The rooms were clean and large. Very nice to go with the family. Bi hotel is very careful about hygiene and cleanliness, food is very delicious, only in the winter season, garden rooms can be a little cool.

The location is beautiful but the hotel doesn't serve.No activity, they already have quite high room prices, but they have no activity to make their guests happy. The food is not worth the money paid for both small and extra for food.Go to the city centre If you eat less money, you can get more money.It's very pressing that even drinks are subject to extra charge. In addition, it was not a cheap hotel.The service I received is very low next to the money I paid.We were three families separated by 3 rooms.I wish We should have gone to another hotel. Not even worth one cent. We were never happy.

We visited the hotel in December 2021. We were a group of women with one child and booked a family room consisting of two bedrooms and a living room. The decor of the room was good. The bathroom was very large, so that we could relax after the greatwellness program. The location of the hotel is nice. It is a few minutes from the port of Cesme. The neighboring town of Alacati can also be reached in 15 minutes by car. I would also like to praise the entire staff. All of our wishes were met. We were able to talk a lot with everyone. The food selection was also great. We will come again in spring.

The On’live hotel in Cesme is the most beatifull in design, atmosphere, cleaning, food, services, spa and staff. The food in restaurant a la Carte and in the beach restaurant is excellent in quality,taste and presentation (p.e kalamari and sea bass superb). The spa outdoor and indoor and the multiple 5 swimming’s pool access with no previous booking make the stay relaxing with no required appointments. All the staff is very hardworking and educate, besides lovely concierge reception staff, attentive room service, lovely breakfast waiters, attentive and kind staff in the restaurant and in the pool bar staff, specially mention to Mr. Volkan and Mrs.Heve. Is remarkable the quick performance in solving issues as cleaning the room, get the beach by golf buggy, and quick room service. At last but not at least , We would like to give our greatest thanks to lovely and kind Banu (Sales manager), as we know we will never forget the profesionality and good vibes she gave to everybody but specially to us. At the same time our greatest thanks to the lovely Aylin (guest relantionship manager) for your kind way of asking us for anything we may need and for the resolution in providing an extra sofa in the room. On’live is the paradise where all the dreams come true!!!

Overall I liked this hotel. Everything is modern and new, the design of the hotel is very tasteful and the location is very nice. The hotel is located near Çeşme city centre, but it is in a very quiet and peaceful area. The hotel has its own beach which was very nice, and offers a good choice of food and drinks through the day. The wifi connection was strong throughout the hotel, even the beach area. The breakfast at the hotel was nice though dinner food was somewhat average. Some not so good things about the hotel are: There was little guidance and I felt like there wasn't enough staff, especially in the restaurant. I had to ask for meal times, how to connect to wifi, how to get to the beach etc. and nothing was explained when I arrived at the hotel. I don't mind asking things so for me it was not a problem at all, but some people may expect to be explained about the hotel when they arrive, which is what any hotel should do.

Very beautiful, the room is very clean and very comfortable, the shampoo bath is Bulgari.

The hotel has been designed very quick. The rooms are very comfortable. I can say the best of the Alacat's location, you can walk to anywhere in the Alacat's. I recommend the pool also very pleasantly to spend time, breakfast was very delicious and in place. The hotel owners are very close and interested.

First of all, definitely ignore the word 'luxury' written on Instagram pages. We stayed for 2 nights and I'm sharing my experience. The location of the hotel is nice. Within walking distance to restaurants in Alaçatı port area. We entered the room, and after 15 minutes a cleaning lady burst in. He said that the room was not dusted, that's why he came. He was kind, embarrassed, but we might not have been fit inside? Beach part menus, service etc. is very poor. There is no pier, stairs, etc. to enter the sea. The sea is very stony, everyone had a hard time entering. The hotel has a huge, beautiful green area, but it should definitely not be preferred for the sea. It's very windy, you always have sand on you. The sea is not clean, there is no part for entrance. Before we left, we asked for the ironing service, it was said there is. When we called for clothes to be ironed, an ironing board and iron came to the room. This is the ironing service :) The spa part is closed due to the corona. The breakfast is buffet. The variety was less, but more importantly, breakfast was served at 35 degrees in a place without air conditioning. The cheeses and fruits were ecstatic. And definitely the service in this hotel is very troublesome.Otherwise the hotel is nice in general. Affordable price, good location. But we were definitely not satisfied with this experience.
