"On the app, it showed that the check-in time is 2PM but they insisted 3PM is the check-in time during winter. The staff talked rudely and did not agree to what was showing on the app but I think they are responsible for updating all accurate info on the hotel booking app. The elevators are so small that can only fit in 3-4 people so it took a bit of time to wait for it. The shower area is very slippery too. Not Recommended to stay."

"Wonderfully positioned in a beautiful square in the centre of Ceuta. The staff are helpful and welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious. Most having sea views and a balcony. Probably the best hotel in Ceuta."
