade to a spacious, nice and clean room. The location is highly convenient, great choice for business travelers. I will definitely choose to stay here for my next visit. The only highly unsatisfactory service quality is at the Blue Terrace pastry shop. I visited 4 times from Mon to Thur between 7:45pm-8:00pm. Not once was I greeted, approached or offered help. On 2 of those visits, the shop was completely unattended with no staff present. Everything about the hotel is excellent, except for the staff coverage and attentiveness at Blue Terrace.I hope management fixes this, as the rest of the hotel team sets a truly flawless standard.

A home away from home :) Jakarta’s gem. Staff were top-notch in their hospitality. Rooms and amenities are immaculate; the hotel smells nice too! But it's really their people that made my stay here enjoyable, fun and memorable :)

Excellent service, and a great variety of facilities and restaurants. The massage service is definitely a must-try, and the restaurant on the first floor is also delicious. Highly recommended. The hotel's downtown location is also very convenient.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night ( we need more actually ) , but it was a wonderful experience. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Studio Suite, which was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly located in the middle of the city. The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. It’s a pity that the JimBARan Lounge was closed due to construction, but this didn’t take away from our overall experience. We would love to come back in the future. Thank you, Ayana Hotel , we hope to become part of the Ayana Group membership someday!

So comfortable, clean, and the service was great. All the staff were friendly.

The service was polite and responsive, with staff handling requests efficiently. Breakfast service and the restaurant staff were excellent, attentive, and well organized. Housekeeping response was slightly slow at times, likely due to peak hours. The facilities were well maintained and met expectations, though a few areas could benefit from minor upgrades. The food quality was good overall, with decent variety and consistent taste. The experience was comfortable and reliable.
